They have the best gaming hobby shop gear, they have tournaments and lots of prizes..

Spacious and ambitious, friendly and an overall good addition to the new businesses taking a chance in Superior. The hours take some planning to get your best value out of them but I hope they keep at it. Theres a need for spaces like this even as we all navigate the future of game shops and what the community needs. The comics element is a little week but that can be said for both Duluth and the rest of the region.

Large game store. The selection of board and card games is good, but not overwhelming. The really awesome part is the staff and the tabletop war game tables. The staff is very passionate and helpful. They have more tables for playing than I’ve seen anywhere.

Level Up is a great place to hang out and play Magic or whatever game you want really. Very friendly people and Jeremy is always awesome to deal with there. Absolutely recommend going there.

Awesome venue and atmosphere. Not a large selection of inventory compared to other game stores.

Wide open spaces for cars games, board games, table top games and even roleplaying games. Great staff, helpful and if you want an introduction into a new game (Magic, Pokemon, Warhammer or DnD) they got folks to give you an intro game and see if you like it before diving in.

Lots of cool games available. You can bring a group of friends in and play a board game. Use one of theirs or purchase one from them and play there. Awesome! They host game nights with certain games and have drawings for prizes, its pretty cool!

I love the space this store has and the community is very welcoming and friendly which can be hard to find in a game shop. The whole staff and even the customers will share their knowledge of the games and products. Itd be nice if there were more of a selection for different things but the atmosphere is great.

Nice spot. New magic player came to build deck. The staff answered all my questions smooth and precise and I was able to find a direction to take my first commander deck.

Love the open space for the many different gaming tables. Friendly staff. Only criticism is that their selection of table top RPG books was a bit light. Otherwise, great place.

Interesting little store. Lots of Warhammer 40k stuff. They have board games you can play and often have events going on. I wasnt able to spend much time here but am looking forward to going more often!

Oh..My..God..!! The staff is cool, I should have taken pictures..they really know their Gaming Lore. The GMs are cool to just listen to. There was a campaign rolling when I walked in and they were cool with me just listening for a bit. I talked with the miniature Artists who add the Majick, I was blown away by the detail..stop by..the place is HUGE!

This building is big, warm, and airy. It caters to tabletop gamers with a friendly welcome from the owner, who went out of his way to show me where my adult gaming group could have a bit more separation from the happy-noise of the younger gamers. They offer snacks and drinks, and allow in outside food. They dont charge for play space, so please please purchase something every time you go to keep them in business.

They dont actually sell comic books. They ordered them maybe a few times, then said oh we stopped ordering them. Why bother starting a business if you dont have a clue how to run a major part of whats in your store name? Seems like this place quickly became solely focused on trading card games and 40k type stuff, which personally is of no interest. Most of the board games they have you can just go get at Target or from Amazon far cheaper. As much as Id love to see a good modernized competitor to collectors connection in Duluth, this is not it.

I was back in town and looking for a place to host a D&D Game for my 40th Birthday and Level UP came through for me in a big way! Ill never forget that day and the time in their shop! Professional, courteous, and patient! Couldnt think of a better place for my day!

I played some apex on my laptop (free WiFi), but instead of competitive commander like I usually enjoy (lots of casual and other formats available) I had a greatly enjoyed warhammer 40000 game with someone who helped me improve my gameplay.

I love this place. Its a place for people of all ages to hang out and play games. The other customers and employees always treat each other with respect and have always been excited to answer my questions about MTG, Warhammer, D&D, New 52 comics, and even Pokemon.

Their magic commons/uncommons are so unorganized i thought they had only been opened a week. When it comes to magic rares / mythic of value they have a database in the computer of what they have in stock, 3 times they have claimed to have a cards I was looking for only to find someone forgot to remove them from the database.
