I thought Taylor was helpful but she wasnt. I bought a king size mattress set that was suppose too be $699 plus tax, I already paid $600 on the mattress but since I didnt pay it off in 3 months they are charging me $800 to so call lease this mattress which I was never told about. So now Im stuck paying for this mattress. I do not recommend this place. Its a rip-off. I couldnt reply to your comment but you never said the it was a leasing fee for $800. My aunt was right there with me

At first I thought Taylor was very helpful and friendly. I got a twin with the metal frame and a queen with the metal platform frame. The twin doesn’t fit the frame, my son and me are constantly hitting our leg on it. It sticks out more further than the bed. The bed slides around on it all the time. I finally just took the bed off the frame.She lied to me about to payment amount and how often the payment needed to be made. It automatically would come out of my account every payday. She told me it was once a month. Also they advertise that they are so much cheaper than retail when they are way more than retail. After I got home and was looking at the paper I thought that was a little expensive for two bed and frames. So I called around. Literally pretty much anywhere else was at least $700 cheaper for the exact same thing as what I got from there. I would never recommend anyone to go here and if the other mattress by appointment places are priced the same way I would suggest you shop around first. I should have done that. But I was in a hurry I was tired of sleeping in a recliner and just wanted to hurry and get something.

My husband and i have been researching beds forever and we kept seeing Taylors name. We finally made an appointment and once there Taylor helped us find the perfect mattress. I left a good review at first but after talking to the credit company. Im paying $226 a month for 12 months on a set that I was told was $1000. Which was the cheaper set they had and at the end of the day Im paying $2800. Thats crazy. I was NEVER TOLD ANY OF THAT. I was told it would be $100 for 12 months. Im waiting on the credit company to call me back so I can see what the return is for this mess. I can not believe I was taken advantage of like this on a mattress set.Taylor did everything right. Great service. She was patience with my 1 year old who was running around her store. She helped me get a new mattress set that I could afford. I called, set up my appointment time and meet Mrs. Taylor at the store. She walked me through all the mattress that they offer. I was in and out in 15 minutes. Great service.

This place was awesome!!! Taylor was great.. She let us take our time to find the perfect bed... She even sold us pillows, one was priced correctly but the other pillow she sold to me for $50and I found the same pillow for $18. In store!! Please do your research before buying anything... I do not have access to look up anything!!! Bed is great, but, got ripped off for pillow!!

Taylor was very helpful in working out the financial aspect as well as giving advice on mattress quality and frame options. She even helped load a fullSize memory foam in my car!The mattresses are good quality and affordable, however I only gave 4 stars because of the delivery services. Reasons supposedly beyond their control caused them not to arrive until 9:30pm. The one thing I was really put off by was that the mattress was not delivered in an enclosed vehicle. They were haphazardly strapped to the bed of a truck and an open trailer. I am currently waiting for a “buckle” in the mattress to disappear they said it could take a couple days.Overall I am pleased, next time I purchase I will opt to transport my own mattress.

Ok place to get a mattress from until you can do better. The mattress that was delivered wasnt what I wanted. Get the expensive mattress bc the cheaper ones dont last long especially if theres more of you to love.

Terrible company!!! Unfortunately,I got screwed by them.I bought a mattress.Slept on it for several days.It was too firm.It gave me awful backache.Decided to return it.A rude saleswan told me that the store does not accept returns.(P.S. There is no store policy on their website.)Any company that cares about its reputation knows that a customer is always right.Right now I am stuck with the mattress that i can not use.?The horrible saleswoman does not answer my calls or messages.So folks DONT use this company, they dont care about customers.
