Service can always be very hit or miss anywhere these days! My clerk tonight was super awesome, I did not catch her name. She was the consummate customer service professional! I left feeling so good! In general, all Walgreens seem to have above average service. Plus I was able to get vaccinated there faster than anywhere else. Kudos!

Unbelievable! Today, Friday, I needed a very important prescription that my Dr. called in. It wasnt too long after mid morning that they texted me that there was an issue with insurance. I tried to call them to see if it would be resolved the following morning & Id just have to take 1/2 doses of my meds that I have left, otherwise Id have none & this medication it is not advisable to suddenly stop. I tried calling to get more info & sat on hold for 20 min. I didnt have time for it & they never answered so... I decided to call the insurance directly. The insurance found the issue & they said they would call Walgreens with me on the line ...we sat on hold for 25 min. A tech said they would run it again & I could pick it up (it was 3:30 @ that time). I have the Walgreens pharmacy app & could see that they were in the process of filling it & verifying with ins. It has been at that status for over 4 1/2 hrs. Now it is 8:05 pm & I have been on hold with Walgreens for 1 hr. 10 min.!!! She just actually picked up the phone while Im writing this review . When I told her I have been on hold for 1 hr. 10 min. she said she was busy. All this waiting on hold & the fact that I waited over 20 min. in line the other day just to have them tell me my prescription wasnt ready & that they were leaving for lunch & closed down in the middle of the day between 1:30-2. Ive come to the conclusion that they are far too busy to care for me as a patient & they dont have time to handle my prescriptions. She didnt even apologize for me having to wait on hold for 1 hr. 10 min.!! Im having my prescriptions transfered ASAP.

The new, blonde, middle aged cashier that was working today at 9 am was so rude. It took her 7 minutes to checkout a customer getting kitty litter and cigs. She was purposely moving really slow after the line started growing. I asked if I had any points to use and in a miserable voice she said “no” without even checking. She should definitely not be in a customer service/cashier position.

I go there for prescription refills and pick up a few additional things. Staff is very helpful.

I live in Sun Prairie. I like to come this Walgreens. The staff is friendly and compassionate.

Loves this Walgreens in general. However, I called the pharmacy department to request an Rx pickup that was going to be just a few minutes after 6 pm (the time pharmacy is to close). The person on the phone asked if it would be 6:02 or 6:15, I said closer to 6:02. She said we will wait until 6:02. I said thank you because we need this medication before heading out of town. We arrived at 6:03 and they were closed. Incredible customer service at its best.

I have always had my questions answered at the pharmacy. Very helpful!

Store is always in disarray, literally just sat in line waiting at a register 4 deep while two what I assume were managers stared and discussed shelf placement. Last time I checked the customer should be first. The only bright spot I see at this store is the pharmacy staff is helpful and take care of you in a timely fashion

Incompetent cashier and manager. Asked for a recipe. Told I signed up for digital. I did not . Took 15 minutes to get a refund. No more shopping at Walgreens.

Nice and friendly staff, but they are not open many times when I need to get a prescription filled later in the evening. You can get your script filled at the Davis St location 24 hours a day, and then shop here for other items. They typically have a great selection because most of the residents go to the Davis St location, so the stock here is not as picked over. I especially like to shop here for Christmas gifts. They usually have a great selection of unique items, and they typically have it in stock.Im sure as the west side of town continues to grow, this location will get busier.

This is one of the cleanest Walgreens I have been in. The clerks were very nice and helpful. The pharmacy department was great. I was very surprised how quick it was to have my medicine refilled.I live north of Madison and I now use this Walgreens when I come to Madison. I would have not problem recommending this Walgreens to anyone.

I went to get some gift cards, rude service. The cashier made a big face and said that Walgreen points don’t apply to gift cards. I ordered a photo print also which was very poor quality, the picture was two colors darker than the original.

On hold for 15 minutes and hung up. Great way to run a business

The staff are always so helpful, and I always find the items on my shopping list (and then some!).

PRICE gouging every time I go there its never the same COPAY DOUBLE $20TO$$$40 BEWARE

WOW, absolutely horrible service. The pharmacy guy, Shane, does not know what he is talking about half the time. And he never gives you full detail of what the price will be and then he tries to blame it on you that you were not listening. Just absolutely horrible pharmacy department. I thought the customer was always right.Would NEVER go there again, they can keep their drug pills and their horrible staff. Will never go there again.

They take the change from children, call blk ppl coons, and put u out of the store if u wear a hoodie.
