I really love going here. While some of the meats are a bit higher, I get such unique selections of items. Tons of sauces and spices as well. They do sell meat bundles with competitive prices. Customer service is great. Clean store of course.

Love this butcher shop and the family that runs it! Just finished cooking up 4 big slabs of country breakfast sausage. Worth a stop on your way through susanville. Bring a cooler if your from out of town. Easily fill up your yeti! You will not be disappointed.

You cant find customer service like you get here. The owner is the nicest person. They have such fresh quality cuts of meats. And a huge selection of BBQ sauces and spices. Not to mention the history of this butcher shop. What a story!! And a great way to shop locally.
