If you need windows, this is the place to go. My first call, Keith came out within 2 days. Measured, explain everything about their windows. We had to wait a short while because they made each window to our specifications. When they were all done, they came out and had every window in in a day. Came back the next day and had the outsides of the window completed. The installers were amazing, very knowledgeable and pleasant. I cant say enough about this company.You guys are awesome. Windows installed fine.Gutters installed fine no complaintsOrder a very expensive door. 10 months ago.They during installation they broke the old door.Then when they brought the new door. It was not even close to what we ordered.Still fighting with them to resolve this issue.They even had the balls to put a lien on our home.I wouldnt believe any salesman that works for this company.The salesman was a retired cop. Should have knownAnother month gone by still not getting anywhere. At this point were ready to get a lawyer involved..

Paradise Homes did an excellent job. There attention to detail was excellent and workmanship. They completed the job on time and even cleaned the windows before they left. We have since then, referred them to several friends and aquatints. Would highly recommend them!

First off, if there were 50 stars above, Paradise Home Improvements would get 50. They installed 14 windows and a picture window in our home and we cant tell you how happy happy happy we are. First the salesman Wade Lister came to our home and reviewed the windows with us. He was on time, did such an excellent review of said windows, that we didnt even get any other estimates from anyone else. He definitely knew what he was talking about and sold us on the windows right away. We replaced our old grid windows (6 on 6) and what a difference. Our new windows are more energy efficient, double screened, so they can be raised from the top or bottom of said window. Both top and bottom pull in, so they can be washed inside the house. I know they will save us money on our electric bill. The crew that installed the windows were also VERY good at what they do. Anything that we questioned or ask them to do, was answered or done . We couldnt be happier . So if we ever want any other home improvements, we will be calling Paradise Home Improvement in Summerville SC. Our windows make us feel like we are in paradise I HIGHLY recommend them !

Paradise installed gutters on our home. They worked hard during the pandemic to get our custom color that we wanted to match our house. The gutters are great and no issues! Definitely recommend this company!

Very good Windows would recommend them to anyone looking to get them. Price is a little bit high though. The installers were very professional and very fast ripping out the old ones and putting in the new windows. Everything was done in a timely manner.

Excellent products and craftsmen installers. However, less than honest salesman cost me almost $7,000 extra, and the manager basically said it sucks to be you. Like I stated outstanding installers and excellent products. But I cant trust the sales staff.

The beautiful roll in shower with full window in place and solid acrylic base is a luxury. This makes our bathroom a showplace. Everyone did a great job being meticulous with the least amount of mess. They are the BEST

Really enjoyed meeting with this company’s professional sales consultant a few weeks ago. He was punctual as well as knowledgeable. I had read some negative reviews from a year ago but, needed an extra quote so gave them a call. After listening to his demonstration I decided to proceed with the purchase and my install was fantastic!! Highly recommend!!

Terrible, sexist company! If you are a woman do not use this company. Called to set up an appointment, gave all the information, selected a time and then was transferred to a scheduler. Scheduler refused appointment because my husband was not home! Is this the 1940s? Do I need my husbands permission? Needless to say I gave the customer service rep a piece of my mind and hung up and called their competition....who is coming out later this week, no husband required!

Terrible experience. Sales person was incompetent and messed up our entire project with 2 major blunders. His boss doesnt return calls. Installers and sales people dont communicate until its too late. I wish I had my old bathroom back so I could start over with another contractor. Buyer beware!

UPDATE: 6/15/21. I’m thrilled to update this review. Following my initial Google review, I was contacted within hours by Mr. Larry Labelle (Regional Manager in Greenville SC). He seemed very upset 1) because he had just learned of our problem and 2) because they don’t want negative reviews! We had a nice conversation and he very quickly agreed that we would price replacement carpet and he would arrange for it to be paid for. We went the next day to Carpet Wholesalers on Rivers Ave (big thank you to Dwayne Martin there for his help). We found great carpet and I think after pricing several, a great price for carpet, padding, removal, and installation within 5 days. I texted the info to Mr. Labelle and he accepted it by text immediately. He contacted me this morning to tell me the check is on its way to us. Many thanks to Mr. Labelle for understanding how upset my mother was and handling it quickly and fairly.————————————————————————-6/10/21. First off, let me say if this were only a review of the bath to shower conversion Paradise did for us, they would get 4 stars. Not 5, because it did take a lot longer than we were told it would take. But this is a review about the way they’ve handled damages done by their employee during the job. Or maybe I should say how they’ve NOT handled the problem.The installer spilled some kind of solvent on the bedroom carpet and then made things worse by first scrubbing the area, and then trying cleaner. He did have a carpet cleaner come over - that person refused to even try to clean it. He told us the carpet is beyond cleaning and needs replaced. The carpet and padding is completely separated. The carpet was a pretty mint green. It is now bleached and has blue streaks. The installer did not report the incident to the company. I did.I spoke to the local manager Keith Paradise a number of times about the damage to my mothers carpet and he kept assuring us that he/they will make things right. So far, no one has even come to check it out.Finally, I contacted his boss Sean Thurston and left voicemails - with no reply. I’ve emailed and messaged and called the company, also with no response. I don’t understand what the problem is. They messed up. Just fix it. All shes asking for is for the bedroom to look as good as it did when the job started and their employee showed up here.Maybe this review will prompt some follow up from the company.

Got a flyer in this mail for this place. It said they did tub/shower replacement. Somewhere in the conversation I mentioned I wanted to fix it up to rent it out one day, the lady comes back and tells me “we don’t do rental properties”. I was like..... it’s not a rental property, I own it, I just meant in the future. Then she was like yeah we don’t do it. Makes no sense?????

I do not need any of their services (and have made this know) but still continue to get calls. Don’t do business with this company. They go door to door deceiving homeowners by leaving a door hanger and if you open the door, their “line” is that they are doing projects in the neighborhood and left the hanger with their phone number so you can call them if they are making too much noise.

Called and made an appointment for an estimate and was told that was fine. Guy came out started going through his spiel and before he started the presentation i asked if he was able to give an estimate he said he doesnt do that and gave me prices for 5 other windows from places like lowes.I told him we kind of needed a price point to go off of and just kept talking about he can give us a deal but only while he is here. I said thats fine but it still doesnt help us know how much things are going to cost which is kind of important when planning house upgrades.He finally took some measurements and gave us the price reluctantly and seemed annoyed that he even had to. He went through his presentation and we loved what we heard even with the price point everything sounded good we just needed some time to get a little money together and i told him as such. This apparently made him very upset said we were essentially throwing away money because his special deal would not be in effect anymore. I said thats understandable but we needed some time to get the money together for at least part of it. He got upset started packing up his things and i asked if we just call the regular paradise number to start the installation. He said i wasnt going to call back no one does so good luck getting your windows.I used home advisor to look for quotes and they were one of the only people that came up. I used the selection that said planning/budgeting he said i shouldnt have scheduled an appointment at all unless we were serious and ready to actually buy windows. Well he ended up being right i will not be calling back because i dont want to deal with his attitude.

I can’t stress enough how HORRIBLE this company is! They completely rip you off and OVERPRICE everything they try to sell you. I was quoted by 3 other companies that gave me quotes thousands of dollars cheaper. This company is a S C A M! Stay away!

Two gentlemen (salesperson and his trainee) came to do an estimate, time went on, estimate was high and meanwhile salesperson is on the phone trying to get me best price and made incredibly rude and unprofessional remark concerning me while I was right in front of him. Unbelievably unprofessional and would not consider at all for potential future projects, do not waste your time!

I ordered gutters from them I thought the quote was a little high but I was assured by the sales man that it was the going price and that they were lifetime warranty and that I could only get this gutter from them I asked how soon cause I needed them bad due to having my patio complete. I was told 7-10 days 2 weeks pays no response I called left messages and no responses after 3 weeks get a text saying my order should be in next week and wanted to come out Monday September 17 to install I replied ok but had no clue who or what it was about then figured it and told them it was not ok and I was upset i found the number to Greenville office and called they said they would have cooperate call, then the salesman called he was rude and not nice at all, someone else called and said they had to talk to cooperate I said give me my deposit back and be done the quote was 4800 for not even the whole house it was almost triple from every other quote when asked about it they had no excuse. So today is the 17 no call and no installer next is BBB I don’t want to see any one else taken advantage of
