I called AAA Century Appliance for a refrigerator repair and they were able to schedule me just a couple of days later thanks to a cancellation elsewhere. The handling of the service call was super throughout the process. The technician was extremely friendly and knowledgeable, the repair was completed on the spot, and the cost was totally reasonable. I echo all other 5-star reviews for AAA. It was a very good experience, and I am glad I picked AAA. This service gave me all the confidence I need to call them again without hesitation for any future service needs, and recommend them to my neighbors. I have been using AAA appliance for 4-5 years now. Every experience has been exceptional, the service professionals are on-time, knowledgeable of the appliance being serviced, and (I’m not sure how) seem to have the required part in their truck.What this has meant to me is I only take 1 day off, and the appliance has been fixed on the same day, with only one visit. And in less than 1 hour. I can’t recommend this company more.

Very professional. Arrived during the timeframe expected, called when nearby. Very COVID safe. The technician had mask and gloves on. He quickly diagnosed the problem with my refrigerator and explained a couple possible causes. He was able to fix it. Overall, it was a very good experience. They are the very best. Approx 10 days ago I called AAA for the second time. Once again I was extremely pleased. My refig and freezer was not cooling properly. Richard came out the next day diagnosed the problem immediately and actually had the part in his truck to make the repair. Richard is truly a great asset to your organization. He was personable, knowledgeable and an absolute pleasure. I highly recommend AAA and ask for Richard if he is available. They were fair in their price and I would never go to anyone else.

Very happy....they were courteous, came out quickly, tech was knowledgeable, helpful and efficient. Our washer filter was clogged and the entire machine had to be taken apart to clean it (wont ever buy a machine without front filter access again!) I had a lot of questions and he patiently answered all of them. Their service call is only $45 and with the repair my total cost was $160. I found them through Angies List (I am not family or friend).

They were on time and reasonably priced, $85 . $45 for the service call and $40 to fix it. Service tech confirmed 30 minutes prior to arrival . Even though luckily it was not a big problem, it’s knowing how far to poke that screwdriver to clear up the drain filter 😃. Tech made sure the issue was resolved. Very satisfied with their service . Tech was pleasant and professional. Will use them again should the need arise.

I don’t give reviews a lot but they deserve it. From start to finish my experience was unbelievably professional, fair and honest. First they showed up on time.... which let’s be honest is a good start for South Florida repairs.... Washington who was our technician was awesome. I had an uncommon issue and he worked through it and explained every step of the way. I usually try to be Mr fixit with everything but will think twice the next time something breaks! If you are on the fence give them a call first. I would highly recommend them.

I called for a service call today regarding an icemaker issue. I was fortunate enough to be able to schedule service the same day. WASHINGTON was prompt, professional, and very efficient.Even scheduling the call was particularly easy and the customer service was great. I highly recommend this company for service! And on a separate note WASHINGTON was wearing a mask and gloves and I felt extremely comfortable with his attention to safety!

Made an online appointment request for a freezer issue and they called back within 30 minutes. The tech, Washington came on time, very knowledgeable. He knew what the issue was right away and gave me several options on best and quickest way to fix the issue. Had him go ahead and repair the freezer and was fixed in no time. Service guy came out, in less than 3 minutes, he told me that I needed a new ice maker, 295 plus tax. Great way to make 45 dollars in less than 3 minutes.Response: thanks for your response, I havent yet changed my ice maker and it is working fine . Your service guy with 10 years of experience was wrong after all. But I will change my two star to four just for taking the time to respond to my concern.

I called about my 10 year old LG fridge issue. Having some appliance repair experience. It appeared the compressor failed. The people at Century are very knowledgeable and courteous. The tech Washington called me and gave me advice. It used his advice and did not repair but replaced the old LG fridge. Thank you Washington and the wonderful lady that took my call!

Started out on the wrong foot by completely missing appointment; however, after apologizing for a system issue causing the mix up, he Company comped the service charge to come out. That was a great gesture! But, best was the straight shooting Washington who approaches his job the way you would hope others would. He was very professional, pleasant and best of all, very honest!

Best appliance repair in South Florida...have used them several times for everything from washer and dryer repair, sub zero, and just recently my oven that stopped working as it was in the cleaning cycle. Called and by noon that day Washington was repairing and had it working within an hour. The best! Fast, courteous, knowledgeable, honest, and affordable. I hope I won’t have anymore appliance issues but if I do I know who I will call!

The service technician was clean as well as very knowledgeable about my washing machine that I needed to be repaired, he detected the problem and fixed it with a minimum charge to me.

Have a Samsung Refrigerator which is notorious for having a bad ice maker...but the model also came with a soda stream dispenser which no longer is sold. The first time the ice maker went bad it was under warranty...and Samsung fixed it. The second time it was no longer under warranty...the AAA mechanic that showed up explained what the issues where... showed me what Samsung had done the first time...what they missed and even determined that they did not use parts. Eight months later ice maker still working and I am still drinking my soda water...Cheers.

When my other contractor kept stringing me along, I cut him loose and called this company. I called at 8:30 am and they had someone to my house at 12:30. He fixed my dryer right then and there. My only complaint is that they were a little more expensive than what the other company quoted me. However, they actually showed up and fixed the problem right away. Great to actually run into a reliable company when youre dealing with contractors.UPDATE: I had my oven fail on me so I called AAA Century Appliance again. They had someone out the same day to take a look and give me a quote. I had them order the part and it came in the day they estimated it would. They then performed the repair the following day. Once again, Im pleased with my experience with this reliable company. Its so hard to find someone reliable and I highly recommend them. Youll pay just a bit more than a cheap contractor, but youll get someone more professional and prompt.

I was a little skeptic due to their lack of reviews But I felt with the $19.99 service fee I could not go wrong. My kitchen aid Refrigerator stopped cooling. There were honest with me and saw that the compressor had been worked on in the past where a booster had been placed on it giving it a little bit more life. They advises me I replace the booster which would be a quick fix Or replace the compressor which would cost a lot more money. They fix the problem within 15 minutes at a very reasonable price. This company is legit and honest

Dishwasher repair guy came to look into the issue. He looked at dish washer codes and typed something on the cell phone and said that motor belt might be bad and collected $50 from us. He did not even open the dishwasher to see or show us the part is indeed bad. He said damaged partwill cost $385 where as brand new dishwasher costs $400. Not sure he is trying to sell something else. If you look at their website, they say that they are the genuine in the world. Very bad service.

Our ice maker in our whirlpool refrigerator stopped working, I called due to the great reviews I read, they came the next day (most other places were out a week), and fixed it right away! Previous experience with repairs companies was waiting a week to come out, a week for the part to be ordered and a week for them to come back out to replace the part...they carry parts in their vans. Also, the tech was very courteous and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

My KitchenAid French door/freezer on the bottom has given me a few problems and has required repeat visits. Some items were replaced but others were repaired and needed “fine-tuning”. For these repeat visits I was not charged and always kept posted and shown what was wrong, how they came to those conclusions and what my choices were. The supervisor by the name of Washington took care of this. They are ethical and honest. Very pleased.

I had an excellent experience with this company. They are a very honest company based on my experience. The service rep Washington spent a considerable amount of time trying to diagnose the problem with my range, and gave me two options for repair, but noted that neither one would necessarily fix the issue as he could not be sure what was causing it. He could have told me to make the nearly $500 repair but instead gave me his honest opinion and saved me all that money. I would not hesitate to call them for any kind of repair, they will be on top of my list from now on.

I made an appointment with AAA Century Appliance near me. I had a good experience from the appointment making to the repair of my Samsung fridge. Thec called half hour before he showed up. He introduced himself as Washington. I showed him the problem. He explain the reason of the issue and how to fix it. Did a simple test with a flash light to prove his explanation, told me the cost and proceeded very professionally to take care of the fixing. I could see he is an expert. The evaporator fan motor on my fridge stopped working and the entire top portion of my freezer and fridge were no longer being cooled. After getting a few referrals from associates I called around to local companies and got some astronomical estimates for just the service call. Eventually I did a quick google search and came across AAA Century Appliance Repair. I called them and they gave me an estimate of 19.99 for the service call. Which was leaps and bounds cheaper than all the other companies. The technician Mardey arrived about 20 minutes after I made the appointment and was able to diagnose the problem in under 5 Minutes. Once he knew what the problem was he gave a very reasonable quote for the whole expense and had it fixed in under an hour. I was so grateful and pleased. They saved me time and money plus the cost of the groceries I’d just restocked my fridge with. I will definitely be calling them again if I need the help in the future and absolutely recommending them to any one else I know.

After a nightmare of a week trying to resolve an issue with our fridge, AAA came to the rescue. Incredibly knowledgeable, and thoroughly inspected the entire fridge until he was able to locate the problem. Wow I am so impressed by this company. I was so scared to get ripped off when my ge fridge started not holding its temp. Other places couldnt see me today( sears first appt was two weeks) and others had sketchy reviews. The front office person seemed extremely organized and professional when I called. She was very friendly. She said Washington was her most requested employee and would try to get him out soon as I had to go to work. He arrived in three hours diagnosed and fixed the problem in an hour for $280( for the labor diagnosis and defrost heater assembly). I have a one year warranty. He was extremely professional neat and clean and informative. Give him a raise! Would definitely use this company again.

Im very impressed. I needed a repair on a Kitchenaid double wall oven. The control panel blew and it is no longer available so it needed to be rebuilt. They expedited the part to Kitchenaid and back to save time and try to get it back in time. I was timed perfectly. Washington, the technician, was super knowledgable and personable. Missy in the office was great too. They are professional and reliable. Not easy to find in south florida. They are keepers for when I need appliance repair!
