The lady at the front desk is very rude. After renting with this company for over 5 years I don’t think I would ever use them again. It’s a shame when poor customer service causes a company to loose a repeat customer. Their delivery guys have always been so respectful and kind when delivering. Hopefully in the future, that level of customer service can translate to their receptionist. Even when offering to pay for the additional days as a result of not being able to return some rental chairs due to the holiday weekend and my work schedule I was still met with an attitude and disrespect.

Second time using this place to rent chairs for a birthday party. Prices are great and the chairs are in excellent condition. I made sure to sanitize them before and after use just as a personal precaution. I highly recommend their equipment.

I had a wonderful experience with A & C Party Rental. I directly worked with Angela for everything I needed for my engagement party. The guys showed up the day before party at the time they had advised me the day before. I rented a tent with lighting, four round tables with the padded white chairs, four cocktail tables, some fans, and a bar. Everything was super clean and nice. The linen was also nice and clean (like if it had just came from a dry cleaner). Very professional and hard working. I am very pleased and highly recommend them. Thank you!
