Best wireless retailer Ive ever walked into, hands down. I always receive quality customer service here, going on 5+ years and several tours with other service providers. They answer all of my many questions and really go above and beyond expectations to provide a solution -- no matter how complicated my situation or issue might have been. I am happy to drive thru two cities past 4 or 5 Metro stores to use the services at this location.

Called the store to inquire about a specific device and spoke with Elizabeth. She was knowledgable and offered great customer service by setting the device aside for me to head over and pick it up. Upon arriving I found her to be very intelligent and personable. She finalized my purchase, ported my number and set up my new device ready for use. I couldnt be more appreciative of such high standards of service. The store was clean with a pleasant atmosphere. And Im loving my new Moto G7 Power. I highly recommend this location.
