This place is a total rip off. the guy named david was so horrible and rude, i will never step foot in this place again. they’re thieves, stay away!

This car shop caused $1k damage to my new car when they pulled it out of their shop. When presented with a quote to cover the costs of the damages, as estimated by a shop and subsequently confirmed by the insurance adjuster, they refused to cover the costs to repair the damages they caused to my car. The hostility and unprofessionalism displayed by this shop was shocking - especially given their location and target market. I would never ever recommend this shop to anyone with a high end or luxury vehicle. In the unfortunate and very unlikely event that a mechanic damages a vehicle it is expected that they would behave in a good faith and responsible manner to immediately make good, however, that is not the case with this shop. I had been a loyal customer to this shop for some time and never would have imagined they would behave in this manner, especially to a loyal customer. Be warned!

I brought my car in numerous times on a referral from the previous car owner. The first time i got it back, the car sounded funny, the next day, when i stopped at the gas station, the attendant checked the oil and said their was none, every time since that first time i checked the oil levels after picking up my car. I wasted almost $8,000 on repairs that never held up. There was always another problem... I recently went to Adams Auto in Salem, because i was quoted $1600 for new control arms on my car at small wheels, Adams took care of it for under $800.. Also they mentioned that someone cut my the brake pad indicators and taped them to the inner wheel, something hed never seen before, essentially id never know my brake pads had worn until my brakes were completely destroyed. This SMALL WHEELS is shady, and I will never use them again,

My car needed its 60000 mile check up, The dealer wanted over $2000. I went to Small Wheels and James had it all done for less money and did a great job. Ill be back soon.

Great experience. James and his crew are very helpful and quick to start solving problems. They can find and fix problems that the dealership and other mechanics give up on. I am very happy with the quality of service Ive received. This is the go to shop for the best work in New England

Found this shop on Google and so grateful that I did. Previously I had been bringing my Audi to the dealership for service with (as you can imagine) not the greatest experience. Overpriced, oversold, and no appreciation for the business. Bad vibes all around, especially for a female. I brought my car in around lunchtime today for new brake pads and it was ready to pick up by the end of the day. Thanks David, I’ll be back.
