Extremely pleasant experience! Everyone working was friendly, helpful and provided excellent service for any questions we asked! Cleanliness was at the highest standard and I couldnt help but want to spend time looking at everything! I definitely will come back for my regular grocery trip!!

Lowes foods always is a great experience and a pleasant atmosphere. Fresh produce, you can grab a beer from the beer den and drink it while you shop! This is one of our favorite grocery stores.

Normally would be too upscale for me in theory, but they have an amazing sandwich spot in there. I somehow have a problem paying subway for their grimy sammys but for 7 bucks you can get a foot long with great quality ingredients and the staff is mad cool. Amber helped me out the other day and my food was awesome as heck. Way better then Whole Foods. Good craft beer too. Why not stop in.

I love Lowes foods! They have reasonable prices, amazing fresh food whether its deli, produce, even the meats. They have great cooked foods, salad bar, sushi, fresh made cakes and desserts. For the beer lovers you can enjoy your beer as you shop and for the wine lovers its available as well or a fresh made coffee drink. Its all just awesome shopping experience you cant get anywhere else.

Just had to throw out chicken breasts that we bought yesterday and dated for Oct. 13th. They were no good. 2nd time this month this has happened. We have always liked Lowes chicken best, but this is discouraging.

Great bakery. Good salad bar but it closes fairly early. Nice selection of produce including pre-sliced. Nice deli includes creative pre-made sandwiches and oaninies. IPAs, wine on tap and coffees to purchase and enjoy while shopping.

Clean friendly atmosphere easy to locate items, 1st time inside this store after moving here. Did self checkout she assisted a few times didnt recognize my cell or my bag I bought in.Not so sure about mask policy as stated on door yet it was split.

Why a three star? No one offers assistance, even if they see you walking around in circles trying to find what you need. The employees are typically crowded by the door near the registers. Yesterday, I asked where the soda were, since I didn’t see turn anywhere. They told me that I could pay there and pick them up in the parking lot. When the cashier entered the item in the system, she told her manager “I think the sods’ price is wrong! The item is only $2.99! It can’t be! It’s too cheap!” Well, they kept me there for about ten minutes until they found out if the soda’ price was accurate. Surprisingly, it was that cheap! Anyway, I think they need to do a better job helping customers like mr who do not know much about gardening or home improvement.

Such a clean and well organized grocery store. But its more than a grocery store. Its an experience. Everyone should go here. Great Delivery, Bakery, Fresh Local Produce, and well stocked shelves. And Cheerwine...my favorite.

Always been a good experience coming in as its a normal great grocery store. However, today put it over the top where I had to write a review before I left. Like normal South Carolina weather it started to down pour as my wife and I left the store. We were just waiting around for it to die down a bit before we made the break for our vehicle. While we were waiting a young man (forgot to look for a name but tall, blonde, slender and young) came up to us and asked if we would like if he walked us to our vehicle as he had a big umbrella. My wife took him up on the offer and he made sure to stand there as she put the groceries in the vehicle and even helped her with it. (I just had a surgery so she drew the short straw) he then walked her around and waited for her to get into the truck. He got a bit wet and my wife stayed dry! Never had an experience like that before!

I put Lowes far above the competition. Especially Walmart Market Place.That place is nothing more than a joke. The store is clean, employees are kind & polite, & the deli/meat Market is just plain awesome. Prices are a little higher but I also see what I get for my $. Keep up the great work Lowes & youll always continue to have my support.

This place is big, probably one of the largest grocery stores Ive shopped in. The meat department is great with its own specialty sausage area which is fantastic. The chicken I bought here was really good, was impressed. My favorite thing though is the BEER selection, lots of local beers, love it!

The prices for the muscle milk were misleading. When I asked an associate they were just as baffled as me about the pricing. Large selection of wine and cheese. Fresh fish and produce. An upscale grocery. A natural vibe once you walk thru the door. Employees were nice.

This is the best place for groceries nearby area. The shop is neat and clean with good staffing. Great display of items with eye catching name board, you may feel like you are incide of a down town market in the city. Good one must visit.

Love this place. Great wine selection, local beers and ciders. If you are building a charcuterie board, this is the place!! They also have a fantastic butcher section, a nice selection of fish, and nice deli. Whether its for regular grocery shopping, or a quick stop to grab a great bottle of wine and fresh flowers and local Carolina made goodies as a hostess gift, this place is it!

Quality large selection of groceries. Very helpful staff. Was a comfortable atmosphere where I could find all that I needed plus a lot of extra surprises.

We have been in two days straight 6-9 and 6-10. On both occasions we had a special needs family member with us. My cousin ordered her daughter a small meal from the chicken strip counter on 6-10 at about 1 p.m. The young man working the counter was wonderful and very sweet to my cousin’s special needs daughter. Way to go!!!!!

This is really such a lovely store. There is one specific lady who works in the hot foods and EVERYTIME I come to get a chicken dinner she just makes my night. I go talk to her even when Im not buying dinners. Beautiful heart she has.Always a great experience.

This is such a lovely store to shop! It’s bright and inviting, the displays are gorgeous, and there’s always so many new and interesting products to choose from in every department. (In particular, I love the bakery & local produce.) When I shop here I always spend more than I planned to, but everything is so good I can’t help it!🙌🏼

We really enjoy coming to this store. Its never too crowded and they have good products and decent produce. Were really appreciate being able to clip our own herbs. The meat is good quality, but expensive. We dont like the prices. I feel like this is certainly more of premium grocery store, and weve begun shopping elsewhere for most things due to the higher cost here.

Prices are a bit higher than Walmart (eww gross place anyway) but the quality and experience are well worth it. Coffee, beer or wine as you shop a huge plus. All the employees smile and are eager to help and the best part for me, I dont have unload the cart at check out.

Lowes Foods on Dorchester Road in Summerville is one of my favorite places to shop for groceries. I really like all of the different sections of the store and everything in between. The bakery and meat section really stand out here and provide some good food. The location for this store is very convenient and it is very easy to get in and out of and there seems to be plenty of parking available. This store is very well run and managed and is clean and well organized. The staff here is very helpful and will get you what you need if you need assistance. Each time I have been here I have been able to find exactly what I was looking for and have not been disappointed yet. I am happy that this store exists in this location.

This store is very clean and people working here are very friendly and polite. There is a section in the tea isle for Dandelion Tea but it’s empty. Michelle did everything she could to check all areas to make sure of it and recommended I visit again when next delivery will me made.

There is a really racist cashier in that store in Summerville S.C. on Dorchester road. I experienced it on the morning of 1-11-19. I will never go to that store again.

I had a bad first experience visiting here. On the afternoon of March 7 I bought some of the sausage (the Pig Kahuna) which had been discounted with their club card, and which had some frost on it in-store and appeared to be previously frozen. The sell by date listed March 22, about two weeks away.The next morning I cooked these up, after leaving them in the refrigerator overnight. When cooking I smelled a foul ammonia odor which grew more intense while cooking. I rarely cook pork and wondered if this was somehow normal, but I found out this smell was caused by either the pork going bad, or some strange additives. Either way, something bad. Unfortunately I ended up throwing the whole thing in the trash, since just smelling it was starting to make me feel sick, probably my bodys natural defense mechanism.Otherwise, I enjoyed shopping in the store and want to check out some more of the stations around there next time, particularly the coffee and beer den, and the sandwich place! The price and feel of the place is kind of like Whole Foods, for better and worse (e.g. high prices of some items).

The store is very nice and clean, the seperate areas give it almost an amusement park feel; they also have decently expansive options to eat right in the store with their fried chicken, sandwiches, cafe, and bakery. That said they are extremely expensive with products priced much higher than other stores in the area. You are going to be paying $1+ extra on almost every item.They also never restock the shirts they sell with their store designs. I have been looking for a particular one in a certain size for a year now but the stock that they have is the same exact stock they have had in there for a year now.

I love shopping this store. Still rather new to the area, I havent been disappointed yet. Friendly & helpful staff, beautiful produce, great meat, deli & bakery departments.

Love this local supermarket.The bakery department had many interesting finds that look good.In the dairy, the milk prices were comparable to Walmart prices. In addition, they sell milk from local cows priced a little higher but still cheaper than average milk prices.The produce department has potted herbs that can be cut fresh to purchase.The store had a great variety of items.

When Lowes first opened I got a Loyally card, which the self service(only register open) did not recognize. I hate self check. I went to buy a lottery ticket, on a whim, but they dont sell them before 9 am. Since I was there earlier I was out of luck. I dont do a lot of shopping there, mostly because the prices are a bit higher then other stores, but they do have a great selection of items, some you would be hard to find elsewhere.

Worst elite grocery store ever. Harris teeter way better because the bogo deals are awesome. Everything so overpriced. I literally walked in looked around, tried to find a good deal failed miserably and walked out. Its neat and pretty thats about it I cant see how its known for anything.

Awesome place with an outstanding beer selection! Really like to go to the beer area on the left side and just chat with my friends, and then walk around the store grabbing some very unique and usually amazing foods.

Online displayed an item as in stock. As did instacart. But we live outside of the delivery radius and I couldnt figure out how to do pickup. So we drove 45min to get a specific item, which was shown to be in stock. When we get there the shelf is empty. So I ask an associate at the front and is immediately told that if its not on the shelf its out of stock. Without him checking the back or anything. Okay, figured it was just a high demand item. I get home, ask my friend, who lives in the area near the lowes, to see if she could order some. She can, and she did.

The manager at this store was exceptionally rude to me in front of other customers.I was so excited to see the wide selection of baked goods that I sent a photo of the bakery items to my wife.The manager rudely accosted me in front of other customers. Invaded my personal space and tried to read my phone.He stood exceptionally close to me and came closer when I stepped away.It was very uncomfortable and when I asked if I could help him, he said I was not allowed to take photographs and kept approaching trying to read my text conversation. I cannot stress how weird and uncomfortable it was as a customer to be treated and approached that way.I am a customer who is shopping and these are the items that I am about to buy. Why wouldnt you expect people to send photos home asking what to buy? I was embarrassed in front of other customers and would not buy from the store. This happened on June 15th 2018 at 11:56 a.m.

Love this place. The sweet smell of smoke meat hits you as you walk in. The main reason I go here is the butcher shop. Great selection, smoked meats, hand made sausage. Their summer sausage is the best Ive ever tasted. They even sell aged beef if you are looking for. Another item I havent been able to find in Charleston is Tri-tip. They have this regularly.The prices are fair for most things. The selections is excellent. Very clean and wide aisles. The staff is also extremely friendly. Highly rated.

Customer service is beyond terrible. Prices on items mislabeled. Show the cashier and she sees the error and attempts to correct it but manager is no where to be found to void the transaction and enter the right price, after 10-15 minutes and 2 employees searching still no manger but a supervisor or someone who has the ability to check the error and correct. The cashier who was nice ask the supervisor several times if she wants to check for herself to make sure the void is valid she never goes to checks but she corrects the order anyway then she stands there for another 10 minutes like she is making the toughest life decision and we are waiting to pay with our card in the reader to pay... now that the order is corrected. She then finally pages or calls the manger who appears with an attitude no customer service what so ever we are now 30 minutes into a check out. She ask me to walk back with her to show her. As I’m talking to her she speaks over me not listening to anything I said. The item was incorrectly label with a sale sticker, so what I had wasn’t actually on sale but the sale sticker was there. She takes it off offers no apology for our time when we ask where the actual sale items are they laugh and say guess we don’t have any. We turn to walk back to the front of the store to make sure the sale was voided and didn’t process since we entered our card she said I’ll meet you up there to the register she goes a different way and never comes back to the register. The cashier made sure that the sale didn’t go through and we left. I won’t be back and I’ll make sure no friends or colleagues are back either. No the store wasn’t crowded this was 630 am. I can’t wait until earth fares back open. They should train these employees or put robots in the store... same difference. Cashier was friendly only complement I have. Do better.
