Would absolutely recommend this place. Never attempted to upsell me but instead walked me through what would be best for me as a newer bowler. Great service and very friendly, will definitely be back.

My wifes nephew recommended these guys for all our bowling needs. After a 12 year break, my wife and I joined a get your gear league. After receiving the new ball I decided that I would check these guys out. Even though I had older balls that I liked, when I have someone new drill the bowling balls, I have they start from scratch. After drilling the ball they had be take a couple of throws in there shop to make sure it felt god and no problems. Since then my average has gone up and I bowled my first 200 game in 12 years. I will take my family there for all their bowling needs as they also helped my wife with her game. Strongly recommend them for any level of bowler, especially beginners.

A well run customer orientated pro shop that does not oversell products to new bowlers. If you need it they will recommend it but if youre really just wasting your money and about to overbuy they will tell you. Honest businessmen making a living and making friends. Their drilling is absolute perfection. I had my ball re-drilled because the span was off by 1/4 and it made a huge difference in my release. They also give lessons and I would highly recommend either Joe, Pat, or Pats son Taylor.

Returned a Storm ball purchased within the factory warranty. The manufacturer said to return the ball from w to where I purchased which was Vital Signs. I was told by management that I had done the right thing. The Storm ball had cracked all the way around. I was told by management it wouldnt take long. That was almost 6 weeks ago. I was faithful in my paying for the ball a year ago and Vital Signs takes this long to get me a replacement . Give me a break. It isnt like it was the last Storm ball in their inventory. They have my $150.00 but I havent seen or heard from them for over 6 weeks.

I will only buy my sons equipment here. Patrick and Joe are professional, courteous and knowledgeable. They advise and suggest in the bowlers best interests not their profit margins. You cant ask for a more honest and straight forward business approach. I highly recommend Vital Signs whether you bowl for fun or are a competitive bowler. These guys rock!

This pro shop is amazing! My boyfriend went to them when he didnt know anything about bowling. They told Patrick and Joe that they were planning on joining a league and wanted to know more about bowling. I have been bowling my entire life and my boyfriend knows a little more then I do because of these guys right here! I now also go to them to get my bowling balls drilled and they are the best!! They are friendly and dont judge you if you havent bowled at all! I would definitely recommend this pro shop to everyone!!!

I havent been hear for about a year. Very honest and helpful guys. They could have sold me a new ball, but they said that I really didnt need one. My balls were just fine.

I took my storm physix here to get drilled. Ive never been here before, came to Vital Signs from a recommendation from a friend. I found my bowling heaven. Patrick took care of me from start to finish. These guys measured my hand so many different ways and I was amazed at how friendly they are and superior knowledge. Ill never go anywhere else.

Impact bowling is one of the best owned pro-shops in the state of az that i know. U have a problem with ur ball, theyll look at it and tell you exactly whats wrong and what they can do to fix it while at the same time telling you choices that can save you money. Great employees friendly and just basically your great friends at impact. There is so much positive to say about these guys but im gonna leave the rest for you people of America to find out the rest by heading down to impact.
