United Car Care is a Neighborhood garage to handle your everyday needs to care for your car or truck and keep it in good condition. The people are courteous and ready to help when you have an emergency. Like a dead battery or flat tire. Im relatively new to the Sun City area and I needed a place to stop by and have some air put in my tires. Or have a routine oil change. This is the place I was looking for. Stop by and introduce yourself to the people who are ready to make your day better. And, the prices are reasonable.

I have two friends and a neighbor that have complete trust in united car care. I took my truck in today for the first time. They serviced it and checked out a few things I had concerns about. I picked it up about noon. They were really thorough and Jim answered all my questions. It was a pleasure doing business with them.Glenn

Excellent, caring service. They will tell you if a repair needs doing now, if it can wait awhile or longer. Because they are so good you sometimes have to wait, but they do their very best to take care emergencies at once.

United Car Care is a neighborhood service station in Sun City, Arizona, owned and operated by family members, and you get that feeling when you deal with them. There are always little considerations that you receive even when the place is knee deep with parked cars. And that in itself speaks to the quality of their work. The populace of Sun City needs businesses like theirs in all fields.

Not good experience. They said i had a bad leaf springs. Not true. Definitely some gunny business. I was not happy.

Took our Jeep back to Jim and his mechanics after it began stalling while driving. Within a day, we had the solution. The parts had to be ordered, but within a few days, we had it back and its running perfectly. The fee was reasonable too. This is just one of the experiences with this auto shop. They are very knowledgeable and honest and were always satisfied with the service and fees. We trust these guys to get it right, and they always do! Thank you Jim and staff!

Oil change and tire rotation. They did their job. This place is where you go to get your car fixed, and they do it right. They dont try to get you to purchase things you dont need Just to make more money. The owner Jim is my age and hes been there for 30 years doing the same thing fixing peoples cars and doing it right !

Jim has been my moms mechanic for years and she has always had complete faith and trust in him. I had a similar great experience. I will continue to take my car to him and would recommend and encourage all to do the same!

I have been taking our vehicles to Jimmy at United Car Care for the 8 years we have lived in Sun City. He is the absolute best and he totally understands the meaning of customer service. I trust him completely and if he says my car needs something, I know without a shadow of doubt that I had better get it cared for. His prices are always fair and he is well known in Sun City for his no charge for helping out any customer with a quick need that just calls for his expertise or a little bit of his time. Like the lady who was given a quart of oil with a message to pay it forward, I had a similar experience a few years ago. My neighbor recommended I give United Car Care a try, so I stopped by because I had a light bulb (in a hard to reach place) that needed to be replaced. I did not have an appointment, but Jim took care of it promptly and didnt charge me. I never forgot that simple act of good business and as a result, they got a new customer. Ive always had great service. Ive trusted their explanations when something needed to be repaired or replaced and as a result, I have no need to go looking for another mechanic.

United Car Care is the *only* place you should be taking your car for service of any kind. Jim and his team are professional and honest, and they do highest-quality work. His estimates are accurate, and the work is done quickly, accurately, and on time.Ive been taking my car to United for 10 years for maintenance and repairs and I refuse to take it anywhere else. I went in and asked if they could sell me a quart of oil, the guy behind the desk went back in the back came out handed me a quart, I asked him what I owed him and he said just pay it forward.
