The store manager, Austin, is very helpful and kind. He always goes above and beyond and is very knowledgeable. Whenever I have questions, I receive solutions to my problems in a friendly and honest manner. Highly recommend this store!

This store need to change open hourNot care customers

This place never has the notary. They always have to call other UPS Store at Mcginnis Ferry and Old Atlanta. This store get your step together. When I go to the UPS Store there, the notary Lee she is perfect. She gets everything done in five minutes.

I’ve been a customer for over 16 years. I went in to check the mailbox & I was told that they have given it to someone else. They claim payment was due 2 months ago. I literally have limited my going to public places because of Covid. The interesting thing is that if I didn’t pick up the mail for 2 months why didn’t someone call me or email or even send a text?? If you have a LOYAL customer for over 16 years with the same box & we are in the middle of a global pandemic you would think I would at least get a call about my box being due for payment. I will never walk inside this store again. Not even to drop off a package.

They get the job done, but the process is usually poor. Ive been using this location periodically over the last two years, and the staff has been consistently rude to me. Im not even asking them to do difficult tasks or being demanding. Im just always met with rudeness. Please dont go into this store, you dont want to bother the staff with your packing and shipping needs.

I am a local Real Estate Broker in the Suwanee area and have been using this particular UPS store for all my printing /shipping needs for over 8 years now. The Owner has always gone above and beyond to keep the store run well, looking nice and me happy. The Staff is always friendly with a smile, knowledgeable and ready to help. If you want to be treated like you matter and the Owner/Staff care about what you need, look no further, as this is the local UPS store that will meet all of your printing and shipping needs.

Just disappointed. Had a situation with a questionable packing job they did where a pair of lamps were destroyed. Owner of the store who seems like a nice guy yet gave me a very expert version of the runaround and ultimately did nothing to remedy my loss. He told me to come back in give them another shot and he’d take care of me via discounts etc. I did, and identified myself to the guy who had done the original packing job in question. He looked at me like he couldn’t have cared less, and was on the phone with the owner at the time. No mention of a discount, an apology, zilch. Blanked me totally. So the runaround worked he didn’t have to pay out a penny towards my loss AND he got another full price packing job out of me. Well played sir, but won’t be seeing me in there again. Shame.

The service here is fast and hassle free. I had a simple Amazon return but I did not have a box. I was quickly greeted, helped, and rung up in what seemed like less than a minute. The man working the counter was so friendly he even offered to pack the box for me.

Rude, notary is never there, UPS Store policies never match UPS policies... not worth the hassle anymore.

I used to go to this store a lot (since it opened) but lately they are have been un-helpful. When I walked into the store one staff member, Kim, spoke loudly on a cell phone, I had a hard time communicating with the other staff member. Miss the old staff.

Staff is friendly, professional and quick. The owner is awesome. Been coming here for all of my personal and business shipping needs.

Nasty attitudes. Not a friendly hello from anyone! No acknowledgement when you walk in. Nothing. And if you ask a question of them, it is as if you are imposing upon them.

I dealt with a young man named Graham. Who helped through a stress full last minute closing document redo. I told him I was a wreck and need him to stay calm and help me slowly go through it page by page. Finding all the places to sign and notarized, about 45 pages. He was great, he took the time and we got through it all. Then gave me a military discount and thanked me for my service. As he noticed the 7th Infantry Division hat I was wearing. I feel like he was a bit of a hero that night and you all should know.

A little Customer Service goes along way. I called to see if there was a notary onsite, I showed up less than 5 minutes later and the notary was gone. Recommendation: If a customer calls for a Notary and that person is not going to be there I highly recommend that you let the customer know. The UPS store in Sugar Hill does that.....Its called customer service.

Lost my package.2 weeks ago I went there put the call tag and return to tennis shoes.It was busy so worker take my return shoe package and I left after then i can not track the package and lost.It is $150 tennis shoes.2 days ago i went store nobody has reponse about my package even they dont say any try to find out package.Im not gonna go anymore and dont trust leave package .make sure take receipt when send package

Had a 60x36 painting several other stores could not box up. this place did it.

The store is supposed to open at 8:30am. Its currently 9:04am and they are still closed.

Used this UPS location for shipping large and small packages. The staff here dont provide good customer service anymore, so I took my business to another UPS store.

If you want to be ripped off on your shipments come to this store. I was quoted the cheapest rate of$184.00 for shipping a bicycle to West Virginia and another Ups location less than 2 miles away shipped it for only $72.00. I will never set foot again in this UPS Location.

The guy who has long mustache serves terrible all the time. If you tired, just stay home. DO NOT BUSINESS with that attitude and face.
