We made arrangement to meet at his store today witch is Saturday. First off Eric is very professional. What stood out to me & my wife is when Eric asked us our names he actually remembers them. We bought 2 mattresses today Eric asked us what we were looking for into comfortably & he fit us into 2 great mattresses.. He even took time out of his busy day to even same day deliver our mattresses & helped bring them in my home witch is amazing well be back in the future thats for sure..

It was kind of odd I made an appointment and had to wait a little bit to go get in when I arrived inside the mattress that they are selling us was very thin and the image that they posted was not the mattress that they try to have sell me. I would have appreciated it a little better if the staff was a little bit nicer to me. I wanted to wait a little while before I put this review up because the man was very aggressive to me and I didnt want him to think that I wrote a bad review on him shortly after leaving please do not go here unless you want verbal abuse

My husband and I were sleeping on a mattress that was well, worn. We woke up sore from our mattress every morning hating just as much to lay down in it at night. We finally looked at mattresses and sat down with Mr. Eric Toole. He did everything in his power to make sure we was able to get a great mattress at a good price! He was very understanding and very nice. Most people will just sell you their product just for the buck. This man is not that kind of person. He went out of his way (in a nice way) several times to make sure we went home happy and we did! Thank you Eric for being you! For being as caring and understanding as you are. Just purchased my mattress from here and I have to admit, the price beat every competitor in the area. Haven’t slept on it yet bc we just got it set up. Laid on it at his store and the comfort of it was just as good if not better than the 3-4k dollar mattresses out there! 6 mattresses within a year. Yes 6! Chasing after the oerfect mattress and the promise of the best sleep you will ever find, only to be disappointed and wake up feeling like a 90 yr old with aches and pains .Walked into Mattress by Appointment and met Eric. I was determined once again to chase the promise of another high priced mattress that i had researched . Eric took the time to have me try out several mattresses he had and detailed each of their attributes as well as negatives . He had me try one last mattress,,,said he had sold many and even recommended this particular one to family and friends .It felt remarkable. Less than 24 hr later, Eric had the mattress to me. He even contacted me the morning after to see how it slept. Told him that i had slept well....Now, after several nights later, I have to say...i cant renember last that i have slept so well and wake up with NO PAIN! I have finally found the perfect mattress for me, and so thankful for Eric and his kindness and expeetese. Apologies for the lengthy review, but if you are looking for a new and great mattress, this is the place !!! Great service, great price, honest ...and oh yeah... GREAT SLEEP!!!

It was a pleasure to do business with Eric. He is a very professional and pucntual person. We found the mattress we was looking for at a great price. Our matreess had to be ordered however, Eric kept us informed every step of the way until delivery. The delivery time was very reasonable when compared to local furniture stores we have dealt with.
