Process to upgrade was smooth and quick. Hazem was knowledgeable and made the entire experience very positive. I would recommend this store to anyone looking to upgrade or purchase.

It would be nice if a phone store actually could keep sim cards on stock for the phones.... I got referred to another Verizon store who also couldnt help. (And tried to charge me a $35 fee to install a SIM card into a phone if I wanted to pay somebody $35 to stick a tiny card into a slot that any idiot could do all by themselves....)

Avoid at all costs. I have had an ongoing and time sensitive issue (which is a result of one employees misunderstanding of Verizon’s transfer policy) and have been met with radio silence. Every time I have called to check on said issue (we are going into THREE WEEKS) I have been ignored. I’m incredibly patient and work in the service industry, so I get that things can be annoying occasionally.Today I went in and met with same employee and he was downright condescending and seemingly even more clueless than he was initially. Promised me things he couldn’t record on my file. I’m absolutely flabbergasted.District manager Joe, where are you?

Went by the other day to drop off my equipment, the person behind the counter very efficient very friendly I was in and out in a matter of 5 minutes perfect!

I went to the store on a Saturday morning to return so equipment. Only one employee who took forever with a couple buying a phone and there was another client in front of me. You would think that since they charge so much for their cable, internet and telephone they will be able to afford to hire more employees. Wish I could give a minus 5 stars for this place, my wife and I went there last week to change service provider from T-Mobile which has a 55+ plan asked the sales person who goes by the name H if they had a comparable plan he said yes and so i agreed to sign up he started by bringing out two new phones with 2 new chargers and coverings for the screens .I told him that we owned our phones outright and that i wanted to buy the new phones so that we owned them outright and keep our existing phones so that I could give my I-phone 11 to my grandson he said that I couldnt do that because T-mobile has a lock on the phones and they are the only ones that do that so they are the only ones that can activate it which didnt make sense because i own the phone (after calling Verizon themselves I now know it was a lie) it took over 2 hours to switch providers because he kept jumping from customer to customer and then back to us now i find out that Verizon does NOT have a comparable plan to T-Mobile now my plan went up $70.00 a month let alone the additional equipment such as the chargers and stuff that I didnt know i was paying for till I got an email receipt about 1/2 hour after leaving I will be filing a complaint with the MA Attorney Generals office save yourself some aggravation stay away from them.

I had my phone die on me yesterday, and went into this Verizon store and was greeted by Gary Troncoso. For the next 2 and a half hours Gary helped me save what he could off my Android, and helped me jump to an iPhone. He was patient, kind, thorough and so professional. He went waaaay beyond the call of duty setting things up for me on my new phone, making sure I knew how to use it, he was FABULOUS. Many thanks Gary, its day 2 and Im getting pretty good with it, and I am so grateful for your time yesterday. Whoever owns or manages this shop should know just how great he was!

Everyone always fears sitting through seeing up a new plan and purchasing phones. But here they made it easy and efficient. Excellent service.

I go to this location to pay the home phone bill for my elderly father who does not do anything online and likes to pay in cash. The first time I came to this store the bill paying machine was not working properly so I asked the store rep what was going on with it and the response was they didnt know because they were focused ONLY on the wireless customers. The other day I went back to the store to pay the bill for my dad again and I walked in got no greeting(fine) but the two other people that walked in after me both got a Hello how are you doing and what can I help you with today. The customer service here is horrible and it takes two seconds to greet someone. Very rude get your people together

I had to transfer my information to another Android and was not sure what I was doing. I went to the swampscitt store and was greeted by Gary. He immediately made me feel welcome. I proceeded to sit while he worked on my phone till everything was completed. He was extremely helpful and pleasant. I would not hesitate to go back. Make sure you ask for Gary. You wont be disappointed.

Beware of scams. Go straight to Verizon or find a more trustworthy reseller. Ive been a Verizon Annual iPhone Upgrade customer for years -- this reseller had an iPhone 12 Pro in stock so I went to upgrade here. They refused to give me the free upgrade Ive received every year when I turn in my current device, and instead demanded $250 for transferring my phone (which is a free service that anyone can do themselves) and free accessories that I didnt want.

We went to the Verizon store in Swampscott today and had a great experience with Verizon rep Gary Troncoso. We found him polite, kind and extremely knowledgeable about anything and everything to do with buying a new phone. In fact he did everything for us! Best experience by far I have ever had buying a phone. He was the best!

No one greeted me when I walked in. When one man stood up to look around, he said “ I don’t know who came in first, but I’m busy with a customer” I watched this same employee tell multiple customers he either didn’t have product in store and there was “nothing he could do about it” and told another customer that he had to call customer service and talk to a human cause “there was nothing he could do about it”. What a joke. This is one of the multiple reasons why I am making the switch to T-Mobile. Verizon and your customer service sucks

I walked in Swampscott a location today at around 10:40am and was patiently waiting to be greeted, which did not happen. I waited for 15/20min to be helped as the customer service rep talked with another customer over a tv series whom they both had interest in. I eventually walked out as I had other things I had to tend to an assumed my servicing was not welcome. Will not return.

Humzah at TCC Verizon was exceptional and super helpful. He stayed late during the holiday to help my family switch plans. He was friendly, patient and went above and beyond to provide amazing service. I would 100% recommend going here to switch to Verizon or get general service from attentive personnel.

Im normally not one to write bad reviews but my mother and I went in there today. There was one associate who was clearly not doing anything and intead of asking what we needed he just sat there and we had to wait for one of the employees to help another customer. Then when we were assisted the sales associate told us we either could pay 10 dollars to get a Sim card switched from an iPad or figure it out ourselves .. He changes his attitude as we went but very poor customer service! Get employees that arent miserable and do their jobs!

I purchased my last two cell phones from this Verizon retailer. When I purchased my first phone I asked them if they were the same as a real verizon store and they said yes.My current phone does not hold a charge. Since I have insurance Verizon sent me a new phone. Today, I went in to the Swampscott location. When the two people sitting there saw me come in with a box neither of them offered to help me. When I asked for help and told them I needed all my information transferred to my new phone they said the charge would beji $50. There wasnt anyone else in the store. Poor customer service.

Went here 2x just because of location. They are NOT customer friendly but did help me get what I wanted. Lets be honest how could they not when buying my first iPhone. An iPhone X and spending a ton of money on it as well as upgrades ect.They cant help with a current phone problem even though Its under warrantee and extended warrantee. They say its on apple, when apple says its on Verizon.They lie about their hours. Sign on door and internet say one thing. While the phone message says another. Got there at 10:06 and the doors were locked.

I would not recommend this retail store. No customer service orientation. Simple questions like to sale a SIM card and to activate a basic phone for $30 a month subscription- it was a problem for this retailer. Non profit activity, its not his business.

Yes, this location is as bad as the reviews show. The rep here picked his teeth with a disposable pick, mouth wide open, while looking up my order on the computer. He hates his job and hates having to deal with customers. Surprised Verizon hasn’t shut this location down.

This was my second time going to this store and both times they could not help me. It says it is retail store but it is more like a freedom store where they sell very little.

I Manager is so rude!! He is name is Alan!!He couldn’t transfer my phone line after couple times visit to the store !!after customer service told me to visit the store again to activate my SIM cards, manager at the store goes like “ customer service is just being lazy !! They can do it, I can’t do it now cuz it’s Friday “like not a work day “, totally rude, unprofessional and disrespectful! You all can see why they got bad reviews !
