Absolutely horrible service. I arrived 5 mins after 7am to obtain help and the manager on duty was not helpful. He advised me it was a 3 hour wait just for them to look at it.No customer service. No assistance to anyone black. Just very rude and not helpful. After 1 hour 5 mins they brought my car back. It sat on the racks for another 23 mins before the mgr advised that I had a nail in the tire and it was too close to the tire wall to patch.Meanwhile three other customers came in. A Spanish man, a black man who had appt and a white woman. He damn near bent over backwards to help the white lady and spanish man. He couldnt even move from behind the counter to even look at my car.I asked him to see where the nail was. He hesitated then said sure. I saw it and advised I would not get it done here. He told me they would out air in it and send me on my way. I hope I make it he muffled.I encountered this same mgr in November and now again today. I will never come back.***update***Tire company (Family Tires) that I purchased tires from in Pembroke fixed the tire. They stated the nail was not that close to the tire wall as Tire Plus claimed. They patched it and I was off to work.

Fair prices compared to tire kindom .. saved forty dollars . Tire kindom is trash. And they wont offer any sort of discounts... My only issue was getting an acurate time to repair. I was stuck there, and one employee mistakenly tells me over night for my car. Felt like he was taking me for a joke, didnt take me seriously, when im literally paying them hundreds for a service. At that point i had just been waiting at the bus stop for hours, waiting on my car. His other co workers gave me a correct update, but thats too much run around. N im tired of bieng up sold. I came there for ome thing, they offer me ten other services. Like i came there to spend a thousand.i cant spend a thousand every time i fix my car, but they always find other stuff to try and force me to pay them more. Its very suspicious .dont you make enough money?

I called to set up an appointment for 4 tire replacement and the representative that answered the call was not helpful in determining the OEM tire size after given the model, name and year of the vehicle. I gave the tire size and was put on hold for 10 mins in which I decided to drive to the location and went through the information personally only to find out the tire size (185/70/14) was not available at that or any local location. Thats it! I went over to your competitor 4 stores down and got a totally different experience. They also didn’t have the specific tire size in stock BUT they did do a search and found them and ordered them with mount, balance and alignment as the total job. Needless to say I am happy. The ironic thing about this experience is that I have been using your business for these services over the past 20 plus years and have been for the most part satisfied. I also noticed that the company that is your direct competitor had alot of business (costumers) in comparison to what I saw in your office. I will not say that I will never use you service again but I will say that in that location I will very much think twice about doing so and the company that solved my issue will be on the top of my list to use in the future and that is not so much in the distant as I have two more cars that will be needing such service sooner than later.

This is by far the worst Tires Plus in America. I called tires plus at 5:55pm because I had a nail in my tires that I recently purchased at tires plus. Marvin the manager answer the phone and I asked him if I can get my tire fixed. He said to me that I have to leave my car over night because he only has 1 worker. I then call Firestone in North Lauderdale and the manager said please bring the car by, this tires plus needs to be close and the so call managers fired for their incompetent. I have been going to this tires plus for over 10 year and by far this is one of the worst manager that work at that location in Tamarac.

Got my tires changed there had a little tears on the 2004 Ford Econoline van they took a little longer than expected cuz they brought the wrong tires there but they did a good job theres day till it was done was glad that so far so good to be continued. They didnt put this new stems in the new tire so we had to take it back and have them put them in the five new tires which they did with no problem. The management was very apologizing over this. It should have been done. Very good service Managers. Very nice. Fix the problem with no. No questions asked. Yes I would recommend them but check out the prices all around cuz theyre different sometimes. Youre okay here. The next door might be better cuz theres like three places here so check it out. Tire Plus had the best prices this time. ☮️😎

Best tire center in Lauderhill. Quick service, clean shop and a great team. Setting an appointment is the way to go. If possible, talk to Mark his customer service is beyond the normal of any auto shop and the main reason for the rating.. Highly recommend

My family has been a member of tire plus for years witch made me become a member 🤦🏾‍♀️…. Took my car to them they claimed to have put in a new water pump in my car witch cost me $607.00 and after shopping around I could of payed $317.00. The worst part not 24 hrs later after leaving shop my water pump broke on my way to a cleaning have to cancel all my cleaning appointments for the 2nd day. Im so upset, confused and lost for words.

Make certain you look through every detail of your statement. They will try and sneak items into your bill to charge you more. They will lie about quality of products they are providing you so they can up-sale as much as possible. When you try to resolve anything - they will stick their their sleezy sales tactics. I do not recommend.

Worst experience. I bought 4 new tires about a month ago. Rip off. Cost me over $900.00. Tire pressure light already going on...went back this morning. Guy tells me an hour and a half-hour to ck the pressure, cause its a whole process.Do yourself a favor and stay away. Just went to Jiffy lube for oil change and tire pressure. Out in 20 minutes. Tire a little low. Added air.

Second time I have been mislead by this location. Will not return. Had an appointment for 10 but didnt have my car looked at until 1045. Was quoted a price verbally and when went to pay was $40 more than quoted. Took over 2 hours for what should have been an hour.

I received excellent customer service from Mark R. u0026 Ultra today! I have been there in the past and the service is consistently very good. I would recommend getting the warranty when purchasing new tires, Ive had to use mine on more than one occasion. Highly recommended shop.

Dont go here! They told me my struts (suspension) and were leaking oil… thus causing my wheels to shake while i brake. A quick trip to another tire shop just showed that the tires were not balanced properly and my car was not aligned. Rip offs.

I have been a customer of tires plus for years now and for the most part, the franchises are always honest and accommodating, but do not go to this one!!! They will scam you! They tried to tell me that a bunch of different things needed to be fixed equaling a $1000 and when I had my dad further inspect it before going ahead with the “fixes” it turned out most of the things the mechanics told me were not true. I will never go here again.

I received excellent customer service from both Mark R. u0026 Ultra. If youre getting new tires I recommend getting the tire protection. Ive had to use it on more than one occasion. Thanks guys 👍

Today is August 2021 never will I write reviews but I was really adamant about this one the worker that answered the phone was very rude and had me on hold so long the first time I called then when I called back he rushed me off the phone I couldn’t even get the location to come out to the place he said two words to me and said ok ok ok by and hung up I won’t be going here the customer service is so poor I will go somewhere else

The worst customer service I have ever had, I showed up almost an hour before they were closing and they refuse to help me and was very rude and loud although I was very kind and polite asking just to help me out and I will pay double. I ended up going to Robert’s auto repair right around the corner from them and got treated so nicely although they were closing with great quality and service. If you were thinking of going to this location just bypass it and go to Robert auto repair around the corner.

Place is a RIP OFF. Went in for a small leak in the middle of the tire which I identified last night and marked. I would plug it myself but I could not get the piece of metal out. An hour later they tell me the tire is not repairable and I need a new one. They said I have two holes now and showed me a screw on the side out of their repairable area. I told them that was not there when I came and to put my tire back on. I was livid. They put on my spare and did not charge me because they did not fix it. In fact they made it worse with their scam. I will never go there again. I have 3 cars so they lost a good potential customer for not doing the right thing.Update: I go to get the tire repaired somewhere else and when I took it out of the trunk they made 2 big cuts on the inside. They destroyed my tire leaving me with the expense of replacing it.

The new service manager, Chris, has turned this store around! He is so friendly and the staff is great. Chris also helped me get the tires I needed and didnt try to over sell me. He offered me a credit card and warranty stuff. It was things that would benefit me and not try to oversell me. Great service. Will always come back to this store! Thank you!

I took my vehicle here for an oil change. They called me about an hour later telling me I needed new brake pads. I came back to the shop to look at the pads and the front were totally fine and the back were a little low. I spoke with the guy in charge and he advised me that I should change all the pads to save time. I am not a mechanic but I know a good amount about cars. I gave them a hard time about the pads that werent in need to be changed and they finally agreed that they could last longer. I left the shop telling them to change the needed pads after negotiating a price (which dropped drastically dropped from the quote they originally quoted me). About a month later I was driving and my car seized up (my car is a Nissan and 3 years old). After closely looking over the order form at the very bottom it stated that my vehicle was leaking oil (which was never brought to my attention!!). Bottom line is this company loosened the oil screw and ruined my engine because I was an educated consumer and gave them a hard time. I had to buy a used engine and it costed me $4K. Please trust this post and dont put yourself through the misery that I had to go through. THEY DIDNT RESPOND TO ANY OF MY CALLS OR THE INSURANCE COMPANY. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!

The staff is helpful and take time with the customers to care for their needs. A good place for tires and other mechanical issues. When it is busy be prepared to wait. If there was another person attending the phone and customers the service would be faster. I did not mind waiting.

**edit. I cant stress enough, stay away from this location. Some tires pluss are absolutely great, but this one absolutely stay away from. We have nothing but issues and skeezy management who will say anything to a gullible customer and get your money repairing things that dont need to be repaired. If the estimate seems high, bring it to another mechanic to get another opinion for sure.Be careful at this location and read every line of what you are being charged. Also know what your warranty contract is, they will try anything to over charge and not stick to a contract. We brought my husbands car to another tires plus and had no issues getting warranty work done...this location though, said that due to alignment (that another tires plus did 4 months ago lol) they wouldnt cover damage to the tires. Double whammy, their company messed up an alignment plus they wouldnt cover damage to the tire. (2 new tires too actually, not even old ones, these ones were purchased less than a year ago at a tires plus!)Brought it to another tires plus location, no problem, warranty applied, tires getting fixed, done deal. Tires Plus is great at some ft lauderdale locations though for sure.This is the 3rd time weve run into problems at this location regarding money or warranty. Just be careful and dont be afraid to question what is being told to you.

Unprofessional. Got a screw in my tire and I seen this place. Walked in stood at the desk for about 5 minutes and I see two employees, instead of greeting me they put on a show for me and was dancing and laughing in the garage area. Finally the other guy comes and says it’ll take a couple hours to patch a tire but there was one car in the garage. I will never come back here for anything. 👎🏿

The most excellent service of all. I usually go to N. Federal Hwy in Ft. Lauderdale, but in February I was in Orlando and had brakes problems, they look for my data on their computer and solved my problem even though I didnt have an appointment. Thats good servi e or what. They saved my weekend.

Calling before I arrived, Alex explained to me that there were tires ranging from $57 and up plus $40 maintenance fee; $97 was an affordable price in my book. He advised me to come in and he would check my car out. I went in and after he looked at my car, my estimated price was over $400. Feeling uncomfortable with the pricing I called my boyfriend for advice. (My bf has worked on cars several times) My bf explained everything that I needed done to my car and the cost came down to $182, for the 2 tires and maintenance (which seemed very pricey but I just wanted to get out at this point). After 3 hours! I eventually left with a cost of $206! When I asked Alex what I paid for he said tires and maintenance and explained my tire pressure light would go off after 5miles. Frustrated I left. After driving 10m I called and told Alex my pressure light was still on. He said that it would have to be reset and to ask my boyfriend to do it. I am very disappointed with the service provided and it has been a day and the light is still on! I will never return!

My daughter takes her car for oil change. They are polite and courteous. She had never had a problem with this location.

I went there for an oil change and when I got back my vehicle it felt like it was it worse condition. I also had to wait an hour and half for the vehicle so it was a waste of time and money.

I went the Lauderhill location on Saturday 01/06/2018. I had my car checked and got my front brakes done and something else. I was also told I needed a Oil change. Which I did not. I was told I had no oil on my dipstick. Well on Sunday my car was making a loud noise and a grinding sound. I called the shop and told the guy about my concern. I was told to bring my car back and someone will look at it. They close at 4pm. I returned to the shop. I preceded to tell Frank what was going on. Frank told me theres no Mechanic there and there was Nothing he could do for me but schedule an appointment for Monday morning. I was LIVID!!!!😤😤 I walked out! Then 5 minutes later. Frank called me and ask me if I can return for someone to put my car on the lift to see what was going on. I told him No I will not. You didnt have anyone 5 minutes ago Now you have someone. Then Monday morning Chris the manager called and left a voicemail. The mechanic called out and theres No one to look at my car today. Ill have to wait until Tuesday. So its 2 days now and nobody ever checked to hear the noise at the least. This is Ridiculous!! I called Customer Service and the young lady was Awesome. She referred me to the Tire Plus Margate shop. Mr. Louis was Phenemonal!!! He drove the car and heard the noise. Then fixed the repair in 3 seconds. Its ridiculous I had to go to another shop to have my car repaired. Mr. Louis checked my dipstick and I had way more oil then I was told. Thank you so much Mr. Louis. You saved my day. I will definitely be returning to the Margate office from now on. I give the Lauderhill office 0 stars!!!! But I see I have to give at least 1 star to be posted.

Just because I cant give them zero. Bad customer service bought 4 new tires less than a month and nothing they can do. Unbelievable. Ive been in customer service for over 15 years.

Came in for an oil change and prepaid services i.e. balance, rotation, and alignment. Waa2 told they couldnt do oil change Took well over an hour just for balance and rotation Never had such poor service here

My daughter inlaw went to have some work done.....First they increased my credit limit and maxed it out without my permission. ...I believe they totally took advantage of her by not thoroughly explaining the work that was to be done.....and then had to go back because the alignment that THEY did was not good.....do not let your wife or daughter or your mother in this place they will totally take advantage of them.....

If I had to pick any place to take my car for any reason it would be this specific Tires Plus. The guys know their stuff they never pressure me into buying something that I may or may not need, and they never ever make me wait longer than necessary. I would highly recommend this Tires Plus over any other one in the area.

Great service. Made an appointment for 7 on Saturday morning was there for less than an hour. The staff was really professional and helpful. And prices were reasonable.

Got 4 tires changed but the car made a clicking noise the following day and the steering wheel was shaky. Came back the next day to get it fixed, very inconveinient. They didnt do a full inspection like I paid for. My car was on the lift since 1pm and I didnt get my car until after 6pm. The mechanic is very slow.

I went to install used tires for my car. They couldnt, what I dont understand is...how can you not install used tires on my car when you are a professional business who specializes installing tires. Your basically rejecting money for something you specialize in. Who cares if the tires pop, you arent liable for something thats not yours provide me with a waiver for something like that. Straight garbage!

The store manager (Atiba) is extremely proficient, courteous and hard working. The manager wears a hundred hats because the store is understaffed. I was on premises when the arrogant owner stopped in, hes a prick. He failed to greet any of his customers. He has no idea who is who? I take it returning customers go there because of managers demeanor.

Ultra has been wth the company at least 12yrs and recognized my husband since being a customer of tire plus and he was very quick, Knowledgeable on all pricing and work that need to be done on my car and most importantly he very customer service oriented 👍👍👍

They are in the up-sell business, dont go there. went in for an oil change, came out with a $650 credit bill after getting lifetime brakes, rotors re-surfaced, new brake lines, o2 sensor + plus labor.They scared me to death, telling me that my car was not going to stop if I dont complete the necessary brake job.RidiculousThis was my first car at 19 years old. And they screwed me.They will always tell you to do something to your car that is not necessary.

Stay away from this place its a rip off and on top of it they made mistake with the tires they rotate it them without telling me but they should not do that because i already rotate the tires .. And now when I got there and asked them to put the tires back the manager is telling me they dont have time to do that now I have to wait until next day.. And No i cant wait next day they have to be done right the way because they made the mistake.. So the manager has an attitude and they didnt do nothing.. So this is the worst place to go do anything with them

I was quoted $400 for small tires on a small vehicle. 3 other places quoted me $200. Im not sure what was going on with that.

To be honest idk if Im happy or annoyed because when I went there to fix a flat tire they told me it was 80 dollars but when I told them it was 65 the last time I went to tires plus it cost 67 so idk if they tried to rip me off or if they price matched It so 3 stars

WWWOOORRSSTTT SERVICE EVER. I get there to get my rear tire changed and sat thete for aout 3 hours, then they they take my car up which i wait for another 2 hours and they told me i would have to leave my car overnight cause there as something else wrong. i was told i would recieve a call the following day, i never got the call i instead ha to call and was told my car has been ready the number i gave was wrong. I am never going back here again worst service i have ever recieved

Previously I would say that the Tire Plus individuals were expert, but upon receiving my car with etch glass as if cut into with a blade. I am not a fan.

Tire plus is really good! Look for a guy name Yenner he was very helpful. I recommend him if you need help with any services.

I buy tires here, but I stopped getting my oil changes here because they never check or refill fluids and my car was always dirty with grease inside and thats why I take my car to a shop I can change my own oil but hate the mess.
