Been real busy and Ron showed up.He was very nice and understood the situation.Waited for us to clear up and be ready for him to work.Then he got the job done fast and clean!Great Service! Absolutely 5 Stars!!!

So, the manufacture of one of my commercial appliances gave me their number as someone who can service their product. When I contacted the company to arrange for service, I was told that I would be charged 120 something dollars travel time, up to an hour plus $50 in mileage plus an additional $128 for the first 30 minutes when technician arrives, and an additional $128 per hour. so before we even diagnosed and knew what the problem was it would cost me over $300. When I asked why would I pay travel time, she said that’s the way it is. Trying to find another company. Sounds like a rip off.

The hourly rate they charge is crazy. If the problem was fixed, I could justify the expense but after two hours of work and $350 spent on the new parts they said that my appliance needed, the problem was not resolved anymore than when I first got there. For three weeks, Ive been calling moltiple time, trying to be put in contact with the tech who worked on my appliance, but I am still waiting for them to follow up with me.Upon getting in touch with the manufacturer, and explain properly the issue by mail and pictures it was suggested that the problem may have been the heat relay of my appliance that is $40 piece that I ended up fixing by myself.Really bad experience

WE HAD REQUESTED SERVICE FOR OUR HOBART MIXER, THE TECH CAME OUT HAD NO CLUE WHAT HE WAS DOING. HE SPENT TIME ON THE PHONE ONLY TO SAY HE HAD TO SEND SOMEONE ELSE OUT BECAUSE HE DIDNT KNOW HOW TO FIX. THEN SPENT 30 MIN IN BATHROOM, WHICH WE PAID FOR. THAT COST US ABOUT $330 FOR THE VISIT. NEXT TECH COMES OUT AND THEN SPENDS FOREVER TO STATE IT NEEDS A NEW PIN. WHICH HE DIDNT HAVE AND WE GET ANOTHER BILL FOR $450. TODAY WE RECEIVE A QUOTE TO FIX IT FOR AN ADDITIONAL $887.33 WHICH THE PART IS ONLY COSTING $1.41. I WOULD NEVER USE THIS COMPANY. AT THIS RATE WE COULD HAVE JUST PURCHASE A NEW MIXER.

I just had new equipment installed by Ruben Cruz.. He did an amazing job on a complicated piece of equipment. He went above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction.. Ruben is an expert at his work and I highly recommend him for any commercial kitchen repair or installation job you may have..
