It’s horrible experience with Music & Art. I ordered a trumpet online which is $4000+, it showed me that I can get my order in 2-7days. After 10days, I didn’t get it. Also I couldn’t find my order information when I put my order number in the website. Then I called the website service number, he said he could find my order information, but couldn’t find the process of my order.He told me calling the location where I will pick up my trumpet, and the store service repeated again and again:when we get the trumpet, we will let you. I said please check where my package was, he told me he couldn’t find the process of my package. I said it was ridiculous.If the company shipped it, you should find the process of the order. No any explanation, just kept saying if we get it, we would let you know.After two weeks, I went to the store. The service said because what I ordered was not normal, the company needs to make it for long time, but she didn’t know when I can get it. Then I had to choose another trumpet about $3000+ in the store. About purchase of the trumpet, I told her“ your company has already charged me $4000+, then this time I should’t pay. Just use $4000+ —$3000+,then the company refund me the rest of the money. ” She said no, I must pay another $3000+, then I can get the trumpet. I had no choice because my son very needs the new one . Then I paid $3000+. After 4days, I called the service number from website to ask when I can get my refund.I just need a estimate of time.The service said she didn’t know. Just let me wait and wait. I found the horrible thing in the company, their customer services know nothing. No explanation,no apologies. I won’t have any business with the horrible company.
The store manager Cailey is excellent! She is very experienced, knowledgeable and very helpful! She was managed to resolve my account issue and I sincerely appreciate her advice and assistance.

Excellent service and so friendly! We needed the strings replaced on our cello, and the process was quick and expertly done. While waiting, I was also able to inquire about some stands and saxophone information too. Great group of employees! We highly recommend them!
I went with my mom to M&A today! We had the salesperson Jalaani and he was very helpful, both by setting up guitar lessons and helping us pick out sheet music. Overall, a great experience! Def recommend this store 😔👌

Ali, the manager i believe, was extremely helpful and actually took the time to teach me how to string my guitar and let me ask millions of annoying questions and was very helpful and knowledgeable. She even let me ask general questions about tips for beginners. 5 out of 5 experience.The second time I went to Music & Arts I had the same level of experience. Jonah and Danielle were very friendly and there is a true culture of Music at Music & Arts. Jonah was able to quickly restring my guitar and clean it up within 10 minutes of me arriving at the store and I had great conversations with him and Danielle while I was waiting. 10/10 would recommend.
Since step in, sales reps didnt pay attention at all, their were only 1 customer there before I step in. Waited about 10min, to try it to ask them for a help, no one pay attention.
Amazing staff... very friendly and knowledgeable! My daughter plays the violin and they had all the materials she needed (last minute) from books, chin rest, violin cleaning tool set ... i dont know. I got her whatever they guy said lol. Easy location to find and they close at 8pm 🙏🏾

My daughter needed a new string for her cello. Jalaani provided excellent customer service, taking the time to make sure we knew how to install the string, and that we had what we needed. He was an absolute professional and we will definitely be back! My one ask is that you consider keeping a few individual cello strings in stock so customers don’t have to buy a whole set and you’re not losing business to the online sites.

This company took about 300.00 out of my bank account without my permission. I even called after the first time it happened to let them know I am filling bankruptcy, they quickly hit my account for more even after I told them to stop using this account. Now I have to wait and see how long it takes to get my money back.
My friend took his baritone saxophone here to replace a screw and it took them over 4 weeks to get it replaced!

I am a piano teacher and I have been shopping at this location for many years. In general I am very pleased with the service and the selection. The staff is friendly, the shelves are well stocked, and they have a wide variety of music books and materials for piano. Anything they dont have they can order for your or get transferred from another store. It usually arrives within a few days and they are very conscientious about calling to let you know it arrived in the store for pick-up. If there is a specific song you are looking for they will search it online and print it right there in the store for you.They also have many good sales throughout the year. I have recommended the full-size digital pianos to my students and have always been pleased with the quality. Many times you can get full-size digital pianos for $400, which is a great deal for the decent quality. However, keep in mind that the staff works on commission so they will try and sell you the more expensive item. Listen to your music teacher, and get what they recommend, not the sales people.They have material for both ABRSM and NFMC Federated Festival.They are also very supportive of the local music teachers association. On a regular basic they provide hospitality and refreshments for our monthly meetings.Several of my high school students have also worked there over the summer. I like that they are good at hiring temporary summer help.The only thing to be cautious of is renting instruments. I have never rented so I dont have personal experience, but I have heard stories from my students renting instruments for band or orchestra. Make sure you know all the details of the contract youre signing and read all the fine print.

Decent selection of reeds, mouth pieces and instruments for its size. If you want to get something and dont want to pay as much for shipping just order it through the store. Best place I have ever used when it comes to rentals.
My daughter has been taking saxophone lessons here for over a year now and has gotten much better. Tim is a great teacher.

Been to the store twice in the last few weeks and cant say enough good things about this store. Excellent variety of inventory (instruments, accessories, etc) and the customer service with the store manager (TJ) and Lizzy (sp?) is outstanding. They both have gone above and beyond and really helped me out with a couple guitars that needed to be cleaned up/restrung, etc. I plan to take some guitar lessons soon and because of the great service, Ill get lessons here (they supposedly have a ton of teachers and theyre really good)...will send an updated review once I get a few lessons.
