Originally I stopped at OM Finishing to inquire about an oil change. That appointment was made and at a great price!! From there we discussed some repairs to the hood of my vehicle which meant it also had to be painted. This meant I was without a vehicle for three days and would be taken to another one of their shops. I knew who would be driving, they are insured and my vehicle would be locked inside their building. It’s beautiful!! After that, I needed tires! I’m one happy customer! Great customer service, phone contact, scheduling, and pricing! I’ve even taken my sisters vehicle there and they are getting additional service done in a week or so!! Highly recommend!!

Dont even want to give them one star but have to. My husband bought a used truck mid September. The rear tire carrier was broken. The dealer recommended OM Finishing Touch. Called right away finally got him in today November 22nd. Said he ordered new parts from the dealer. My husband got 12 miles down the road, the spare tire fell off, by the grace of God nobody was behind him or they could have easily been killed. He used, used parts and didnt even apologize for it. No regard for anything. Avoid them at all costs!

Stoped in just for an oil change they did a inspection and found out that I had a broken tie rod end so I asked if they could fix it and the mechanic agreed and I paid a decent amount to have it done mechanic was frendly and about a week later I tried one of the detail packages just over all impressed with how I was treated and how frendly the staff was the owner is frendly too.
