Recommended by a friend...Paid premium price to have the purchased car fixed and cleaned...Yet the owner Ben Lin did nothing before the first delivery and I couldnt accept the car (There was even spider nets in the trunk)...The second time they fix only major problem leaving all other promised repair unfulfilled...Basically Bens sales strategy is: promise you he will fix all bugs on the car, but in contract put sell as is, then deliver without fixing bugs to see if you would accept or not, if not, just do some bare minimum or recommend you to his friend to fix your car...of course you pay for that...Ben Lin is a low rank scammer... run away guys... dont buy cars from here, you have way better service elsewhereBTW all the pictures you saw here on the google are fake... the location is right but the office is a wretched placeThe good reviews on Google and Yelp are fake too

I am a international student. I struggled so much when I had to sell our 2006 S2000. I posted the car on CL and 2 weeks after, Auto Force contacted me and told me they can help me sell my car. I was busy attending school so I couldnt bring the car to their office, they even sent an inspector to my school to inspect my car. The inspector was professional and nice, it took only 15 mins. 3 Days later, they came back with an offer that was higher than KBB private party, i honestly didnt expect that, i would be luck if I can get $1000 higher than dealer trade-in, but instead, they offered me $2500 higher than trade-in. Wow, I definitely think they are solving a huge pain point out there. I referred Auto Force to all my classmates, and they are also super happy with Auto Force service. Dont miss out ~!

This review is regarding their rental company.BE WARNED. THEY WILL CHARGE UNFAIR CLEANING FEES.I really wanted to like this rental company, but they are just greedy.The car renting process was fine and the car was fine. The only issue was that they wanted to charge me a cleaning fee. They gave the car to me dirty, the outside was clean-ish, but the interior was dirty. They claimed they had it professionally cleaned inside and out before the trip, I found trash under the seats that prove that it was not cleaned before given to me. Most owners would be okay with the condition I returned it in because they are going to clean it again for their next customer. They just wanted me to pay the cleaning bill for them. No thanks.I LOVE this car and it is my dream car, why would I trash it? I got it already trashed, if anything, I returned the interior cleaner than I received it.And they even warned me about returning the car late, and that a late fee will be charged. Ironically, they did not even give me the car on time, they were 15 minutes late. Good thing I returned it on time huh?Good luck renting from them, maybe they will treat you more fairly? Or not.
