So yesterday I placed an online order for a few items at party city in sunrise. This morning it was canceled. I was told the items are in the store but haven’t been taken out of the boxes yet and try back in a week or two. I checked my account this morning I had been charged twice for the same order one saying $30.02 the other $30.01. Those charges are displayed as pending so hopefully they clear any my money is returned. The bathroom was also filthy at this location. But the cashier was pleasant I believe her name was Savannah.Being that I needed the items I ordered curbside pick up from the Pembroke Pines location. No curbside parking was available so I called the store and parked as close as possible. A lady answered and asked my name and order number. 26 minutes later I still had not recorded my items. So, I call again. The same lady answered and said she thought they brought me my stuff I should just come inside and get it. I come inside and she asks me the exact things she claimed to have written down while we were on the phone. She proceeds to tell me there’s no order under my name there’s a order for Anthony…which is my last name! This entire process was a complete waste of time and an inconvenience. The staff was unorganized and the entire ordeal was a hassle. My order was ready 5 hours before I arrived. Plenty of time to have everything situated.Furthermore, I had received a 15 percent discount for signing up via email on the first order that was canceled. I ended up paying $8 more than when I first attempted to place my order.

This weekend I went in to do a return and get some balloons filled. Sydney helped me and she was amazing. She was patience and moved at the speed of light. She was personable and friendly as well. Hold on to her Party City!

Went to pick up balloons that were already paid for and no one even asked what I needed even though I was standing in front if them had needed to move so they could walk past me. I had to ask them for help! Balloons we great tho!

Yesterday we stopped in to get a dish for our Super Bowl Potluck Party we were attending that evening! As always we found several Football Themed platter plates! We always find our decorations for any party we host or ate attending @ Party City!! Love this place !

HALLOWEEN selection was great. Called ahead and got some help with costumes. They were waiting at the counter when I got there. They have helium for your next get together and everything else that you need. A+++

Placed an online order at this store because it was the only location that had what I needed. I received a phone call earlier in the day explaining that one of the items they didnt have but found a comparable one which was fine. I arrived to pick up my order and the process was seamless. Unfortunately for me I was in such a rush that I left my cell phone behind. (Which I didnt realize until after I left and visited another store)😔 After backtracking-to my surprise my phone was kept safely and they even advised a friend that called my phone that I left it behind. Needless to say I was very happy and blessed to have it returned. Im giving this location 5 stars because the staff was friendly and went above and beyond to meet expectations.

Best place to buy party plates and napkins!! 150 % recommended.

I love the hours! But I notice the helium in the balloons doesn’t last as long as it used to. Overall good quality and large selections.

Went in there tonight (2 days before Halloween) place had a good much people in it, and I got served in record time. The employee who helped us (short African American lady), was very friendly. The communication between her and the people in the back retrieving the costumes, was excellent. No hang ups. Then to add to it all, when we got to the register, the lines were long, but they were moving very quickly. In a time that is usually very hectic, I must say they were top notch with their service. Kudos to the staff at the Sawgrass Party City.

Awesome customer service best party city out there and they still plenty of holloween costumes left. If you need a cosutme or any party/holiday supplies, this is the party city to go to!!!

Lots of stock but check out was extremely slow and clerks didnt seem worried about it.

I can easily visualise why Party City will be on the list of out-of-business ventures. Expensive, lack of options (specially for a niche business) and no customer care. Employees looked unhappy and tired, so they dont care about customer at all.

This is my go-to for all party occasions especially my favorite holiday Halloween

Good slection of party items for Christmas. Staff was friendly except for the one lady on the checkout. Needs training on costumer relations. Prices were good .

Does not have costume we want neither does Lauderhill and its almost a month till Halloween trying to beat chaos. Does not have color blue to match dance oi outfit and closest shade does not offer netted gloves.Counted on them for everything. First time this disappointed going to 2 locations.But usually awesome

This rating is based on todays service. Today is Saturday, and there was only 1 cashier ringing up people, there was a long line of people. The Cashiers name is Kayla WORST attitude ever. If this company hires seasonally, they should consider hiring people with customer service experience or at least people that care for others, her attitude was very grotesque, I said good morning, she didnt even respond back. When I asked why 1 of the three items she rung up rang with a different price than the other 2 if they were all the same? She rose her shoulders and said she didnt know and waited for me to decide if I wanted it or not. I told her to ring them up again or make it right. She called someone to fix the issue but she didnt tell her what happened and waited for me as if she didnt know what the problem was.Then she proceeded to slamm my things in the bag.

Nice. Wide aisles. Pretty clean. The staff is helpful to a point, but they dont seem to want to go out of their way, though that is just a pet peeve of mine.

Good. But dont have a lot of stuff to princess party especially, like if you want to do a party about snow white or another princess. Dont have in the store. Just online.

This place can give you the wrong balloons not have the products in the store and make you have plenty of trips back-and-forth just to prepare for your event. Its gonna be tiring

The staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. One of them even walked me to my car with my 23 balloons because it was dark and I didnt feel safe being alone while putting all the balloons in my car.

They never seem to answer the phone bought two costumes and accessory. Spent over $60 they helmet was missing off of my sons swat costumes. So I called to see if it fell off or if can I get another one. On more than one occasion I called but unfortunately no answer it was an automated machine then still no answer. If I stayed close by then I would go inside the store but Im not. I wish they would pay more attention to the phones. Its no point to pay $30+ for a costume and not have all pieces.

Went into this particular location and was told that theyre out of helium for the balloons. When I asked wheres the next nearest location, thats when I was told that the nearest location in Davie dont have helium either, as well as the one in Tamarac. The only one that have helium is in Boca Raton, and she doesnt know when theyll be getting any. Big Mothers Day weekend and no helium in the area. I needed birthday balloons for a 21 year old :(

Ive shopped here before and the service was okay never anything to write about until now. I prepaid and ordered balloons online for pickup. I called 3 hours before my pick appointment to ask a question about the order and somone answered, put me on hold and hungup. When i called back multiple times the phone keep ringing. When i let a few minutes pass by all Id get is a dial tone. I find that to be very disrespectful considering I paid for a service. Will never do business at this location and its only 0.9miles from my home.

Unorganized and overwhelmed. They have alot going on for Halloween so they are cutting corners. No helium for balloons... in the little balloon bins.. none of them (the balloons) matched the description on the bin (i.e. in the Happy Birthday balloon bin they had congrats balloons) thank god i went in a day before my event. Then i buy multiple bags of candy, the girl at the register scans them all as one color.. so when i went to return the items i didnt use.. they argued me down that i didnt purchase them or they are on another receipt. The manager finally LOOKED at the receipt and realized the mistake. They were about to not give me my money back and gave me a hassle because of a mistake they made. Ill drive to coral springs next time. This is not the first time i have had problems with this place and returns or balloons.
