We have used Home Depot for years for every project we have done. I love how the store is clean and easy to navigate. Employees are always near by if you need something. We just recently got our kitchen appliances through them and our new kitchen counter tops through them everything went great. They always have great sales.

My experience with home depot has been awesome from start to finish. We bought a washer and dryer set 2 weeks ago and already have them! We got help from Spencer in the appliance department and he was so AWESOME!! He was so knowledgeable and friendly. He helped us pick out our washer and dryer set and we love them! He should be managing( if he’s not already) with his calm demeanor. Also wanted to give a shout out the delivery guys who set up our washer and dryer, Michael Anderson. Michael was super respectful and delicate with our appliances and explained everything so easily. I’m super happy with our purchase from Home Depot!!

My husband loves going to home Depot. Tonight he feels like he got the deal of the year. They had some storage boxes that were a great deal and he got 10 of them! So he was very excited about that. We love just walking up and down the aisles to see what they have and at Christmas its more exciting.I went to home Depot today because my husband saw some mums that were beautiful. I went back and they really are beautiful. They have them as small or as large as you would like starting from about $6 going up to about $30 a container. They are gorgeous and they have four different colors I bought three different colors but they also had a purple mum.

The employees are amazing but theres a manager whos blond.. She is such a slave driver type. I dont appreciate how she treats everyone around her. Very rude and ungrateful. Power hungry.

The Home Depot in Summerville SC is wonderful! The customer service reps and all the staff working there are more than courteous and helpful. They are kind and use extra effort help if you need it. In addition, they have the best plants in stock and the whole store is stocked up. I would highly recommend!

If you need appliances, you have got to see Spencer in appliances. He took 3 hours out of his busy day to attempt to get the sale of the refrigerator, washer and dryer for our new home to go through. After all that work and trying everything that he could on his side, his suggestion (since we had a new card) was to just try it again on our side since the credit limit had been raised. Went through and everything was delivered on time and installed professionally. I cant give Spencer enough praise about how helpful he was, especially at a big box store!

This Home Depot was able to help us find some supplies for our Flowertown Festival at the last minute. The staff were so helpful and the management staff were life savers for us.

Spencer helped us pick out a refrigerator, microwave,washer & dryer and we have NEVER had better service anywhere! He stayed after the store closed with no hesitation or hurry to rush the transaction thru and was very patient, helpful and helped relieve this stressful situation with a lot of humor. This guy should be the Appliance store manager if not the Store Manager! He’s going to go far so Home Depot better pay him well because someone will snag him up!

Went to kitchen designer Bob. Run away from him as fast as you can. He couldnt remember we had an appointment with him. Didnt remember I left pictures and layout with him 2 days prior. Asked what year house was built... does that really affect kitchen remodel? Many other silly questions. Wanted up front fee to measure kitchen before rough design. Most places do that after rough design.

No customer service. No manager. Not professional staff or CEO

Went to purchase appliances and was helped by Andrew. He is wonderful!! He is so nice and made sure we knew everything before we made our purchase. If youre in the market for appliances make sure you ask for Andrew.

The fly trap works great, and the plunger too! They didnt cost much either. I think I could have done better for price on the bleach. I wanted to look at weed trimmers but the area was blocked off. I checked out the pool section but not a lot of items there for pool maintenance, basics.

Conveniently located directly off I-95 and I-20 intersection. This Home Depot is wonderful. Always clean and inviting. Associates are always visible, ready to assist, polite, cordial and professional. Usually well stocked with regular inventory and seasonal items are limited but well chosen. The garden department needs a lot of work. Moderate selection but the associates are rarely knowledgeable about the plants and products for all the outdoor projects. In-store and curbside pickup available at this location. Overall friendly and great place to shop for all your home care needs.

Bought a battery operated weed eater unfortunately Im not strong enough to use it and they took it back without a question I appreciate those Folks at Home Depot

The The Home Depot in Summerville is a great place to take care of all of your home improvement needs. They have a great selection of products and items that are always well stocked and organized so everything is easy to locate. The staff here is collectively knowledgeable about any home topic and can find someone to answer any question you may have. Everyone is very friendly here and is happy to help you with what you need. I have never been disappointed on a trip at this location. This Home Depot is awesome and does it all.

My husband and I went in to look for a new refrigerator knowing that covid may impact the options. The service associate, Spencer, did an amazing job of helping us find a refrigerator that was perfect for us and made sure we would be able to get it on time.He was extremely knowledgeable and answered all the questions we had. He went out of his way to make sure we had a great experience. We would go back just because of the great service!

Recently ordered a shed from them. Theres a long installation wait time. Not Home Depots fault.Although the employees over the shed sales are not very informed about them and its hard find anyone who is.That IS Home Depots fault.Normally The service is fine but finding knowledgeable help is often a chore for certain areas.

This is a good Home Depot location, you are able to access the Earth Fare shopping center from here. The store itself has lots to look at. They seem to have more outdoor furniture available to look at than Lowes. Its a tight fit within the store, not much wiggle room like the Summerville Lowes which is located close by along with Walmart and the Azalea shopping center. They have a wide variety of plants to choose from during the spring. You can get Christmas trees and decorations around Christmas time and Halloween decorations around Halloween. The staff is friendly and always helpful. They do offer a military discount without having it registered to their rewards card. It is a dog friendly store too as long as they are on a leash or restrained such as a dog kennel.

Very limited power tool inventory and everything cost same or more than typical mom an pop privately owned stores that usually have to charge more because theyre not able to by in bulk like retail chains ....half the stuff i bought had been used and repackaged to disguise not being new.. very disappointed...thank goodness lowes is so close

Not impressed, I was hoping to buy parts for a riding lawnmower I spent 1300.00 for years prior. They quit selling that name brand mower few years ago,so parts went with it I guess. So I guess Ill half to go to a higher price part store to get them now. This is my fault. When a store consistently changes brands I think that means there is no consistency or maybe they found cheaper ones to carry to avoid the higher cost ones they made mistakes on buying in past. Regardless If it was me, Id always keep parts in stock from what I sold before. Not to mention there parts they had seemed kind of high.

I like Home Depot, generally speaking.However, we waited 15 minutes in the appliances area. After not finding anyone to help us, we had to search around to find someone. Ive been to this store several times and the associates are always friendly and helpful but, you have to FIND them first. They always seem to be under-staffed at this location.

In this day and time when things are in short supply Home Depot does a really good job of trying to have what you need.

Very disappointed in this particular location. Id give ZERO stars if I could. Looking to floor the entire downstairs of my house with LVP flooring. Paid the $35 fee they charge to come measure. Was told the guy would call me 2 days later. No call. No show. No schedule. Nothing. What a waste of my time. Called today to cancel & get refund to be told that was why no one called to schedule...because they didnt process the cc I gave them. Absolutely unprofessional...and I had to wait 30 min the first time to even get someone who could take my info...and then longer to provide all my info. These folks need proper training. Also..yo be noted,, an employee just handed off the phone to someone else while I was speaking. It was so confusing and extremely unprofessional. If they werent sure of something, they could have asked for me to kindly hold and introduce me to the new person they were going to hand the phone to instead of all of a sudden hearing another persons voice. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. NO RESPECT FOR YOUR TIME AND OBVIOUSLY DONT WANT YOUR MONEY. Also, my dryer bit the dust so I just bought it through Lowes. THEY know how to treat their customers. Shame on you Home Depot.

Home depot is by far the best for home improvement. I find everything I need when im there. And the staff are very helpful.

It’s always hard to find help in the garden but my cashier Lexi, was very polite and helpful. We ended up finding the answer to my question through google and through educated guesses. Very sweet girl with an infectious laugh, God bless her heart.

I have a pretty good idea as to where things are located because trying to find someone to give you any help is difficult. They seem to be competitively priced with Lowes who is across the street. Lots of items just stacked on the floor with no prices on them.

Been standing at prodesk for 20 mins now and there are five employees behind the counter and only one (Jessica, blonde lady) is working. The big woman told the one who was working that she can’t hear well after she was asked to help do phone orders. There are two people ahead of me and two behind me after one left. This is unacceptable.

I went in to buy a weedeater. They were cable locked, I asked an employee if he could open it for me and was told he had to find the manager.After about 15 minutes a young lady asked if she could help, I explained the situation to her, she unlocked the cable, escorted me to the register and took 10% off the price. Very good customer service!

All the employees are always walking around and no one around there to help. The lumber is high on the shelf and not below. Nobody ever there to help with a fork lift to get it down. Lazy employees. Nobody knows where anything is. The waiting on an employee is more then 10 minutes to get help.

Ok so usually I go to Lowes but the other day I found myself at Home Depot and it was really nice. Easy to find an employee to answer my questions. Knowledgeable staff and kept my budget in mind, and great variety and selection. I have seen prices on things higher than Lowes in the past but it seemed as though Home Depot may have lowered their prices and was about the same price as Lowes on everything I saw anyway. It was a good experience and a quick and easy in and out for me on a busy work day. Ill be checking them out more often. Thank you to the staff at Home Depot.

The team at the Summerville Home Depot Pro-Desk were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I had a large lumber order. They had someone pull the order for me while I finished getting the rest of my shopping done. When I was done they loaded it all up in my truck. Couldnt have asked for better service. Terrible experience after a long day at work. Stopped real quick for pavers and cement at 6:30pm. Loaded 80 pavers on a cart. Left it in the garden area because I parked on that side of the store. Grabbed a cart, had to jump onto the 5 ft shelf to get the cement because I could barely reach what was left on the pallet. Stopped in the power tools to get an angle grinder. Website said they had 3 left in stock despite the shelf being empty. Called for assistance. Waited 15 minutes for help, but nobody came, so I asked the lumber desk to send somebody again. The clerk sent me to customer service where I waited for 10 minutes. The lady here couldnt find the tool up on the higher shelves so I told her not to worry about it. Went back to garden to pay for my pavers and cement at 8:10 only to find out they shut the registers down and locked the gate. I then wheeled my 700lb cart too customer service to pay, and I ended up waiting another 15 minutes for the person in front of me I finish getting help. Finally got checked out 8:30, then had to load my items into the back of my minivan. Worst shopping experience Ive had this year. Probably wont shop here anymore.

Homedepot is always better than Lowes, they may be owned by the same parent company but, I wish they would put a Homedepot in Orangeburg, it probably would not make a difference the people in Orangeburg just dont care, Orangeburg cant have anything nice.

Im very disappointed with this store and Home Depot in general at this point and will be going to Lowes exclusively from now on. The short version is that I bought a Ryobi trimmer a little less than a year ago. A week ago the battery stopped working. I took it to Home Depot and they told me to call Ryobi customer support. I did that and they informed me that, yes, it was under warranty and they would ship me a new battery......in 6-8 weeks because they are backordered. Ok, how about a better battery? Nope, we dont have those either. I went into the store to attempt to exchange the entire kit and they basically told me too bad. So now I will be forced to buy another weed whacker (elsewhere), and I have a big brick of a Ryobi trimmer sitting in my garage. This Home Depot has been my go-to store, but I wont be back as they obviously dont value their customers. Done with Ryobi as well because they completely blew me off and made it seem like the wait was no big deal.

My husband and I ordered a stove and refrigerator from the store, knowing because of covid it would take awhile to get this we were still ok with this. They then contracted out someone other than Home Depot to deliver our appliances. This is where the nightmare began, they tore up several things in my home when delivering along with damaging both appliances. Now over a month later they have yet to fix our issues and we seem to keep getting transferred around to different companies to handle our claims with Home Depot not accepting any responsibility when it comes to our damaged home or appliances. I am very disappointed and will be contacting a lawyer to help aide to get this resolved and my appliances that were paid for with no damage and also the fixing of the personal property damage that was done to our home during delivery. I am very disappointed that they are not trying to handle this in a timely manner. What happened to the Customer being the priority!

I found everything i was looking for in a snap with the help of a employee. At check out the young lady was very polite and friendly. Home Depot is my go to store when i need something for my yard or home.

Although several of the employees on the floor have been very kind, excellent and helpful people I have had nothing but trouble with their paint department and if I could restart my paint projects I would purchase my products from anywhere else. Their paint staff employees are extremely rude and seem to act inconvenienced with any request or question I have had. I had a paint issue where I was sold two different tones of Pure White and had to repaint my house to no fault of my own. In order to be reimbursed I had to vigorously dispute with them and was again treated poorly though this was an issue of a product sold to me. This last incident was due to the fact that they were understaffed and I was told “I will get to you when I can” and then the employee spoke rudely of me to another customer while I stood in the next aisle. The paint section staff is completely unprofessional, unpleasant and I do not recommend using this store for any paint needs.

I went to return a Klein Tools 39 pocket electricians bag today, and it was very easy and the staff were very friendly and nice. Of course I kept up with my receipt for the bag that made it easier, but I have had ran into some bad employees at the North Charleston Location. So I rather drive to Summerville, its closer to where I live anyways.

Its not that I dislike it but I do not like wasting a 30-minute ride there and a 30 minute ride back because they dont care what the supplies but yet they put it on your website that its in the store

Because of the easy access to the shopping center next door or the main Street this is my preferred home improvement store. The employees who work here are always helpful and know just where to find the things that I need.

Very disorganized. I purchased kitchen cabinets yesterday and let them know that they will be picked up today. The cabinets were pulled from the shelf and loaded on a flatbed yesterday in my presence. Today I went to pick them up and someone had returned them to the shelf. My name hadnt been placed on the items apparently. There are some VERY nice and helpful associates there...when you can find someone. The system for doing things could use work. They also need a call button when customers need assistance.

Same as Lowes a little more of a variety bit still a bit pricey.

Spencer is a game and life changer. He assisted my wife and I in a new washer and dryer purchase. Spencer is very courteous, informative, knowledgeable, and very professional. We came to the store for a repair part initially. Kudos to Spencer this man definitely deserves a good raise.

I go to this Home Depot because they always have what I am looking for. And sometimes they have more than what I originally wanted. Looked for a length of plastic cable cover but they had a package with all the pieces I needed to complete the project rather than buying individual pieces.

Consistently the worst customer service ever experienced. Do they beat the associates before they start their shift? Today we had to go back to return a Ryobi lawn trimmer. My husband did the exchange but the associate didnt check out the new one. I had other shopping inthe garden center so we checked everything out there. My husband bought the additional warranty from Home Depot. But the associate in the garden center had no idea what he needed to give my husband which is a pamphlet. Did he calla manager, nope he asked the other associate who was standing there with her mask under her chin. She said we needed to get a pamphlet. So back inside we went, to customer service explained to the associate what we needed, handed him the receipt showing the purchase and the additional coverage. He said so tou want to return everything? No we need tbe pamphlet. He couldnt find one. Did he calla manager, nope. So we returned it. To add insult to injury, while we were waiting at customer service desk to be helped a very pretty woman associate walked by and asked how we were doing. I said not so good, and she kept walking. When we walked out she was by the door and i told her she shouldnt ask how people are if she is not prepared to answer, not help but at least acknowledge. She said she heard me but since there wasnt anything she could do she kept walking. Then she said she should have acknowledged my comment but shes not having a good day. NEVER AGAIN. IF I WANTED TO BE TREATED SO BADLY I WOULD HAVE STAYED MARRIED TO MY FIRST HUSBAND.

It was easy to order online and they had my order ready within a few hours. They did not allow everything to be ordered online as it had limited availability or wasnt showing in the online inventory, so I still went into the garden section to grab a few items. I would recommend curbside over in store pickup. I still had to wait in the store for a while as they retrieved the order from the back.
