From the time we walked on her lot up until the day we moved in she was always there to answer our questions. Her crews have been very polite and knowledgeable. DO NOT under ANY circumstances do business with this company!!!! Buyer beware! Agreed to purchase a home over a year ago and still not ready. Home has been paid in full and nothing but lies and excuses for the product theyve supplied. Currently been living in a hotel for 3 weeks with pets in boarding while waiting to move into a home that was promised to be finished weeks ago. I was given an original timeline of dec 2020, we are in aug 2021. I sold my home and furniture to relocate and now my belongings are in storage and Im living with my handicapped child in a one room hotel they have declared they wont pay for any longer because I could move in They want me to move into a home where lights are not working and/or hung, the home is not set right and needs to be redone. doors are hung upside down and backwards, water is leaking and has a contractor working in it everyday trying to fix the disaster they sold me. No answers, no solutions, just more and more lies about getting things done. They have uprooted my entire life with no end in sight DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM

About five months ago we walked into Lumbee Homes in Sumter as our last chance to get into a new home this year. We had been to other retailers in SC and NC with no luck. Angel greeted us, we told her what we wanted and were we wanted to be financially, within an hour we had been approved for the home we wanted. A week later after a extremely easy process for the loan we had our final loan approval/agreement. We went back a week later and signed out contract! The following week we had our new home delivered. Jeremy was very helpful through the whole process, Kershaw county is difficult to work with but whatever issue they gave us Jeremy handled it. Even the set up crew, the McDonalds, helped when it came to inspections from marking the property line to showing where the underground wires were from the power pole. We watched the whole process of them setting it up and the crew was great! We had a unexpected leak from an under ground pipe, Mr. McDonald went above and beyond on Easter Sunday to handle the situation from out of town. I would highly recommend if you are looking to upgrade or purchase a new home to go visit Angel and Jeremy at Lumbee Homes you will not be disappointed!

Jeremy and his family were great to work with. They were very attentive and professional. The process went so well we were just amazed at it all. Even the contractors who very involved with the set up of the home were very concerned anything from placement of the home to making sure whatever services they had to perform that they included us in the process. We have gone to several dealers and we are counting our blessing that we were able to do business with the Lumbee Homes family.

The woman that helped us was very helpful and took everything we needed or wanted into account. She answered every question we asked, we never felt rushed and she even walked out in the rain with us just to show us around. Me and my fiancee are definitely coming back.

We just bought a double wide home from Lumbee in Sumter and Jonathan was a pleasure to work with. He and Angel was there every step of the way, if we had a question he would answer it and if he didnt have the answer he would get back to us. She always called to give advice, call to chat to see how the process was coming along, she would always be a helping hand when I needed her. Dealt with Jeremy at their Sumter store on buying my first mobile home . They went above and beyond to make sure that the deal went as smoothly as possible Home was delivered and set up in a professional Manner very quickly . The home was delivered to Newberry which is quite a distance of approximately an hour and a half . Jeremy personally made a trip out here to make sure that everything was going planned . You just dont find that kind of service every day . You can be sure that I will be doing business with them in the future .

The only reason I gave you a 1 is because 1/2 star wasnt available. Ill give you that 1/2 because the price was good.Service after the sale is nonexistent.Some of the set up crews are very sketchy. They do terrible work & wont fix it. Hire someone else to do this-Im out $2500 because I mistakenly trusted Lumbee Homes.For this to be a Christian based company I am deeply disappointed. Shame on you Jeremy Jones!

A good place to buy a home. Nice people no pressure.

We already called you, and came by to see you in person, yet we got the same response.So here you go, because we called you about the workers smoking weed and yet you said you talked to them, the same crew that installed the underpinning for which we paid extra money for and you blame our land.Even better is that one of the workers took a dump behind our storage building and left his knit hat on it. Again nothing was done to our satisfaction.As far as our home, we are happy with Live-Oak homes. And they dont have a problem with taking care of the issues with the home. We also will never recommend your business to anyone.
