1st time trying this place and......OMG!! THE OoH LA LA drink is bomb! Coconut pineapple with strawberry bits. Definitely buying it again!

I ordered just 2mins ago and while i was sipping my drink its almost done and when i checked it its full of ice up to the top well she didnt asked me about the ice just the sweetness so maybe i thought for the coffee drink they have a regular ice. but no its full of ice and less coffee ... i didnt order ice..i ordered coffee...thanks for $4 of cup of ice

Delicious smoothies, wonderful service, and great prices for what you get. I ordered a dairy free avocado smoothie and the ladies working were so sweet and attentive about making sure the substitutions were correct. I definitely recommend Tastea!

A Tastea 10 minutes away from me - woohoo!I was excited when the San Jose location opened up, but now this one is practically across the street from me! The only downside is that theyre considered an express store so they dont serve their famous chicken and fries... (I hope they change their mind on this concept).When I came on Friday night I was the only customer there. The staff members were friendly and made my drink quick. They both tasted great! The Ooh La La was full of coconut and pineapple flavor. The honeydew milk tea has a slight artificial after taste to it, but thats not a huge surprise at any milk tea place. The honey boba was perfectly sweet and chewy though.Hopefully they keep up this quality and if so, Ill be back! (If they added their snacks Id be here every other day!)

For some reason some of the drinks are not offered on their app so I ordered in person. Wait was 15-20 minutes. I usually get peach me sweetea, lychee freeze, cantaloupe crush, watermelon freeze (w/e it is called). Parking super easy.

The whole family like their tea. The store has a lot of customers but somehow they are able to crank out an order usually in under 10 minutes and with good quality. Prices are reasonable.

Order through delivery apps for a faster experience so you don’t have to wait 10+ m! Usually get extremely busy so if you have somewhere to be, would not recommend. Otherwise, go for it! The workers are extremely nice and the store is clean.

Meh. first time here and the reviews looked good but I don’t know what the hype is about. impossibly slow service. Even though I ordered online and was quoted 5 minutes (i know this time can sometimes vary), it still took 25 minutes to make one (1) simple milk tea so i probably won’t be back again.2 stars because at least it didn’t taste horrible. they do have a good variety of flavors, if you have that much time and don’t need to be anywhere else

I usually use the Tastea app to order, and my drink is always ready when I come to get it. Never waited more then 5 minutes when using the app. I always have a tough time choosing which drink to get because of how many selections they have! I tried this place when my regular go-to spot was closed and i keep coming back. Drinks are moderately priced but are well crafted, so worth the money for sure. I personally reccomend cold taro milk tea with coconut jellies or the peach me freezie, medium sweetness with aloe and extra peach bits! Staff is friendly and pleasant 💜

Drinks taste fresh! I got the jasmine sunrise this time, and it tastes so fresh. You can adjust sweetness and ice. They also have toppings.

No green color honey boba. I paid extra for it but received very little in return. Plus the boba was kind of harden because it was frozen and not completely thaw or unused batch from the day before. Not to happy with my order.

Sunnyvales Tastea is really nice, their service is pretty decent, and I generally love their beverages. Lately though, the last three times Ive gone theyve gotten part of my drink wrong. Theyve forgotten ingredients every time, which is kinda weird to me because on the receipts it clearly says what ingredients are supposed to be in the beverage. Overall though besides missing ingredients, this location is pretty good.

Covid makes the ordering process a little annoying. Make sure to use the Tastea app instead of Uber eats or another 3rd party. Doesnt change the fact that the tea is great and there are tons of great toppings

Ive been coming back multiple times, and still love this place.Sure it has quite pricey drinks, but drinks here are always guaranteed to be amazingly delicious. There are lot of varieties you can choose from, and you can even customize your drink with add-ons too. Service is fast and friendly, they always greet you upon entering (sometimes they dont because theyre busy). The only con is its pretty cramped when theres a lot of people coming in, but the place is kept clean all the time.I would recommended for people who are fond of top-notch drinks.

Get a free drink when you sign up for the 1st time and download the app.Their service is fast and the drinks are tasty!They are not taking orders unless it is online or through the app and they are busy so there is a always a little bit of a wait, not exceeding 15 minutes or so.

I cant exactly tell what the milk base is made of, but I dont think it is the same as what youd find at other milk tea places. The milk base seems to already have quite a bit of sugar in it and some kind of (vanilla?) flavor, so even if you order No Sweetness you are still getting a sugary drink. The flavor of the actual tea you pick is very weak.

I got the HORCHATA MILK TEA + boba from the special they’re doing! It WELL EXCEEDED my expectations. If you like boba, milk tea, and horchata, you’ll be a fan of this drink

Ordered ahead on their mobile app since we are in quarantine.They have 3 options for milk: almond, oat, and a non-dairy creamer with no further description. It is naturally sweet and even at half the sweetness, it still might be too sweet for some (my friend).Their boba comes green and it doesnt have any taste, only offering texture to the drink.Customer service was mixed. The gentleman at the entryway handing out the drinks was polite. My friend asked if she could have a different option of a cupsleeve that was being offered for the event. He was kind and agreed. As he was looking, another co-worker walked behind him and made a condescending remark.Since this is my first impression of the store and franchise, Ill be sure to consider other options if Im craving some boba in this area.

The Tiger Milk was so good I once used to give them a 20% tip for making it well. Well, not anymore.

Good boba tea. Very small inside, kinda cramped. They have nice fruit add-ons for the drink. Fast and friendly. Opened recently but the people seem to know what theyre doing.

Smoothies are just an ice with flavored syrup.And small one costs 5.25Too expensive for an ice...Beside this place looks nice

Good selection and conveniently located. Not too busy with short waits. The less traditional boba flavors are our favorites here. Typically not a fan of the boba balls, but the honey boba here is worth it.

I love tastea and will continue going here as its near my work, but to me, this location isnt as good as the other locations in SJ. If you stop by during the day, its ok, but Ive come a few times after work and had lackluster experiences.Once, my husband ordered a fresh squeezed OJ and was given the saddest cup. It was maybe 1/2 filled a ice cubes and the cup was still only 3/4 full. The workers obviously ran out of oranges to squeeze (we saw the entire scene), decided to add ice cubes hoping to fill up the cup, and still handed it to us after they realized the cup wasnt full. No apology, no attempt to make things right.If I was a first timer at Tastea, Id be upset, but Ive been drinking tastea since they first opened in OC, so I just avoid ordering any specialty drink. Not a bad option for their other teas, but avoid the fresh squeezed OJ.

Pretty good Boba, interesting green/red pearls. On the expensive side though, I paid 6 dollars for a small milk tea with Boba, at that price not the most worth, but still good experience overall.

Tapiocaty shopsThere are many types of tea.Although the store is small, there is a power supply near the seat and you can work on your pc.There is no Wi-Fi unique to the store, but you can use Xfinity Wifi. I think there is no problem with the large parking lot.
