Anthony is a rock star. He was all by himself handling a never ending steady flow of customers. He was patient, friendly and efficient. He even out the screen protector on my new phone for me.I’ll definitely be back the next time I need a new phone.

Friendly and fast service. We popped in because my fiancé had troubles with his current iPhone and needed a new one. Christian assisted us and helped him find a way to get a new phone for the best price. In this case it was upgrading to the new phone since it was a little cheaper then getting a refurbished phone with the phone insurance he had. The process was quick and he was super nice!

If good customer service is your thing, then come here. I expected to spend a chunk out of my day getting a new phone but that was not the case whatsoever. My needs were met in a swift manner and I was able to get more out of my service. Christian was the gentleman I worked with but everyone in the store was friendly!

Went into verizon expecting the visit to be stressful and time consuming. Both Travis and Christian were very easy going and honest. They made me feel like they really cared about my needs and helped me to the best of their ability and got me set up perfectly.

Went in kinda mad my phone kept acting up on me, Travis tried fixing the problem at first but we deemed it unfixable and showed me why. Ended up getting the new Iphone 11 and i love it. Travis was very patient with me trying to find which phone i wanted and i fully trust his expertise as a salesman.

Always heard verizon had the best service so I decided to give them a try. Stopped in at the Sumner location and was helped by Christian. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. I was lied to about discounts I would receive if I signed up for a business plan by a salesman named Christian. I spent over $300 in store on May 5th when I switched over 5 lines from Sprint. My first bill was $652. When I asked I was told that was wrong and the $500 in credits hadn’t been applied. 2 weeks later I received a paper statement in mail for same amount. I returned to store and was told they could no longer allow me in store due to covid 19, but again I was assured the bill would be fixed. I left a message with the manager who also manages Maple Valley store but never received a phone call back.A month later and still no credit but now a late charge and past due notice, I called store and was again blown off by another salesman who said Christian wasn’t in. After 3 long phone calls with Verizon customer service, I found out there aren’t any credits for business accounts, and I was not on the plan quoted to me.Thankfully Carlos, the customer service rep, was able to get me on my desired plan and waive the $200 in activation charges. I’m still out several hundred dollars, but I know what the bill will be from now on.Verizon has great service but the independent dealers like the TCC in Sumner and Maple Valley are liars.

I visited the store today to see about switching over from metro, Travis and Christian kept it so simple and honest with me that I felt comfortable throughout the whole process.

I recently switched to Verizon. When i got to the store to begin, I was greeted by CSR Christian. Christian was beyond helpful. He listened and had great answers to sometimes not the best questions. He explained services and equipment in a way I could understand.I hope to be with Verizon for avery long time. Because of Christian, I will recommend Verizon to my friends!

Trying to sell you new devices even if yours still works. deceiving you into telling you you need a new phone number. I hate to say it.. (small town mentality)dont do your business there.( I didnt deal with Sabrina it was a mid twenties shady guy) 30 minutes later I was taken care of at costco.(go there instead)
