Great service! A young man by the name of Justin helped me out with getting a new phone and all the new accessories, I wanted. Was very professional and informative and I greatly appreciate his help.
Customer service mislead consumer regarding the purchase price for the phones, I paid for the phone specifically asked for returned policy, I was told 14 days full refund,, Only after i paid for the phone the sales person highlighted $75 restocking fee,, so basically you see this restocking fee after you. already paid for the phone plan cost is not refundable as well.. The same sales person who sold the phone was lying to my face the next day saying he told me about restocking charge.
Worst customer service at the door. I understand with the Covid rules, they minimize how many people can be in the store. I’m sorry though 3 customer and too many employees standing around being useless is terrible, because only 8 people allowed inside. So no point in having too many employees when they can’t even help that many customers. All I wanted to buy was a charger! Terrible.
Was there numerous times when lived in Salem. SOPHIE, STEVEN, Hispanic girl(sorry forgot your name) do an amazing job. Both female managers are also good. With the exception of one guy, staff is patient, knowledgeable and nice.
Great staff, they will help get you the right phone and multimedia equipment.

This store can get super busy but the staff is generally good about juggling it. Ive always gotten what Ive needed out of this store and the people working there are generally very friendly.
