I love going places where I feel welcome. Not even once has anyone of IGAs employees ever been rude or even non social. The vegetables are always clean and fresh looking,

I had a Grate shopping experience. Its shelves are fully stock its very clean and the employees are very friendly and knowledgeable and the check out is very fast professional and friendly. A WONDERFUL PLACE TO SHOP. 😀 😄 👍 👌

Caleb was the young gentleman that checked me out and he was very polite, carried an intelligent conversation with me and made me feel appreciated and pay of the IGA family.

The quality of items here are great along with a wonderful staff. The produce is always fresh and well stocked.

They have an extremely good selection of stuff and great produce the only reason i gave 4 stars instead of 5 is they only had 2 registers open and a lot of people in both lines . But other than that i really like this super markert..

This is the place for some awesome doughnuts I like the tiger tails myself. The deli always has some good choices for sides and some delicious sandwiches. Good selection of beers which is very important. The meat deals here are always something to look forward to. If you are a seafood lover the mobile truck and trailer that parks outside the store is a must visit when it comes to town. Polite staff, always a good experience.

Due to social distancing concerns I chose to walk to this Not So Supermarket instead of riding the bus to Safeway. Over 80% of my receipts showed that Id been overcharged! From advertised sale items ringing up at full price to being charged for bags when I pay with an EBT card. Theres no excuse for this inefficientcy. Im a retired retailer so I can tell you, its just not that difficult! And, getting it corrected was an unpleasant experience to say the least. Never Ever so much as an I apologise for your inconvenience. Argh!!Needless to say, Im taking the bus to Safeway. Less expensive and ZERO ERRORS.

Forcing customers to wear a mask by intimidation is very very unprofessional and is against my religious right I will be contacting my lawyer to see what we can do here. Also food in the deli is never fresh, ever since they fired all there older employees I wish I could give this place 0 stars..

Definitely a neighborhood market. Fresh good produce but it is a very pricey place. Should get a free cake for every $100 you spend not just for spending over $100.

I always enjoy the fresh selection of fruits and vegetables here. Quality for less.Today was fun! Had an employee babysitting the free donut pieces until shed finished them.Cashier seemed to completely hate life.I know its been awhile since Ive visited but new employees seem, lacking 😹👍

I wish you guys had dragonfruit in your produce! New found Favorite fruit...its like a kiwi 🥝 but bigger and has a white center instead of green

Thorough enjoy shopping at Susanville Supermarket. Did you know that the on site butcher will cut meat to fit your needs! We had pork chops cut as thick as a New York steak! Their renovations are great!

Went here Wednesday May 20th at around 2 pm maybe and there was this man who I noticed would just come and stare at me and my sister. It was extremely creepy and I’m not sure if he worked there or not because he didn’t wear a uniform but I think he did work there and I noticed that he was coughing too while standing near food. Very disgusting especially since we’re dealing with a pandemic currently. Other than him the other workers were extremely nice but that guy creeped me out which is why I had to make a review days later because I still think about that. Something needs to be done about that man. Hopefully you have security cameras so he can get fired or something because no one wants to shop around someone who’s being weird like that. I should’ve complained to one of the employees but I was just trying to leave the store as soon as possible because I wasn’t trying to stick around with that man being around.

My favorite grocery store! Its always clean, and they have exceptional produce and meats. The shelves are always stocked. But what makes this store special are the employees. Everyone Ive ever come into contact with has been friendly and helpful. They seem to really like their jobs!

The donuts and the ladies that serve them are the best! Produce and meats are far better quality then the other big chain store in town and the store is a big sponsor of local events and youth activities. Cant beat shopping local!

Have shopped there for years. Able to quickly finish my list, items are logically placed on shelved. Customer service is outstanding

Clean, organized, modern.Bakery has excellent hard crust loaves, produce has nice selection of fresh cut fruits and veggies for easy dinner ideas.

The donuts are delicious! I want to thank Toni for her patience courteous customer service during my difficult process of choosing the best ones. She kept a smile on her face and brightened my day.

I am always asked if I need help out. Not today. I had two young people that were at the register. The one running the cash register asked me if I wanted to get my cake today. I said yes. I went there steps ti get the cake. I was on the last register and returned to my basket and both of them were gone. No one to help me out to put my groceries in my trunk. I was carrying my oxygen with me and my purse. They had filled the cart so I couldnt undo the top half to put my purse and oxygen in the top where a child would sit. Now I had to carry my oxygen, purse and push the cart and try to unload everything in the trunk.A girl that was out in the parking lot saw me struggling with the bags that were packed way too heavy. She was on her way to help as I put the last bag in. She apologized and said she was going to tell them not to pack too much weight in the bags. I told her the hard part was when I got home getting them into the house but I would go in the house and get some more bags and distribute the bags so I could handle them. I love IGA Susanville Market and chose it anyday over Safeway. I think they were newly hired kids because usually I get the best service with the kindest people. Only giving you 4 stars instead of 5 today. I am hoping my next trip will be a 5 star visit.

The employees are so friendly, they do whatever they can to help us find what we need. You can ask them where to find a certain item, and they know exactly where it is. I always leave there with a smile.

I bought a roasted chicken at the deli and they cooked it until it was dry as chalk. Every time I go in there they make a mistake and charge me the wrong price for things. I have to drive 40 miles to get a refund.
