The store was clean and the shelves were well stocked. You have to have an employee unlock the restrooms. There are no paper towels and they were not the best restrooms but they are definitely not the worst Ive seen. The employees were very nice and friendly.

Good customer service, craft section is growing nicely. Sorry staged, closed at 3pm.

Great prices on a large variety of items, including food. A great store for cheap candy, soda, little toys, or cleaning supplies. Just keep in mind when youre buying something for $1, to remember you get what you buy.

They had a great assortment of things and a great selection of frozen foods, but I thought the staff could have been more idk welcoming, helpful, and more engaging at the check out. I mean come on would it really hurt to crack a smile 😁 or say have a nice day??

I used to work for Dollar Tree for 5 months Marsha was one of the best bosses that I had when working there she treated me equal and fair.

I have been trying to place an order for beer steins and Marsha has gone above and beyond trying to find me 150 steins. She has called all her contacts at the Reno stores and has been so accommodating to me. This is the best store I have ever worked with. Good things happen in small towns.

It was good. Until I took my list out of my purse a new purse. I love it yay where is it. 😁 the beds are amazingly comfortable

I frequent this store enough to have encountered the owner treat the employees poorly on many occasions. Raised voice, rude and very rarely says hello. Most of the time the store is dirty. Good selection of things that I need, only reason I still go in there. The employees are nice. Such a shame to see an owner like this. The manager is the same, rolls her eyes and acts put out. Sad.

Associates always pleasentand and helpful.Understaffed, undershelved,Customers come first. This is a busy place. Ive had to leave and come back it was so busy.Most of the time its an easy in, easy out. 😊

In and out quick. Cashier was friendly. Had what I went in for in stock. Ended up buying two bags full of stuff.

Ive been to several Dollar Tree stores, and out of all of them this store is the worst. They have a very difficult time keeping the shelves stocked. Im not exaggerating when I say the same boxes have been sitting on a cart at the end of a row for over two weeks. They need help I cant believe the corporate honchos let the store operate at such a low level of service. It is what it is I guess.

Place is always thrashed and never stocked. Seen a woman, Stephanie, actually working and cleaning. They need more like her.

Well my journey to DT in susanville .ca. was not only convient but it was a pleasure the workers who were there were 3 ladies,it was morning / early afternoon and they made it fun .I visitt quite often, thoise 3 have fun and makje the shopping experience a friendly adventure .Keep it up ladies the store looks amazing and thanks for making it fun..

This store is always a mess and short handed. And the shelves barely have anything on them week after week. Meanwhile there is handtrucks everywhere filled to the brim with unopened boxes. And its ALWAYS like this. It is so frustrating.

The last few times I have been in this Dollar Tree location it was dirty and the employees were not very pleasant. The what seemed to be manager could be heard and seen yelling and screaming at the employees for not doing their jobs. Needs some cleaning and new management.
