The service man was extremely thorough and answered all of the questions I had. He was professional and very pleasant to talk to. I was a little concerned with a little light coming through the bottom and a little more draft than I was use to. I called Long Garage Door Repair and asked if they might be able to adjust it any more. No hesitation and the office person immediately scheduled a service call for the next day. The service man came out and adjusted the door the best he was able. I am very happy with the company, customer service, and the way they treat their customers.
