The almond bark was amazing but the ice cream was even better! Great little gem (place) when you need something sweet to top off a night out!

Employees were super friendly and helpful. They only allowed 4 guest at a time so it wasnt overcrowded. And as always,their candy is outstanding quality.

Watch out for poor shelf life on these products. Their fruit items only last a day before going bad. I purchased chocolate covered strawberries for my girlfriend for Christmas a few days before giving them to her. By the time she opened them, all 4 were covered in mold. They were refrigerated the entire time. I then visited the store again to ask what they could do because their product spoiled so quickly. The woman working the counter dismissively told us that the fruit was only good for one day. I’m willing to accept that, but that means the fruit they are using is not fresh, and they don’t refrigerate it in the store. I also do not appreciate being dismissed so quickly at this store as their strawberries are EIGHT DOLLARS APIECE. A premium price should yield a premium product and premium customer service.Even worse, their chocolate really isn’t special.

Happy to see the store manager from The Galleria store at Sawgrass. We were regulars at the Galleria store now she is at Sawgrass so we will shop here. She has great customer service skills. The Sawgrass store needed this change. We will continue our patronage at this store.Thank you.

Wow this place is good. The customer service was great and so was my expensive chocolate covered strawberries... Just great! But be ready to pay up for it. But for me it is worth it. Quality ingredients.

Chocolate delicious, but they need a better manager. The last 3 times I have gone they always have an issue from no ICE, no vanilla ice cream, the machine is not working or we dont have milk.. no incentive or apologize for the inconveniences customer are taking time to go and to hear we dont have or is not working come back another day pretty annoying.. its ok not have things ready but train the employees if customer goes for something apologize and advice customer what they have..

I love chocolate, no doubt about it.While Godiva makes really good chocolates, I dont think that they are any better than others that are much less expensive, like Lindt.When we walked by yesterday, I was intrigued by the concept of the Trufflelata, a new drink that is replacing their shake and is your choice of truffle flavor blended into a small beverage. Its a great concept, but not at $6 for a pretty small cup. While I was tempted, I just didnt think it was worth it.

If you like chocolate that is the place.

The chocolate swirl ice cream is delicious but the service at the sawgrass mills mall is poor, youre better off just getting an ice cream cone at chick fil a, where you know the service will be great :)

The lady named Malini at Sawgrass Mills store is amazing! She is super helpful, always ready to make us feel comfortable in the store even if I am with my super curious kids. I knew Godiva store before but she is who made me a client. She let me taste a chocolate and this helped me decide to buy all the gifts I needed to buy that day. Five stars to the chocolates and six stars to Malini. Congratulations!
