After 16 years with the same mobile carrier, we were hesitant to change over to another one. Just not ready for the hassle. But we took the plunge and went with Metro PCS in Swansea. What a great experience. Besides getting a super deal on phones and coverage package, dealing with Kayla was phenomenal. She put us right at ease and explained the whole process of switching over, all the advantages we would get with our choice of coverage and how our new phones worked. She successfully transferred all our data,emails, pictures etc. so we were all set to go. We left with new phones, an easy transfer and a smile on our faces. Thank you Kayla, you are the best!!!!!

Bad service. They lie to you and the phone was junk after just a month. Then they accuse you for the damage. Wanted my money back but they refused and wanted to give me a phone in 5 days when they have it in stock. Do your research before you go with them. Went to boost mobile instead and my new phone works great.

I went to the Swansea Mall PCS in Swansea Massachusetts and my sales associate was Dominic and he was excellent he helped us with everything very knowledgeable and even entertain my youngest son

Went here once and forgot my license there with the lady. Noone called me to let me know my license was left behind. Only reason I found out is because I called the location with a question about my account. 3 MONTHS later.

Terrible service! They lie and promise you all these things to get you to buy a new phone, then your bill comes in double what it normally is and they say there is nothing you can do and you have to deal with it! All the employees are buddy buddy so they tag team against you. Would never buy from here again.
