Went to grandsons Soccer game. Just ended😒

They provided excellent customer care. They were friendly, answered the phone when I called every time. I’ve had a coolant leak on my 2013 Chevy Cruze for a few weeks. Didn’t have time to fix it and I thought my self diagnoses would be correct, so I replaced a $20 part. Ended up not being the cause. I took it to Tan and he looked at and told me what needed to be done. A new water pump, only $350 for the part and service! How amazing. I looked online and this kind of service should run about $600. Thank you Tan for all your hard work! He also works on my fathers Toyota Tundra regularly to do regular maintenance, brakes, etc. my fathers truck has over 330k miles and has never had a problem. That’s thanks to Tan and Toyota!

Great customer service. They were very polite and had such a nice attitude. I will be coming here again. They did a transmission flush and oil change within good time.

I have been going to Tan since he opened his shop in Menifee. I have had nothing but excellent service and quality of parts and work. I have had as many as many as three vehicles at once with my kids driving. Mini Cooper, Toyota Van, Nissan Pickup, Kia Forte, Ford Focus, Honda Accord, and Ford Mustang! Tan has worked on all of them! Once when Tan diagnosed a problem and fixed it, and the issue was still present. He instantly refunded my money (his idea, not mine) and went back to work on the car, eventually finding the problem and fixing it perfectly! He even discounted the repair because of my inconvenience. He is an honest man! Has integrity! A pleasure to know. I trust him with all of my vehicles.

Never coming here again. They charged me $2500 to fix my car and it broke down 3 months later with the same problem. He said warranty wont cover it. He doesnt know what he is doing.

They didnt speak good English was very hard to understand. So I went somewhere else
