This place is pretty cool. I’ve been here several times And tried several different shakes it was never disappointed. The teas here are also really good! They they have a massive menu to choose from and Dom is really polite and friendly and even writes little notes on the teas for you! I totally love this place!

The owner is amazing- never forgets a face. This place is awesome with such a cute vibe. I love stopping in for a healthy and refreshing replacement meal. They always inspiring you to be your best.

I love this place. You can go in and tell the owner what you like or are looking for she delivers. There are positive messages on you tea cup as well.

I have been wanting to try out this place since we moved here a month ago and finally got to today. Upon entering, the woman who I am assuming was the owner, was so kind and welcoming. I had placed my order on the phone prior to entering and it was ready very quickly. Loved the vibe of the shop, it was super cute and mellow and smelled really nice too. I ordered the captain crunch shake and it was SO good!! I was nervous because the last time my hubby and I tried a healthy smoothie/shake shop we had a terrible experience. This place fully exceeded my expectations- my toddler even loved it! Will definitely be returning, so glad we are right down the road from them- highly recommend!! Wouldve added a picture but already drank most of it!! Go support this awesome business!!

I went here for the first time today and got my friend and I drinks and I LOVED it. It was so happy and cute inside, the women working there were lovely kind and informative, they have so many different things to choose from and our drinks were really good. I will be a regular at this place from now on! I also want to say I liked it more than other similar shops Ive been to.

I really needed a pick-me-up after lunch for another 6 hours of online training. I ordered the Mango Mamma, and, even after a carb-loaded lunch, I finished the day without a spike or crash in energy. Will definitely be back!

These are the only protein shakes that are a treat. Staff is great, always enjoy coming here. Beauty teas are great too.

I ventured up to 4:16 Nutrition today. I was greeted by a shop full of happy customers and gracious staff who could clearly see it was my first visit. I was welcomed by all there and was immediately at ease. The selection of protein shakes is incredible. No matter what you like, Miss Dominique has it. Today I tried the Oatmeal Cookie shake and a basic Peach tea. I have also had the Carrot Cake and my personal favorite is the Nutter Butter...it actually tastes just like the cookie but in liquid form. Looking forward to going back again.

So this was my first time there and it was amazing. My workout crew made me go and it was definitely a treat. Dominique was inviting and the atmosphere is amazing, will definitely be returning.
