Very good Indian ice cream parlour. We got paan, mango, guava flavours in ice cream and kulfi falooda. All of them were amazing! The staff is good too. They have a good variety of flavours in ice creams. Almost all flavours/options are vegetarian except for cassata and brownie which they have mentioned. Also, they have milk shakes and ice cream cakes. Recommend trying kulfi falooda.

Stepping into this ice cream parlor reminded me of my ice cream trips back home in India with my parents. From kulfi to cassata to sundaes and scoops, they have it all

The guy working on front desk his attitude downright, he sitting on the desk. I said hi suddenly he replied very rudely no mask no service. Mindblowing answer of my Hi.. My suggestion please go and check another store if anyone have no mask they politly answer aswell as they give mask and also welcome for oder. I never visit again.Thanks for welcome !

They have all varieties of ice cream including some traditional Indian flavors like Kulfi (2-3 variations of these actually). They also have ice cream cakes which I’ve not tasted yet but look amazing. The ladies who served us and presumably own the place were very nice and took the time to answer our questions. Highly recommend a visit!

Best place to get indian ice creams and customized cakes. If you are an a ice cream lover this place is a must try! They have amazing flavors such as Mango, Pistachio, Guava and the taste is terrific. You have got to try Kulfi Falooda, mouth watering and leaves you wanting more! The name is appropriate as you would leave feeling like that after having their 🍦.

The staffs attitude is downright hopeless! Its like theyve havent heard of kindness or politeness whatsoever. They dont look at your face when responding. I friggin hate them as a human beings. If there is any other shop that can offer ice cream close to Desi flavors like this shop, thats it Im never visiting this place again.

Very unwelcoming staff. The lady serving the ice cream was least interested in anything. Refused to give a taste of the flavor we wanted. We bought it and ended up being not good....Had bought a friend from another state here looking at the reviews and he was surprised at this service

Very friendly people! I am a DoorDash driver delivering in the area, and when I come to the shop they kindly offer me a sample of ice cream (which tastes great!). I greatly appreciate the kindness and would happily recommend it to friends.

Nice place. The place has variety of ice creams and shakes. Love the falooda kulfi here. The place seems understaffed as of lately, and theres always a long line for take out orders with only one person working to cater them all. So dont mind if that person is not smiling/greeting enthusiastically. For what its worth, you will have a good time with the desserts they serve.

I had falooda kulfi it was very delicious. Staff is very rude . I had to repeat my order several times to this extremely rude lady at counter I wanted falooda drink not falooda in a cup. Lady at counter called both I and my husband confused we gave up on explaining, and had kulfi which was very good. Hopefully owners are reading reviews work on improving customer service. Indian ice cream delicious but staff/ customer service big turn off. Will not visit again.

Ive had their saffron and pistachio ice cream a couple times, very good and very rich.. this time just went for the kulfi with cashews and raisins. Yum!

A friend recommend me to try there falooda drink and I cannot recommend it enough.If you crave for some mumbai style falooda, this is the place to go.

I wish I can give them a negative rating.. no sense of talking to a customer. It says they close at 10:30 pm and we reached the place at 10:32 pm while the main door was wide open and the sign said “OPEN” but the attendant/owner spoke to us very rudely and asked to leave saying “Don’t you realize we are closed”. There is a nicer way too to refuse a service instead of taunting.

Never had good service here. I generally prefer the Fremont branch. The people here are super rude and can never talk nicely. They’re always out of stuff and have technical issues every time I go. Not worth it, just go to Fremont instead or any other ice cream store.

The place has variety of icecream flavors and falodas. On weekend this place had a huge queue. Reasonably priced, you could get confused because of the variety of options available here 😅 definitely a must try in the Bay area! It reminded me of Naturals icecream of India

I got so excited with the number of flavors they had. I tried the paan and the kulfi and they tasted as I expected them to be and I guess all the flavors taste the best. They were so good that I totally forgot that theyre 100% vegetarian. A good spot for yall vegetarians. They have cakes as well but I didnt try them, could be vegetarian as well. The store was clean during my visit. I would definitely recommend.

We had Faluda with Ilaichi ice cream and Kesar pista ice cream. Amazing taste. The server is awesome and prepares ice cream as per our request and taste.

Ordered and paid for a 10inch ice cream cake. When the cake was picked it was definitely less than 10inches. It was barely 7inches with the frosting. The cardboard base was just 10inches. The manager Anu first said they don’t use measurements, just the number of scoops / number of servings. So I guess we can’t go by anything they advertise. At one point Anu said they do use a 10inch pan/ mould but I have 9inch cake pans bigger than the cake we received. Warning other customers considering planning to order ice cream cakes that this store is deceptive. And the customer service is horrid - Anu was extremely rude and never once apologized. She actually asked me why I would measure the cake with a ruler! If it was half an inch or even a whole inch off I would let it go: this was just too much.

Awesome flavors for the ice cream. So many options to choose from. I tried kesar pista ice cream which was awesome. Also had mango shake which was like having fresh kesar aam ras. It was great!

They have several ice cream flavors; quality is great. Authentic taste - their Indian flavors are similar to Natural ice cream chain in India. Their kulfi falooda is really good. Little pricey, but worth every penny!

Cute little store serving Indian inspired flavours to cater to the childhood nostalgia of the desi techies occupying Silicon Valley. I thought it was simply okay.We had the cassata and rajbhog flavours. I thought they were not very fresh. Maybe I got an old batch. But happy to go back and try some new flavours.

Terrible customer service. It was 10:32 pm on a tuesday night, me and family called ahead of time that we are driving from far to come eat Paan. They told us yes please come, the store door was still open with a OPEN sign. I went in there just to ask if we could still get the paans we called for and the lady was extremely rude asking me if I saw the time before I entered the store and that they closed. I will never recommend anyone going there.

If you are craving for Indian Ice creams, this is the place for you! Can’t recommend it enough. Lots of amazing flavors. My fav are Kulfi falooda, cardamom malai kulfi, paan ice cream. You can’t just have one :) They are pure vegetarian too. Best for late night icecream cravings. They are open till 10:30. Nirvanaah!

We had Kulfi Falooda. It was very average. We had multiple orders and the Rabdi was not at all adequate. On Rabdi was somehow divided into 5 different orders. It was supposed to get adequate Rabdi with Ice cream. On the top of that, customer service was very poor. We had to pay one order on two cards for some weird explanation the server gave. On top of this, she shouted at us of just dropping our mask below the nose line, by mistake. The server was very bad and misbehaving. Overall, it was a very below par experience. Yes, the ice cream flavor was okay.

Authentic malai kulfi. Ask for traditional kulfi, and be ready to be amazed

This the the best ice cream parlour I have ever been, including Hyderabad, Mangalore and abroad. They have almost 25 Indian flavours and at least 10 of them you will not get in any other shop. Another very famous brand is giving them hard time in competition, but this place is standing still hard. Even their continental flavours are super delicious. More to that, they know what is the meaning of being subtle. And, to have a satisfying closure to this review, lets say this : they make milk shake, sundae and Falooda combo with any of your choice of scoops.

Got the Rajbhog and alphonso mango ice cream. Paan ice cream is one of my favorites here. Both were creamy and delicious. Highly recommend this place in the south bay for indian flavored ice creams.

Am sorry but very disappointing service . The store closes at 10.30 agreed but people coming in a one minute late it won’t take much of your time to serve them . Such a disappointment in the people working in front with such behavior . I m not sure what would you get out of it to serve a minute late customer that too on weekend . I saw the kids face and it was very sad . Over all pathetic customer service . Atleast the door should have been close if you were very keen on closing at 10.30 pm .

Great ice cream 🍦. I had the ferro rocher ice cream 🍦. It was delicious. I also tried a mix of strawberry 🍓 and mango 🥭 ice cream 🍦 sprinkled with crushed graham crackers and pecans 🌰.

Love their ice creams !mango, litchi and butterscotch are worth a try ! They do good ice cream cakes but quite pricy $43 for 9 inch and no design at all ! Not much customer friendly ! I wud say buy the cake and put toppers urself not worthy to pay them so much !

I wanted to taste the mango ice cream, and I was so excited when I realised this ice cream tastes just like real Alphonso Mango, super delicious. Make sure to get two scoops in the same cup, will save you some money.

Unhygienic place . The serving girl was using no gloves and continuously touching her face and nose. Smells in the shop. No personal hygiene for food standards followed.

I would call it as an ice cream paradise with almost all the flavors one would love to try. Falooda drink, Meetha Pan, Butter Scotch, banana walnut being the exclusive flavors from others stores. Ordered an ice cream, it was the best and tastiest ice cream cake that i ever had in USA till date!

All the ice creams here are too good. Especially fusion blend, they have great variety. Pan masala, black currant are must try if you are into. Ordered falooda couple of times, tastes authentic but the icy basil seeds ruin it. Seems, they are frozen since long.

The staff is too lethargic to serve the people coming in.. each customer is given 15 min late of time to serve 2 scoops of icecream which is very very slow.. have to consider the queue and bump up the pace instead of taking the customers for granted

If you like to have plastic, confettis in your icecream, Nirvanaah is the right palce to be in..The ice cream tastes good but be careful what you ingest..

We are a group of 5 and been to this place on Nov 25th 2020 around 9:30 pm pst. Seems like the person billing/ making drinks has had a long day and treated the customers very bad. It is okay to have bad days, but it is definitely not okay to make others day bad and this employee for sure annoyed me. I seriously recommend the owners to warn her, else she’ll end up making others day worse.

An Indian ice cream joint on elcamino, but the taste and hygiene with ratings might not make you happy.Not a must visit place, but just to visit once. Menu looks very good but most of the time you won’t be able to find all the items on the menu and the hygiene and cleanliness could be improved.

Kind of Ok. Faloada ice cream was terrible.The noodles were like rubber sticks...guy on the counter was adamant not to take order, may be too tired or may be too much sale for the day...terrible experience
