Josh arrived on the same day we reported a broken spring and non-functioning door opener. He changed out the spring and made all necessary adjustments to the door. He noted that it was almost time for out annual PM service he performed the required maintenance quickly and expertly. He explained all services performed and answered all of our questions. We needed 2 additional garage door remotes for tenants moving into our house and was told it couldnt be done and we needed to install a whole new system. The serviceman was very solution-oriented in just finding new universal remotes, and after a few days, he was able to come up with it!
