It looked like I was in the store in the middle of night restocking and I was there on a Sat in the middle of the day.Like there where pallets on almost every isle with stuff on them and not one person stocking shelves! U had to wait on people to finish on the isle before you could fit down them. Only been in one Walmart this bad and it was In Virginia beach years ago. Sure hate to see this in my small town. Sure glad theres an IGA across the street it has to be managed better than this!

I so enjoy shopping at the market. Still a great selection and low prices. So much faster and easier than going inside the big one. Staff is great. Store is clean.

I used this location for Pick-Up yesterday. The individual who helped me load the groceries was very kind and did great, but I really wanted to give a shout out Pick-Up in general because my debit card had fallen out of my back pocket yesterday in the midst of uploading the groceries and either someone turned it in or an employee turned it in, and the staff at Pick-Up kept my card safe for me & I went to go pick it up today. It’s just really unheard of for people to do things like that these days and I really appreciated them being honest and keeping it safe for me. Thank you again! :)

Koran is seriously the very very best! After things not exactly going our way for the past couple days concerning our grocery pickup, and she made everything so much better! She deserves the world, and a couple margaritas!

Becon was in the wrong place. It was placed under 2.47 slot but it was 2.97. I moved it to avoid one else from picking the wrong item..

This store has gone to self checkout only, the employees get a bad attitude when you ask them to scan items since I am not on employee. I have waited over 10 minutes for someone to do their job at this location and so far they have failed miserably. Of i could give 0 or negative I would have.

The grocery store is good but may be too big. Produce is excellent and they have everything. Meat department lags prepackaged stuff. Prices are great, selection is very good. Stay away from the pharmacy. Overall best grocery in town.

I placed an online order through Walmart.com.The whole online process was very easy and the pick up procedure went smoothly.There was no contact and the staff followed all the CDC protocol related to COVID-19.I was able to remain safely inside my vehicle while my order was loaded.The staff was also friendly and helpful.

I usually dont shop here except to get gas. I stopped in 2X, first a quick stop, then a bit later for more groceries. I was shocked at how much more they carry than the Neighborhood store at Pinewood. I will make it a point to travel a bit farther to get more of what Im looking for.

The wait for curb-side pickup is horrible! It’s worse than waiting at the pharmacy. After waiting over an hour and a half, I had to leave empty handed because there were still others waiting before me and I just couldn’t wait any longer. Do NOT order here for curbside pickup.

The idles were congested with pallets of goods to be stocked and the carts of the online grocery shoppers. Plus the entire self checkout system. Does not make for a good shopping experience.

I usually have a good experience with the pickup and delivery option, but not this time. Driver basically dropped my order at the wrong address and the people running the department were basically useless when I told them the issue.

I love going to this market. Very clean and staff is nice and helpful. And the self checkout is quick.

Still amazed at how well my 20 year old ford explorer drives and sounds. These guys are who you want to fix your car. And their work is guaranteed. 😍

The turkeys in Summerville are .25 lb, because Walmart honors there store prices I went to pick up 4 turkeys, well the black male manager stated he would not honor that price and only the one he has online for his store, I will call corporate and file a complaint Monday! This store is always clean and the employees are courteous and very helpful. The store on Broad St can take some lessons from this store.

This place has the best pickup service! Their substitutions are good for the most part and the wait time once you arrive is typically within 5 minutes. The staff is always friendly too!

Sumter South Carolina is lucky to have to Neighborhood Walmart Market and a Supercenter its a Super Saiyan will most people go to the Souza all shopping and they dont have the products you can go to either one Neighborhood Market of Walmart and its really good you can shop get in and get out pretty fast I give it five stars

Nice place to shop. People are friendly and mostly polite. I dont like shopping at the big Walmarts but these are nice.

I live closer to the Supercenter Walmart but I dont mind driving another 5-6 minutes because its so convenient to shop here.I also enjoy the pick up service! Right now, shopping in store is annoying due to having to wear masks, which I cant stand because I feel like its hard for me to breathe. Kenya from the pick up department is super helpful and understands that I like to double check my items before leaving.

Shelves are never stockedPallets of merchandise block aisles. The self check out system is outrageous. Lines and confused shoppers. Only one regiter is manned. I am at the end of my Walmart grocery shopping. No service!!! Poor management.

All self check-outs except for register # 1 which wasnt even open after 5 pm on a Friday. Only one self check-out that excepts cash . Some of the self check-outs werent even in service .Long lines and BIG problems ahead for the Holiday shopping. Be prepared to wait unless you shop early like 7 am.

Store sales for the most part are empty and it has been that way for days theres barely any stock theres no excuse for it with todays technology you sell something you stock something its simple but yet you cant get it right at Walmart

Very good. Except there seems only 2 motorized shopping carts was availalbe.My foot was hurting, so I cut my shopping at walmart short. Id went to Piggy Wiggly to continue shopping.

No one can work anymore. They have machines doing everything and the humans just stand around and collect a paycheck for being rude. America at its worst.

Pallets & stocking carts everywhere! Apparently stocking begins at 3:00pm. Ridiculously long checkout lines. Impossible to keep proper social distance.

I enjoy shopping at the neighborhood market. The traffic is not bad getting in and out. The service is good and the store is clean. Some of the cashiers need a refresher on customer service; it would be nice if they would greet you and say thank you when handing your receipt. Especially after spending my money. I purposely use a cashier and not self check out!Edit: Now all the cashiers are gone, and only self check out exist! They do have one or two employees there to help you.

I choose to go to this location because of their stock. The employees are helpful. I find most of the items that I need. The store is decent and clean.It has handicap parking and carts for the infirm. The checkouts are always working. I recommend this place.

This market has got great employees there, however they are overwhelmed with ppl begging 4 money at both exits, and then the same man there every week at the door for some place raising money has become very annoying for any customer..

This Walmart has no regular registers at all now . All registers is self check out only. All of the buggies was in the parking lot and had none in the store you had to get one out of the parking lot. I had ask to speak to the manager they told me the manager was out on leave . I asked for the person that was in his place and they told me the person was not there either.

Convenient, good prices and always open.

Lines are always super long. Self check out is for debit cards only and you wont know it until after waiting in the line to use it bc theres not a sign before approaching the lines 🤦 not until you are ready to go scan your items. Waste of my time and others. Then its only 1-2 lines open where theres a live person in the middle of the day. Unacceptable

Terrible online/pick up experience!!! Alerted at 8:05pm that order was ready. Store closed at 8 so waited til next day. Arrived next day to find that only 1 of the SEVERAL items was available. This took about 30 mins to figure out with no one following up to inform me. Never again.

A cute lil location

Its easier than going into Walmart. limited stock at times. Pharmacy is quick and they are helpful. After years of bad experiences at the Walmart super store pharmacy. The people and services here are the greatest.

I love grocery pick up!

Nice workers, but the drive through is really slow I have sat here for 25 mins today and still haven’t made it up yet. The lady in front of me has been sitting there for 10 mins turned in two prescriptions and got them filled while sitting in line. Please make this just a drop off and pickup only. Please have any other questions or concerns inside, instead of backing up the line! I have heard the whole conversation while waiting and insurance should be handled inside!

I like the Walmart neighborhood markets much better than going to the super stores. It just seems to go much smoother. This particular store is usually clean but they seem to stock at busy times of the day.

Not a bad store, friendly staff. Only downside is the meat selection isnt great.

For the last few months this place has been HORRIBLE. There’s always boxes everywhere to the point it’s hard to get around, not to mention the lines are ALWAYS backed up into the aisles making it even more difficult to navigate around.Just spent over 30 minutes in line to just leave my stuff there because they can’t operate their register. Absolutely ridiculous.

Pleasant shopping experience

I prefer the neighborhood Walmart to the larger one on Broad St across from Lowes. The smaller store seem quicker to make your purchases and be on your way. I had been going to the one on Pinewood Rd to find out this one had the same item on sale that i wanted.
