Covid not yet..but no masks all staff’s..well.. Even if the customer doesnt wear a mask, the employee has to wear a mask, but this store is upside down...and Some employees are busy talking on the phone, so they dont care if they come...and price not cheap ..I mean If the quality is good, the price doesnt matter, but if the price is high, the staff should be friendly to suit it...
I was just picking up colors, but I had 2 kids in tow. They were really nice and offered to help. There was a lady who was picking out her own colors and had sort of moved in, but as inconvenient as her standing in front of all the colors was, thats not the stores fault.

Sorry but Im never shopping at Sherwin Williams ever again. Employees never wear their mask and neither do most of the painters that come in. I have a sick grandmother at home and Im trying to keep her safe. If you have loved ones that you care about, AVOID Sherwin Williams because obviously they dont care. Also do NOT hire painters because they dont wear their masks either
Recently, I brought in a paint to replace. They gave me a different color back in January 2021 and they replaced it with no hassle. I greatly appreciate that they do business with integrity and with customers in mind. Thank you

I couldnt post cero starts the app didnt allow me, terrible customer service lock of respect and appreciation they all have a very bad attitude. I apologize to the consumers for posting any positive comments 10 months ago. Because since then every time I shop there its always not a good experience. And if I get a reply saying, sorry for this trouble let me tell you that you are not sorry since this is continuing to happen and not only to me but I heard a lot of bad experiences and unhappy contractors regarding this particular store for months and you have done nothing to offer a better customer service and shopping experience
I would like to share my experiences with those who will be visiting this place.If you visit this place to buy paint, dont ask it from coln.He has not been trained in basic customer service and is rude.Also, they are not honest with customers, and they blame their faults on them.I exchanged the Paint within 10 minutes...the wrong thing was with the salesperson,but he said the fault was on me and he was very annoyed with the amount I had to refund.I want to ask Sherwin-Williams. Do you place salespeople on site after completing basic training?I have to use Sherwin because of HOA, but I will not revisit the Suwanee branch.
Awful customer service. 3 employees, 2 customers, nobody cares to attend you. Working at very slooow pace and doing like if you were not here ! After waiting 20 min, I left and bought my paint somewhere else. I have been there several times and it goes worse everytime. I will never go there anymore. I try to sustain small shops versus big brands but if the service is worse,I go to lowes !!
Sherwin-WIlliams always provides the best customer service! The staff is always friendly, welcoming and helpful. I even was given assistance with chosing a paint brush including learning the differences in handle type to be sure it is comfortable in my hand. I was given the help I needed and was sold the paint, brush and tape that was appropriate for my project. There was no trying to upsell a more expensive product I did not need. The staff is always patient no matter if the size of the project is only one room.

Excellent service at our Suwanee store. I dealt with two different sales people over the last two weeks, and both were very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Quality of products is great as well.

I bought a sprayer gun a couple of days ago and paid cash for it. I found a cheaper one online and decided to return the one I had purchased initially. When I went to the store the first time, I received stellar service by one of the employees. When I went back to return the sprayer, the manager Tom was the absolute rudest person I have dealt with in a long time. I guess he did not like the fact that I was returning something and he wasn’t having a good day. He proceeded to tell me they couldn’t refund me cash although that is how I initially paid, because his company policy would prevent that, but at the same time he couldn’t show me anywhere where the policy is written. He went to the extent to bang the counter where some policy rules are written and couldn’t show anything either. He told me several times I could leave the store and return the merchandise somewhere else. I wonder what kind of training these managers get. As a construction manager, I would not deal with a guy that lacks manners, any sales skills and can’t handle something minor like a return.
We buy and sell homes and have been using this Sherwin Williams for years. They are always courteous and professional. Their color match is spot on or so close nobody knows. I would highly recommend passing the box improvement stores and coming straight to this store. You will not be disappointed.
Associates are very helpful. They listen, understand and provide help as needed. They even provided the discount coupon during checkout.
I have been trying to get a color consultant out. I paid for it yesterday and thought they said someone would contact me within 24 hours to line it up and I have not heard from anyone. Last month they offered a free service to do the paint consulting and I signed up for that and never was contacted.
I have been using this as my main store for a number of years. It is conveniently located next to our showroom and workshop.Parking is a pain and getting in and out is tight but bearable. Coming from the north side you have to make a u-turn.Staff is extremely helpful and orders are fulfilled promptly.
