My wife visited this location today and was not met with the help she needed. In fact, she was charged .15 for a bag to put purchased items in.I would suggest that you build the price for bags into the purchase of items, so that it doesn’t seem like an unnecessary charge. I have limited experience with hair bleaching/dye. Really want to bleach and tone my hair white, just for the hell of it. Had a very pleasurable experience! Was helped by an associate named Lizzie. Been coming to this store for years. The employees are very helpful and answer any questions you may have. I had a great conversation with a sales associate named Ashley. She was super helpful when I was there to find the right guard for my hair clippers and even gave me some advice to pierce my ears myself. And lawddddd have mercy she is my favorite employee. 😍

It was an average experience. It had everything one would need for beauty supplies. I personally would not need any of the things there but I could see everything that I thing someone searching for beauty supplies would be looking for.

After spending over a half hour shopping, which ended up being a waste of my time, I had problem with a 20% off store coupon and the cashier named Madison. She scanned the coupon and said it was either expired or had already been redeemed. I told her that it was not expired because the expiration date was today; she looked and said it wasnt expired, so it had already been redeemed. I told her it had not been redeemed since I had it, had just cut it from the mail post card today, and had just given it to her. She was then accusatory, stating that sometimes other stores forget to take the coupon after its been redeemed, insinuating that I had used the coupon at another store and was now trying to redeem it there. This was highly insulting; I left all of the items on the counter, got her name and immediately sent an email to customer service as I sat in my car in the parking lot, since it was after hours for making a phone call. This is not the first time that there has been an issue with Sallys coupons. Their coupons and their system needs to be fixed so customers arent confronted with these types of issues and their employees need to be trained on how to respect and speak to customers.

The store clerk was very helpful but the price was kind of high.

The workers in here are the best. They answer every single question you have, even if they are super dumb!
