Frank and his sidekick did a fantastic job arming our home this afternoon. I had my roommate let Frank in as I was struggling to get off of work in time to make the appointment. Frank hung out at the house after he had finished the install and gave me a very thorough tutorial on the system upon my arrival. The video doorbell was a huge selling point for my wife and I and he did a superb job on the install...it looks like it came with the house. Safe and Sound installed and provided a Denon AVR-3500, and installed a Caavo TV controller that I provided to support an existing 75” Samsung QLED HDR 4K TV. The major goal was to reduce multiple TV remotes (8) with a single remote controlling both picture, picture source (Roku, Amazon Prime, Apple TV, etc.) along with audio, and clean up current equipment cabinet wiring. Frank Panezich and Carl were professional, knowledgeable and efficient. System working as expected. Highly recommended.
