Love this one! We been to the one close to our home but that one is not quite good...so we try this far away one...and they really way better!More organize more products even bigger ... theyre 100% self-check now!!Restroom is a mess but it quite late night they might do cleaning later.Anyway we got all we want and always good price...we love Walmart!

Customer service is absolutely ridiculous they had one check out that was open everything else was self-serve which I dont do. Lines were extremely long and then when the next check out lady came she never took the next person she just opened up and grabbed the people who werent even in line very long they at least need to do Ill help the next guest. And they need to schedule better. Not everybody wants to check their self out. I stayed in line for well over a half hour and the young man that checked me out said its like this all day long.

Like almost every Walmart that Ive been to, very organized and pretty much always has what I am looking for.

Same old same old Big Box store. I hate having to ck myself out. Found out if you ask for help- depending on reason+ mine - my back was out, the customer service person checked me out and was very helpful. 4 instead of 5, just because I had to do that- specifically ask! I guess no one has Eyes to See,anymore;)

I dont like that this is no longer a choice between self ck. & bagging your own items or a ck. out line with a cashier at a register. As a senior citizen, I find it both challenging & very impersonal.

If your town suddenly issues a mask mandate but the rest of the areas around you dont you need to put up signs! Not everyone is from your town. This store like most walmarts fails to do its basic minimum required job as a business.

Unusually Well kept, well stocked, well staffed Walmart. Unfortunately, Watertown store is the opposite in every way! Its nice to actually find shelves full of products to purchases. Watertown looks mostly empty every day for years.

This Walmart had everything. It was well stocked and very clean. Assuming this is in Sun Prairie I would drive the distance to shop there again.

Its a very nice Wal-Mart and the people are very pleasant and helpful. I do miss not having a cashier to check me out when I have a big cart full of groceries!

As far as Walmart Supercenters go, this is one of the good ones! Lets face it, weve all been to that Walmart. The one on the other side of the tracks where your mother refuses to visit when the sun goes down. Im pleased to inform you that the Sun Prairie Supercenter, even when its dark out, is warm, welcoming beacon of convenient shopping departments! So grab your pocketbook Mom, were headed to good ol Walmart!

Not one register open with an employee. Just self check out. I had a $200 cart that I scanned myself while an employee stood there and watched. Absolutely will NOT this walmart again.

Staff that is their as friendly. It just seems like Walmart always chances out on staff so theres never really anyone to help you unless you walk the store to find someone. Shelves are usually pretty empty but I know that theres a shortage for employment everywhere as well.

Walmarts is Walmarts. The greater was nice, but way too chatty and clearly thinks everyone in NY lives in skyscrapers. Um no, half of us are upstate, and even in the city, most dont have skyscraper apts.

Was able to print a 5x7 photo from my phone instantly for under $3.00.nice quality also. That an a frame was the gift I was looking for!

Beaver dam Wal-Mart is great to go get your everyday needs, BUT Wal-Mart in Sun Prairie is the total opposite! No selection of really anything.

This place is terrible. I’ve ordered online at a million places for store pickup. Best Buy, target, menards etc. ordered 3 grand from menards last week and the order was ready in an hour. I ordered one thing from there for a birthday party. A single video game. Went over two hours later to pick up and they said they couldn’t pull it until he following day. I told them it was for a party I was on the way to and the lady Carly at customer service was beyond rude and told me I’d have to cancel the order and buy it again. I told her I put it in my card and didn’t have the card with me if she could just have someone bring it to me I would even go grab it from the electronics section. She flat out said she would not help me in any way. Called my fiancé and had her use my card online and Ordered it from Best Buy after that and they had it ready in the ten minutes it took to drive there. Can’t believe how rude they were especially Carly at customer service.

Found everything on list. No cashiers. Ring and bag your own. Bring your reusable bags if drsired.

Not one associate greeted me on this trip. The ones I walked by on the floor were too involved in their own conversations and did not seem to want to help customers. While I was shopping, there was multiple instances where there was no price on items, if only there was an associate that could have helped with that. Had a large cart of items at the end, so I was very displeased to find only self checkouts available at this location. That meant going through the checkout line in what would have been 5 minutes with a live cashier took 27 minutes to get out. If you are reading this, do yourself a favor and go to the nearby Target on Grand Ave. They still use humans at the checkouts.

Good store but not stocked as well as others

I ordered a Neutrogena products because I never see it on the shelves. Payed 16.00 for a 10.00 dollar product. I understand the price change with the pandemic. It was supposedly delivered the 18th of this month. It is now the 21st and I still havent seen the product. Keep your money Wal-Mart and who ever your distributor is. I will never oder anything from you again. My first and last time.

The disability parking is always horribly full and I can never get a spot and I am disabled for atleast a year so far and definitely having to reapply it due to a botched surgery just over a year ago which has caused me major problems/issues that have caused several issues/disabilities so extremely frustrating!! The store has gotten much cleaner/better since the new store manager has taken over (except the disability parking) cuz the last store manager left it dirty feeling and run down!!

So many items are no longer being ordered, or stocking. Then to top it off, we have to scan our items and bag them. I would like to have paper not more plastic.. then to top it off your return cart station is to far awlay from the handy cap parking.

It has most of the stuff anybody would need. Dont go here for sports equipment though

I only go to Walmart when I have no other choice. I dont understand why you people pay them to do their job. Any business that doesnt have checkers to ring me up and bag my stuff gets as close to no business from me as I can get. Screw walmart. Conveniently located in Sun Prairie off 151 at Exit 101. Huge parking lot. Needed hanging files and plastic file boxes. Moderately priced. Self checkout. Hand sanitizer and cart wipes at entrance. Mask up!!

It was ridiculous. Not a single cashier. There were like 10 self serve registers though. If I wanted to work at Walmart, I would have filled out an application.

Clean store and always stocked well. The self check out was backed up and lots of red lights waiting for help. I felt bad for the 1 young man who was working. He was helping some elderly ladies and scanning for them and all these people were waiting for help. He still kept a very upbeat happy attitude though. It was clearly under staffed.

I live two mins from this Walmart. So I have been here many times. They are never stocked. And when the do decide to stock it’s at the busiest times so the isles are full. One time I went to get a dozen of doughnuts and there was a fly trapped in the box. So instead of driving two mins I drive 15. That’s how bad this Walmart is

On a Friday, many shelves were very empty and picked over. Both in Home goods and in packaged foods. Long line to get to a check out lane, but it moved along at a good pace.

No Halloween decorations just Christmas and I refuse self checkout

Seems to be a well kept store, clean and organized. Everything seemed to be kept well stocked also.

Dont buy a lot of groceries here unless you want to spend 30 min working yourself. Go somewhere else. Self checkout is a joke when you are buying $150+ groceries.

Seemed like a clean store. However, their alcohol section was very small. Red bull was very cheap. Ironically, the chips I felt were somewhat higher than normal.

I dont care for walmarts and the staff can never tell you where thing are.

This Walmart is clean and the staff are pleasant and happy to help. Its grocery is ok if you need something and the liquor prices are competitive. The selection in both grocery and liquor is muted due to their smaller size/footprint.

The store is in disarray, employees not acting properly. No check outs open.

Not much on the shelves now. This isn’t the best WM in the area.

Have been going here instead of picking up in town thinking they would have some hot food ready at the hot counter. Well it seems they are not bothered by what customers think. They do it when they want to do it so if you are thinking of wasting your time thinking they will have anything besides the rotisserie chicken don’t even come here. Tried talking to the management on several occasions and was given excuses and that is what it is an excuse.

The employees are very friendly and helpful.

No one showed up to help. I wasted over 20 minutes waiting. Put all my purchases back in their messy store.. Ill go back to my hometown Stoughton Walmart and have my typical pleasant shopping experience!!

Its okay, but I always have a hard time find someone to help me. Not enough help around. Im handicapped and ride a cart. Sometimes things are out of my reach. I dont like checking myself out. Miss the cashiers.

Dearest Walmart,I realize that all of your Scan and Go registers are a strategic effort to reduce cost, but... We have three cashier lanes open, four customers deep per lane, four self-serve registers at each end of the cashier row (for a total of eight self checkouts) and those also have a long line waiting.Its bad enough that you dont offer a discount to those who use your self checkouts, since we have become de facto employees of your company with no pay, but to inconvenience us further by only having long lines of customers waiting for the pleasure of doing someone elses job is a bit much.If youre not going to hire more cashiers, why dont you install more self checkouts?Its actually getting to the point where Im willing to go somewhere else on the hopes of better service.Maybe you all just dont care. Im sure other stores would love to make money off of your apathy.

Didnt have what I needed. Only self checkout was available. (Zero cashiers) and both sides the self checkout line was outrageously bad. One side was into the produce department (as in look at cabbage like I would normally look at snickers bars or magazines). Walmart is typically long lines, this was easy 4-5x worst than any other time I have ever shopped at any other location.

Very disappointed! Price scanned higher than what was posted on the shelf for several varieties. Nightmare to get the refund.

We started doing grocery pickup this year and it works great! We don’t ever have to go in the store and the prices are lower than most other grocery stores. Sometimes the wait can be pretty long but I would recommend overall.

Was in sunprairie walmart today 4-13-2021 early evening and this wonderful young man working there cleaning carts was so very helpful, he got me cart cleaned and was friendly, . Asking how my day was going, his Tag Said Devin, so thank You Devin for your help!

Some items sold out. Was looking for hitch receiver and other towing items. Had to get some things here and go to Harbor Freight for others.

In the past Ive shopped at Walmart quite a bit. I would say though in the last couple years I tend to shop at other similar competitors near by. And because of this visit I will keep shopping at other competitors more often. Wasnt that way tonight but it wasnt not busy at all because it was snowing. Just a lot of different unusual things happening either in the parking lot or inside That we thought were very inappropriate. Couldnt find scanning stations around us, or a single employee to help us check Prices on items we were deciding on purchasing. Store does have a big selection and was clean and quiet. Great way to get exercise on a hot day. I looked for a printer on the website and when I got to the store they only had 4 left, 2 kinds. Got the one I wanted but Ill never rely on the website. Dosent any one make vegetable pizzas, I thought Walmart might, nope. Overall good shopping experience.

Walmart is Walmart... this store however is the best Walmart in the Madison area. It has fresh produce, a large selection in the bakery and grocery sections, and could be your one-stop-shop for literally everything.The Cons, right now is that the only registers that are open are the self-check out registers. So if you dont like self-check out that may be an issue for you.

It was really busy, some aisles were packed. Some aisles were almost empty still, there were zero registers open, so the self check out had a line of 15 people. It makes me wonder why there were so many people stocking shelves at noon on a Sunday. Arent they supposed to be doing that when theres not a ton of people in the store?

Too many people bark orders about a mask mandate, trying to tell people its a law. Never once taking into consideration that some people cant wear the masks. The management needs better training as does the cart cleaners.

I recently visited the Walmart Sun Prairie location to pick up some photos I ordered online. While trying to pick them up there was some confusion over my order. The ladies working in the photo department asked a woman who I came to find out was named Anna to help them. Turns out she was an employee there who just happened to be present that day doing her own shopping and wasnt even on the clock. She went above and beyond to help with the situation and was absolutely amazing. HUGE THANK YOU TO HER!!

This Wal-Mart is doing pretty well. Not many people in the early a.m. and everyone wearing their masks. Had everything I needed and more. 😁

I would not reccomend using curbside pickup for groceries. Extremely unorganized and unprofessional. I used this location twice and will NEVER go back. Justin who is the manager in this department needs to pull in together. He was rude and unprofessional. First blamed the staff for running behind then blamed the delay on a system glitch. Items damaged...extremely disappointed!!!!

Its Walmart, What can I say, I would rate them higher But I dont like how they treat us truck drivers, They wont even let us park in their parking lot way up towards the front (Away from the building) anymore, Because theres a few truck drivers once in a while who are slobs that cant walk 25 to 50 and use a trash can, So all us drivers have to suffer because of that, I have a Walmart credit card and I feel like cutting it up!! I parked in a Walmart one day went in shopping came out to a nasty note on my truck about parking there, We have to shop too!!

Its Walmart, not much to say. Parking lot and entrance is a mess, so just be prepared to wait and drive like crazy to get out.

I am not a fan of self checkout. Waited 10 minutes for an assistant in the lawn and garden center, nope, no body came. I thought people needed jobs. Another way for walmart to save money.

Ordering produce for delivery is hit or miss. I cant tell you how many expired or spoiled things I have received. It still is beneficial to go in the store with only a few things on your list and have the bulk of groceries ordered through Walmart+
