Great place, needs to be open Sunday for its customers.

Can y’all please tell them if they are gonna put packages by the door to at least ring the doorbell or knock. There was a bunch of people outside and she didn’t even bother to knock or anything. I’m glad no one ran up and took the package

This place is really convenient and so helpful. the hardware store itself has an amazing plant room and lots of selections! there is a young asian girl at the post office ( not trying to be rude, sorry i have trouble remembering names) she’s extremely nice and helpful and has always gone out of her way to help me and she honestly deserves a raise. The other employees have been nothing but friendly to me as well and it’s refreshing since I have such bad experiences at other post offices, this one is also small, less crowded and less overwhelming.

The best and most convenient post office, it’s nice to get some handy supplies at my favorite Ace, too, not to mention the staff is very efficient!

Never arrived.. Have numerous other (20) packages that disappeared once they hit one of the US hubs.. UPS DHL and USPS are useless!

I was so glad to find a post office open until 5 pm on a Saturday!!! Staff was very nice! No complaints - had to wait a few minutes because the person ahead of me had several packages to send, but that was not the fault of the post office - and I appreciate how well they took care of me and my package. They deserve a 5 star rating in my opinion.

This Post Office is located inside of Ace Hardware. Love the availability to go here if I cant get to the regular post office before they close. Staff is super friendly which is always a plus.

This post office was at Ace Hardware. I would much rather go to Ace Hardware on Trolley Rd than the regular post office. Young lady was so helpful and made money saving suggestions.

Best place in the world to mail off packages

Good customer service they try to get you in and out very busy. But pleasant. Has alot of packing supplies po boxes drop boxes for in and out if you just need stamps they sometimes open a lane just for stamps or pick up of packages.

They are located inside Ace Hardware. Fast and friendly service, open on Saturday and Sunday, and open till 7pm on weekdays. Best place in town to ship anything!

This is the WORST post office in the state. They have now lost 3 of my packages. The first was sent back to them because of a wrong address. Over the course of 3 weeks I went to the office asking for the package. They kept telling me it was sent to the seller. The seller told me the tracking said it was at the office. Finally the seller contacted the office after 3 weeks and they finally shipped it back to them!!! Three weeks of tellIng me they did not have it. The second is in a very large package that says it was delivered to me. It was not. The post office doesnt know where it is!!! And the third package was sent back to seller because the address was wrong even though it was the correct address because I just had them deliver a package to me the day before. After asking them where my 2 packages were they tried to blame ME for putting my address wrong when it has been right this entire time. I will never use this post office again. They dont know how to do their jobs and they are all incredible rude people. NEVER AGAIN.

I generally like going to this post office in the Ace Hardware Store because the lines are always shorter and the clerks behind the counter are always very friendly and helpful and do not mind taking time to help me figure out the best way to send a package.

What choice do you really have? Go to Ace on Old Trolley instead.

Sadly we cannot give a zero rating with this system. I called this location between 11:55 am and 12:02 pm on 9-23-2015 for simple information and was repeatedly hung up on without a single word being offered, a greeting, a hold tone, anything. I called, it picked up, then immediantly hung up on. Several times. You would think a federally operated company would have even the most basic understanding of how to operate a store, or deal with the people you are involved with. Sadly again, it is not like this behavior will be dealt with, corrected or even mentioned. Expect a visit, in person this time by me. I expect a really good explaination!

Very freindly especially at the holidays!! Took care of all my mailing needs and I will go there for all my package needs.

This USPS facility is located inside Ace Hardware and is the best. Im hoping the previous reviews about rude employees are referring to the larger Oakbrook facility down the street because it would make sense.
