Very efficient staffs.Walked in with my car keys walk out in minutes.I also have the life time warranty.The staffs are very helpful, they walk outside with you to assure your keys work on your vehicle.

Overall this is a really cool concept. I definitely found the batteries I needed quickly and the customer service was really good. The battery prices were pretty high, but I kind of expected the to be...it’s retail for batteries. There are some other random things you can buy in there but the prices online are much better. Stick the Internet for led strips, come here if you need a hard to find battery.

Encountered friendly service when I asked to have my battery replaced on my spare Samsung S6. The tech did a fabulous job of replacing the battery without any cosmetic damage to the phone 📱. Prior to working on the phone, the tech advised of possible damage to the foil at the top and bottom edges of the phone. He was successful in replacing the phone without any issue. I am thankful. 👍5 months later:Battery is dying again. Worked good for nearly 5 months. Took away 2 stars.

I been shopping here for years not this location and I just had the worst service they couldnt test my light or do anything to help me so I bought something not knowing if it works and they tell me I cant refund the item if I open it. When they have a dead battery and cant test it for me or call a manager to help me. Horrible service. Its not about money its about quality of service thats why I shop here. Today the quality of service was horrible. 👎👎👎

Yesterday I head to Batteries Plus Bulbs store in Sunrise, Florida to have my i-phone battery replaced. I was immediately assisted by Dustin C. He takes pride in service and makes you feel that your business is truly important no matter the task. He portrays his job with respect, professionalism, knowledge and class. Definitely I highly recommend Dustin C. services and that store.

I went to Batteries Plus in order to see what the issue with my phone was. It had been slowly degrading and losing battery life. I checked with the phone retailer and was told Id have to wait literally a week longer just to see somebody so I took it to batteries plus after a recommend from a friend. I show up and the man behind counter named Alex tells me its likely the battery and he can have it changed but hes a bit shorthanded at the moment. I didnt mind waiting so he asked me to have a seat. Minutes go by and I watch this guy professionally take care of ten customers as the morning rush slams the store after I sit down. Was a sight to behold, they ask him about this or that battery and he knows exactly what hes grabbing. Like clockwork. Finally after the rush dies down, its been maybe about twenty or thirty minutes, he installs my battery and sends me on my way. Absolute class. This place is awesome and a lifesaver. Thank Alex!

Excellent service by your sunrise location from Alex! We completed order online the evening before, but battery was actually out of stock at store. Alex called first thing in the am to share a few options, was able to obtain battery from sister store in Davie, and installed it with no problems/issues same day. Very happy and will definitely recommend your store to others...plus will likely be back to buy a spare car key/fob soon.

Good selection and decent prices. I went on a Sunday this time and had to wait for service as there was only one employee working, and he was repairing a phone. Customers that were in front me left because they were not served. After another five minutes he stopped and I was acknowledged and was finally able to purchase the battery I needed. I was given a glance by the employee three or four times in the fifteen minutes I waited.Good customer service is an acknowledgement of a customer even if you are unable immediately serve them.

Well Saturday 3-13-2021 I needed a battery for my work truck I had the best Agm battery they offered on hold was there at 9 am when they were supposed to open, but nobody’s there. Then 2 young guys showed up together at 9:25 and asked me “how you doing” when I continued to tell them they were supposed to open at 9 am and his response was “yea I know” and went ahead and just unlocked the door. Let me just mention they were both smelling strongly of weed, totally unprofessional or unethical. I hope this review finds its way to this franchise owner so he knows who is running his store.

I was a Batteries Plus fan received great service until this last time when my WATCH battery we serviced INCORRECTLY and the service Tech advised me that it wasnt my fault the battery was ruined after going into water(WATERPROOF WATCH 100METER) to make it worse the manager called me and says the store is not responsible. I will have to proceed will legal action DISAPPOINTED >>> management have more excuses than solutions

Pretty easy to navigate the website. Constant communication via email on not only when order went in, but when it was ready for pickup at local store. Courteous curbside delivery and explanation on any changes of order.

I bought a key fob battery earlier this year and the battery went out less than 6 months later. I explained it to the store clerk and he exchanged it for another battery with no problem. Im thankful that I had lifetime warranty.

Excellent fast service... I needed a battery replacement for my Samsung Galaxy phone. I called ahead of time and they had it in stock. They said it would take 45 minutes. When I got there they very extremely busy and yet it was all complete in 20 minutes. I very rarely give great reviews but Alex did a great job. Also it is a very well stocked shop and everyone was friendly.

The service was outstanding. I ordered a specific UPS battery for pickup at the Sunrise store and the associate called me that they were out of stock on this particular model. He had already found another nearby store in Davie which had the battery in stock and forwarded the order there. When I arrived at this store, the associate had the battery waiting for me.

For all things batteries, bulbs or repairs for your mobile, smart devices or car remotes, this is the place to go. Manager Scott runs a tight ship and his staff are courteous and friendly. Prices are fair and service is fast. Watch out for high curbs while turning in from NW 25th Ct, (a tight turn has forced me car up over that curb twice [ouch]...give yourself a wide turn entering here).

Worst experience ever, worst store to do business with, they do not have good costumer service, the treatement was very very bad, specially for the minority. They call police on me just because they cant figure out where is my phone. That was so funny and scared, 5 Officers showed up, its like Im a criminal. I was freaking out when I think about Georges Floyd. They said Do not come over here anymore, transpassing on you and take them to court. Sir you need to leave right now! what is yr name? Give me yr ID! Thats it and I left without saying anything...

Such a professional, friendly and fun group of young men (which in todays age is a rarity) I was really impressed. I needed a battery and in a panic i called the store, Josiah (great phone etiquette) assisted me and eased my panic by letting me know they had the battery i needed in stock and what the price was. The tram took my wifes phone, and let me know they didnt have the screen replacement at the time, and the manager would try to get it for me within 10 business days. Within 4 actual days, they updated that they couldnt find it, and then on 7 actual days, 4 business days after dropping off, they had the phone ready and fully functional.

These guys are always great! I’ve been going to this particular store for house batteries and lighting, but recently delved into an auto battery. They were fantastic! Excellent advice, customer service and friendly! Can’t ask for more! The prices are competitive and when you have people that know you, and really care it makes such a huge difference! I bought two Duracell 6v golf cart batteries. Apparently I let them drain too low. So I head back to the store and Im greeted by Dex. Immediately he offered to charge them and see if they could be saved. Meanwhile Scott the Manager called me to explain my options. Educated me on what possibly could have went wrong. He assured me if they couldnt be saved the warrantee would cover them. Fortunately they were able to save them. Thanks to Dex and Scott for great service. Definitely were Im buying my motorcycle and any other battery I may need in the future. They even have cell phones batteries.

Great experience with this store with a warranty claim. Batteries plus batteries may be more expensive than some batteries but their product are good quality--and if they fail, they replace them for you! Its really worth it. I got a battery just under a year ago from another Batteries Plus. But it stopped retaining a full charge so that my phone was dying while reading around 45-55%. Took it in at this store, and they swapped it out for me. They were super helpful. Didnt need my receipt either. They just looked up the store I bought the original battery from and called them up to confirm my purchase from their system. Super helpful! Totally recommend Batteries Plus for their great warranty.

Good place to locate what you need. They did not have the led bulb that I was looking for, but bought a car remote fob that I had been looking for at a very reasonable price.

Super helpful staff! I came here when I needed to batten down the hatches for an approaching hurricane. The staff talked me through what would work with what and what wouldnt. They were helpful with letting me know when exactly their restock/resupply was coming. They handled angry people during a stressful time well.

I came in for a new car battery for my Cadillac XTS immediately Wayne offered to replace it for me. During the process a fuse connecting to the battery broke off. He contacted Scott the store manage, in less than 24hours he ordered the part and had it replaced. I was back on the road in no time! Great choice for different batteries. But, customer service area is lacking and needs improvement at this location. The type of service and interaction I received was similar to the kind of service you get at a Walmart, little to none & poor.

Went here to have several keys cut and key fobs programmed. We had a few hiccups with the key fobs, but Marko went out of the way to make sure I was able to get them programmed that night. He made a few phone calls by the end of the night I had all 3 key fobs programmed. I did have to go to another location a few minutes down the road, but only because the equipment was not working properly at this location. Thanks again Marko for going the extra mile.

Been to this particular store a half dozen times for different things. They replaced my iphone battery, Ive bought bulbs, I recently bought 2 deep cycle marine batteries, each time great service, friendly, the prices are either very competitive or lower than most other places. Its a small enough space that the staff is right there when you come in so I can quickly ask questions and get the right items. While everyone Ive dealt with there is great, Ive dealt with EJ the most, hes fantastic. Even carried the heavy marine batteries to/from my car for me.

I needed a car battery real bad as I had previously been hooking up and Im hooking up my battery, got up to the store which is been open about three years, and they were able to give me a new car battery with a 3-year warranty for less than $140 and they even put it in my car. Very nice place they sell batteries and lightbulbs I havent had a chance to go through the whole store and see the whole thing but if they dont have it they will get it for you so if you need batteries in bulk like Double As Triple As and he kind of batteries Batteries Plus is the place to go.
