Its a larger Starbucks with a drive-thru. Theres about four small tables, one or two larger tables and a bar seating area on the inside as well as tables w/umbrellas outside. A small amount of retail inventory is available by the registers. You can order on the mobile app ahead of time and pick it up either inside or at the drive-thru. The staff is familiar with their drinks and foods, Starbucks card, payment options, use of the app and they seem to be on top of pretty much everything. The store has always been clean, they are always friendly and they handle a large volume of customers pretty fast (like Ive never waited longer than 5- minutes in line from beginning to end) so Im impressed! I have no complaints here.

Usually very satisfied when I order here. I will say my drink was made correctly. Now with that being said the fact that I had to wait 40 minutes for an iced chai is why this rating is so low. I understand being busy but 40 minutes for coffee is ridiculous

They were completely out of chai tea, out of cold brew coffee. service was horrible. the lady taking orders had zero patience and the worker in the back when we were trying to talk to him he completely ingnored us and stated very clearly he wasn’t gonna talk to his customers. very rude people. i do not recommend.

Coming through town, when I went here, it was very busy, but the service was fast and organized and the store itself was beautiful and accommodating. My sister said it was the best hazelnut mocha she ever had from a Starbucks, and I really enjoyed my coffee as well.

Our salted caramel cold brews were delish! Only thing keeping them from 5 stars was that it took unusually long for us to get them. I think I saw a cadre of workers visiting happily behind the counter not helping the singular barista making the drinks.

Customer service is always fantastic. Wait times are not long. My only complaint is that staff occasionally gets my order wrong. If I pay almost $7 for ONE cup of coffee I would prefer it to be made they way I ordered it. The environment inside is wonderful. The bathrooms are clean. The outdoor patio are is very enjoyable. Overall this Starbucks is amazimg.

Always great coffee and for some reason today when I came through I guess because I was wearing my tactical responder(fire) uniform -my drink was free.. That felt awesome for youngsters to treat others that way, Im thankful tho id never ask for this.Thank you Starbucks!

It’s always something wrong with this Starbucks location Its always an issue with something either orders are wrong I could be the only one on the drive thru and the wait time is insanely long. Today I ordered a shaken espresso and it turns out they couldn’t give me a straw cause they had a shortage and were reserved only for the Frappuccino’s I told her ok I’ll purchase the straw employee still said no. The only reason I keep coming back to this place it’s cause I have no other option since there’s isn’t anymore in town. Employees here have a take it leave it attitude worst from all the Starbucks I’ve been to not helpful at all.

I wish they would schedule more people to work in the afternoons. It shouldn’t take 15 minutes for a single cup of coffee. The line for the drive through shouldn’t be out into the street. It needs better and faster service.

The barista handed us a drink with a broken lid, when we received the drink it spilled all over the inside of the car and when we said “oh the lid doesn’t fit it spilled” she said “yeah they don’t fit for that size I’ll just change it to a bigger cup” just seemed unprofessional if you already know the lid doesn’t fit why you’d allow it to spill all over the inside of the car

Worst Starbucks experience Ive ever had. My Americano didnt get its 3 sugars in the raw added, which is only slightly annoying. The real problem, was I waited 35 minutes for it and there was only one person in front of me. Come on folks, if Im going to wait 35 minutes, at least make it right.

Always closed,& never have the drinks I want! 3 years ago I rated this location 5/5 stars but I am so disappointed that as of lately I have been going to Joes coffee shop. They are always there and coffee is compatible! My friends use to laugh about how Im addicted to Starbucks but not anymore if no one is ever there, never have the drinks I want and my order takes a hour when in store and did I mention order ahead is down all the time too?! I will continue to go to Joes you lost this loyal everyday customer who enjoyed my stars but now I can use a freebie card there because I am a loyal everyday customer. Good luck to this location

I stopped into this Starbucks in the way to Nevada. It was clean and the staff were very pleasant. Took a little bit longer than I expected for my drink but the drive through line was very busy. It didn’t bother me at all, just not as quick as other Starbucks I’ve been to.

Very good coffee, pretty wide variety of drinks and flavors of coffee, theyre willing to create something new from your imagination. All in all a pretty decent pick. However, none of their coffee compares to the screaming monkey coffee at a little coffee shop in coalinga california best coffee Ive ever had thats why this one got 4 stars.

I experienced great customer service here! I accidentally ordered the wrong drink, with regular milk instead of almond milk. I went back in line, but one of the baristas came up to me and asked me what I needed, and then took my drink and changed it without any questions or hassle!

This is a great Strbks location. Great staff! I find many of the customers to be very rude however, which makes it hard on the employees. If you think about it, there are hundreds of people that go through these doors and it is rush, rush, rush all day long for the workers. We could all afford to be a little more kind and polite! Lets put a smile on the employees faces!

This Starbucks store always seems challenged, fp r the most part drinks are prepared correct but very slow service. Typically understaffed and not much life in them, the garbage or waste containers were overflowing and little attention to detail. The store or district manager needs to spend time in this store.

Very friendly and fast service. The place is always clean and everybody is professional. And of course the drinks are amazing.

Maybe it was just the day or time of day but they were so short-staffed and as a result people were waiting way too long for drinks. The place was packed so obviously there is demand and it should be staffed accordingly.

Service was decent but store itself was a mess. Dirty counters and the bathrooms had a stack of napkins in the holder instead of paper towels. They didn’t have very many options for food or drink compared to most stores I’ve been to either.

Horrible experience today. Went in to get my grandma a starbucks because she was having a bad day. We order 4 drink got charged for 5 and they tried to argue and say we order double of the one and we order it to be a double shot not double drink. And then we ordered it wilth extra carmal because thats is how my grandma loves it and nope no carmal at bottom and none on top of the whip cream on any of the carmal drinks which 3 of 4 we ordered were carmal and we got charged for 4 caramal ones none had caramel on top and they had ice chunks in all of them and tasted water down. When i called to complain they said no manager and hung up on me. I will never go back to this one ever. We went in trying to something nice for my grandma because her husband died recently and she needed a pick me uo instead it made it worse.

Took over 20 minutes to get my Grande Frappuccino. Only two people ordered before me. Got my drink after four or five people behind me got theirs. 4 workers were making the drinks, one on register, and one training a new employee.No communication on why or how long it would take to make, didnt even blend the drink properly, didnt even acknowledge or apologize for it taking so long.Ive been to countless starbucks over the years, even one where they forgot about my order for over 20 minutes (but they made up for it by profusely apologizing and giving me a free drink voucher, which I was not expecting).Every starbucks Ive been to before this have had amazing customer service and communication, and would always alert me if my drink order was running behind.I will never give this specific starbucks my business again. Thank you.

Dirty counters, dirty bathrooms. The cashier was nice. Girl preparing beverages was not friendly. When my drink was finally ready she slid it to me in a messy puddle that was on the counter. I asked for napkins to clean it up and she was not very nice.
