2 hours of our life well never get back and nothing to show for it due to a mistake on their part. They managed to figure out how to charge me to open 2 new lines but not accomplish any of the things we actually came in for... If youre going to tell my pregnant wife to wear her mask right you might want to make sure you tell your friends that youve been chatting with for the last 45 minutes to do the same. Thats just a double standard and rude.

We stopped at the T-Mobile in Sumner after going to 3 other stores. We were so impressed by the workers.there. They were very helpful and knowledgeable. Kianna helped us at first and we returned the following day to purchase the phones. No pressure was put upon us and they answered all of our questions without hesitation. We returned later that evening for we had some questions and Ryan C. helped us and was so very nice about it. He offered to help us with future questions. Customer service at the Sumner store was very impressive and we would definitely refer others to this store. Shelby, a new hire, was also very pleasant to work with.

Had an absolute amazing experience in this Tmobile! The customer service was outstanding. Really went above and beyond to find things that matched my needs without being pushy. They totally catered to me as the customer, which with past experiences with other carriers I have not received. I will definitely be coming back and referring all my friends and family. Amazing staff all-round! 10/10 would recommend (:

Ryan and Noah were more then helpful in finding me a new phone. They had great knowledge of all of the phones so i could have the best one for me with the best deal they could get me. Very very friendly and helped distract my baby so i could focus on buying my phone! :)

I bought a new phone from them and I was told they would transfer all my data to new phone, after I payee in cash for the new phone the guy told me he is your reciet and handed me instructions to do the transfer myself.I said you told me you would take care off that, his reply you cant be in here with all that is going on now,I guess its only ok to go in to buy a new phone but not ok to be in there while they do what they said before I played for the phine, they ever has the gaul to charge me $20 for customer support, save yourself the headache and avoid those arrogant rude individuals, I plan on calling T-Mobile corporate on Monday to file a complaint, worst service ever

Friendly staff. Helpful and welcoming. In fact, if you are a T-mobile customer with a finicky Samsung device come see Nicole. She is awesome and able to do in 5 minutes what Cellphone CPR couldnt do in 4 days (and Cellphone CPR was very friendly with their service)...So glad I came in!

I went there in this last week and it was probably the best T-Mobile visit i had ever had! This team took the time to figure out why my phone wasn’t working! And when i say team, i mean every person that was working helped in some sort of way! It was an amazing collaboration of coworkers. The manager Hanna was great at showing her newer team members how to trouble shoot my phone too. Thank you Sumner T-Mobile for the amazing experience. You are my store!

Brand new store, in Sumner, WA. Parking is good. Store is pretty. Customer service was great. Very efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly. Husband had to port his work number from Verizon to TMobile. In and out in 20 minutes. And it was ready to go when we walked out.

I would give a 6 stars if I could. Ryan Cepeda was pretty much the most productive, knowledgeable and friendly t mobile rep i have ever worked with and i have been a customer for 15+ years. A friendly get it done approach made this process painless and enjoyable. Ryan, you are wonderful! Keep up the good work.

Walk in at 6:26 pm. Doors unlocked. Needing to buy a phone charger. And both people say sorry. Are tills are closed for the night. Explaining all i need is a phone charger. I worked retail for 3 years. And never would i have said no to business. Even if i had to redo my till. I wont be going back to this tmobile location.

Ive been having problems with my SG9+ since I got it in June. Ive taken it in NUMEROUS TIMES to several different stores in Tacoma and Lakewood. All reps said to do a claim on it (something I dont want to do with a $1000 brand new phone). Anyway, the girl that assisted me and took my phone and actually worked with it! I have yet to see if it works or not but the fact that she took the time to address it rather than push it off was impressive

Waited an hr just receive service that only require 10mins of there time. Worst customer service experience on 4/19/17. 3 employees and not one could even ask to see what was the reason I came in that day. They spent more then an hour on a customer while the other tiok about 30 minutes. And have me waited while 3 employees were assisting 1 customer

Staff was extremely rude and threatening, would never go there again. At least tmobile it self had far better customer service and were able to fix the situation, although it took some time and many hours on the phone.

Disappointing outcome and end. Went in to switch over a couple phone lines, a data line, and purchase a new iPhone for my daughter on 12/22. In the process staff mentioned there was a free Android upgrade available as well. Since my wifes Android is 3 years old and not holding a charge well I said would like to take advantage. But as well mentioned was a surprise (mainly iPhone for daughter) and would like to come back in with the iPhone and old Android to switch all over the new lines/account Activated on the 22nd and phone right after Christmas day. Okay they say and hand me the activated sim cards and iPhone.We go back in on 12/27 to switch out the activated sim cards, and switch out the Samsung Android phone. They say no longer available as promotion ended 12/24. What? But I advised my intention AND Activated my service on 12/22? Staff person says he can only credit $250 based on now current promotion -- which means I would have to pay +/- $500 now. Huge disappointment but since manager not in left after other activities done to speak with manager the next day.12/28 I go back in to address the issue. Manager states not much he can do but between him and staff called Promotions Dept. and still ended up with nada EVEN THOUGH I Activated when the free switch out promotion was still live and they stated okay to come back after the Holiday surprise.Final manager comment was you can still return the item as you have 14 days. Return what and what value would that bring? Chose T-mobile on the line data service and went through the switch hassle the eve before and the iPhone would cost the same wherever.What I want them to do is Honor the verbal agreement (can be considered a contract really) in switching out the Android based on my expressed intent and their agreement that it would be fine.I guess nowadays a simple shrug and apology is sufficient.But I wonder if that would hold up in small claims court based on expressed verbal contract agreement and the timeline of which I Activated the service lines?Guess well find out.

Noah is the sole reason I hated this place. I wanted to get a Wifi hotspot. When I arrived, the store was complete empty, and I soon discovered why.1. Noah ignored my request to discuss a hotspot and immediately started to hard-sell me on the T-Mobile One plan. I had to tell him no fewer than five times that I wasnt interested and that still failed to stop him. I had to walk out.2. Noah either doesnt know what hes talking about or hes the most most crooked salesman Ive seen since I stopped selling used cars out of disgust. He was trying to sell me that he could add my tablets to the One plan at $40 each. He cant. He had told me that he could get my current plans bill reduced simply by adding autopay to it. Again, false. He was just trying to sell me a plan I didnt want.3. Noah cant do math, not even with a calculator. He kept going back and forth with his figures as he continued to try to sell me a plan I didnt want. Im not sure if it was incompetence with basic math or double speak, though I suspect both. The entire experience felt like a shell game.4. Noah is very rude, especially when he doesnt get his way. His entire presentation is condescending, and he finally just outright laughed at me the last time I told him no. I just grabbed my ID back at that point and walked out.T-Mobile is a decent carrier. This place is a real slaughterhouse.

Had to park at McDonalds. Had to go to a Verizon store to get a Samsung galaxy s 7 case. That technology is to old for t mobile to sell apparently haha what a joke! S8 is the newest s7 r still relevant. I c ppl walking around with s5 n s4 phones. I checked at Sprint they had them to. The guy told me I needed to get a new SIM card for my mom. She had the old bigger one. I said ok can u give me a new SIM card. ( I gave him her phone n the new galaxy s7 to switch the cards) He said ya just call her n have her call 611 so we can make u a primary person on the account n Ill issue u one. Then she can have her new phone today. Keep in mind this is the manager. I look at him n said I told u this is her phone I can call her but she doesnt have a t mobile phone to call 611 from. Im guessing it had to b a t mobile phone. O ya he said. I cant get a new SIM card she works alot has her own business and cant get in. I want her to have it before Christmas. He says no she has to call 611 make u a primary person on the account n then u can come in again. This is after he told me no problem we can get this working today. My mom went into the t mobile store in Milton said this is my phone I wanna get my sim card into my new phone. The lady at that store said ok let me c ur phone. Took the SIM card out. Cut it down to size with this little tool that the other guy probably had but wanted to charge me almost 30 dollars for a new SIM card. (Idk how much the sim cards r but that what somebody told me) After she cut the SIM card with her tool she put it in the new phone sent my mom on her merry way. Never asked her her name. Never asked her her account number. Was nice n polite. She wasnt even the manager. She did better than the manager at the sumner store. Was more professional also. Now my mom has all her contacts which is great. If she got a new SIM card she wouldve had to put them all in again.
