I had a complicated line transfer and both employees working assisted me. They were pleasant and professional. It worked out. I had a great experience. They had the phone I wanted. And I was in and out quickly.

Went in to get a tablet added but was not able to.. Hugo was very nice and helpful in explaining the option of adding hotspot and helping us understand how to get it working on our devices. His customer service was friendly helpful.

Hugo is the best! He was extremely helpful in getting me the phone I wanted. Once I got to the store he got it set up in no time and made sure I had everything I needed.

Store had an employee that came in the store after I did, asking me what I wanted instead of asking how he can help me. Was more interested in the anti Trump propaganda written on his car than my needs and then charged me, at no fault of his own, an extra fee for paying my bill in-store

I had a problem with my phone. The so called Manager Fernando was a joke. Rude and not helpful at all. They have no clue on what there product will do. Hey OWNER train them on what a 5 g wifi signal is please.
