I came in on the iPhone launch day so the store was super busy. Despite a long line of customers waiting, Colleen was so helpful, very knowledgeable, and got us the best plan and phones for our scenario. And even though it was hectic in that store, she was always courteous to me and all the waiting customers! Great employee and super service!!
The sign says My goal is to make sure each customer knows their valued. I could not have been valued less. We waited for an hour and a half and were barely acknowledged. There was only one customer service representative, and he worked at a snails pace. We finally left without being served. Plus they were out of stock on a bunch of stuff. Totally mismanaged site.

After being lied to by an associate and receiving very poor customer service at another store, I had the honor to work with Sati to get my issues sorted. She is FANTASTIC to work with and was able to cancel my order at the other store and get me a new phone that day. I can not say enough good things about this store and staff as they have been able to resolve issues no problem that the other store was unable to do. I will only be going to this store from now on and HIGHLY recommend working with Sati!!! Coming from a 20+ year customer.

I just stopped by this location today to buy a new phone and had a wonderful experience! Kyle greeted me as soon as I came in the door and quickly got me through the entire process of buying a new phone. He knew specs about my old device and about the new ones I was looking at so I could make a good decision but he wasnt pushy or trying to sell me more than what I wanted. When I decided on a phone, I let him know I had about 45 minutes before I needed to leave and asked if that was ok, and he was able to swap out my phones and do all of the paperwork within 30 minutes!!!! He even started transferring my data to the new device first so that we could do paperwork while it transferred to be respectful of my time crunch. He was kind, funny, helpful -- all the things. Thanks so much for your hard work, Kyle! Ill definitely be going back to this location for the next time I need anything!

Went in the other day to do some changes on my account. Felt like I was an inconvenience to the employee, he was rude. This is the 3rd time Ive gone to this location and had a bad experience. Ill stick to the Location by the mall, Ive never had issues with staff there.

Had an absolutely terrible experience! I went in to simply upgrade my phone and ended up leaving because they were so rude. The two employees there acted like I was a huge inconvenience and clearly didnt want to help me at all. They kept sighing at me and kind of rolling their eyes. I even knew what phone I wanted so it was going to be super easy! Go to any other location!

Ashley Lewis is phenomenal! I will return to this location anytime we need an upgrade or change in phones! I came in late with my toddler who was a total terror the entire time and she helped me get set up with a replacement phone before the end of the night even when it meant staying past close. Incredibly annoying phone system. It should not dial for 30-60 seconds just to be finally answered with an automated voice just telling me youre helping other customers and to leave a voicemail. Im not leaving a voicemail ... Im calling a retail store, not an old friend. Rant ended

Came in for a phone warranty problem. Yes I waited for an hour. Lady helping me was very knowledgeable and nice. Their customer service hung up on her call an hour in. Was told to leave and problem would be resolved. Was supposed to have replacement phone in 2 weeks. And I would pay for shipping. Turns out it showed up on my porch next day. No shipping fees. Hats off to MK Celluar Sun Prairie!!! For standing by the true customer that they have to deal with eye to eye. A definite recommend for me to any of my acquaintances.

Here is our story. Our daughter bought a brand new Motorola G 3rd generation phone from AMS in Sun Prairie. We are U.S. Cellular customers and have been for 12+ years. Our experience buying the phone was pleasant. Fast forward three months. We have a phone that runs out of memory with every text message it received. She has installed exactly 4 new apps outside of the ones included in the factory settings. She has virtually no pictures or programs on this phone using any memory. The internal usage of the phone consumes nearly half of the eight gigs of memory the phone has.Yesterday we went back into the store to see if there are any options for us. We were told that we can buy out the phone ($160 remaining) and purchase a new phone. Or we can try a memory card. We bought a 16 gig memory card. None of the apps are able to be moved to the memory card and since now some of the apps have enough memory space to update she has even less memory now that she did before we started yesterday. AMS also suggested that we call Motorola and see what they can do. We contacted them today. They will only replace the phone with the same model.We are out of options. Basically I feel that the store sold us a phone that did NOT fit our needs. We told the sales rep what we wanted and needed and were sold a phone that ended up being worse than the 3 year old phone we had previously. I am frustrated that the store will not stand behind the products that they sold us. The phone is in excellent shape and could be resold by them with ease. We are willing to pay the difference to upgrade to a better phone. I dont think we are being unreasonable.
I was at work and my phone cord broke the wonderful employee there figured out a way so I was able to get a cord even though all the odds were against me, thank you!!
Get used to bills that randomly are 60 dollars more than they should be and any lies they want to tell you to justify them. 2 bills in a row, no overages for data or anything. Then they hang up when youre pissed about it
These guys are the best for cell phones. Much better than US Cellular store or kiosk.
