If you are looking for personalized, professional service there is no other place to go. The turn around time was excellent and the team even came out to me for the pre-work and delivery. Chris, you are the BEST! I love my products!

Let me preface by saying the owner, Chris, was nothing but lovely and helpful throughout the process. He answered all my questions and had my order finished way sooner than I expected, which was very appreciated.My issue is with the print quality. The art made was 8.5 x 11 at 300 dpi, and I had done test runs on my own printer with success before it gave out. Most of the prints I received were fine (blurry but sellable), save for the one shown below which had notable misprints around the black parts of the drawing where it would put these odd white/light blue lines. The product as a whole looks very blurry and the vinyl stickers are worse so. They feel professional but the final product look pretty blurry for what rounds up to about $1.20 a sticker.I would love to say I enjoyed my experience working with Fastsigns and I have nothing but respect for the manager like I said - Im just kind of in a bind now with the below average print quality for a somewhat high price. Its possible this place just wasnt the right fit for me.

We contacted Sal and his team about a standing trifold board to showcase our social media designs at our board meeting. From the very beginning, Sal was very thorough in making sure they had the correct product we wanted and was always very responsive whenever we contacted him. Customer service can make or break a companys reputation. And even though FastSigns is a chain... it has great SEO because I was able to quickly locate a local office to suit the quick turnaround needed for my project that required a local pick up (no time for shipping). It was the only company that would take my project given the time constraints, and with a representative that talked through the details of what I needed asap as opposed to some others that directed me to their online quote form (which never came or delayed the answers to my specific questions). I will definitely use FastSigns again for any future needs, and even though there may be some locations closer to me than my work, the Sunrise/Tamarac location will be my preferred office because of the superior customer service!
