Clean store. Nice cashier. Found some things I havent seen in a long time.

Do NOT buy furniture from this store. I purchased a $55 3-year protection plan on my dining room set and they refused to fix the bench because the top is coming off and its ripping from normal wear and tear and we dont cover normal wear and tear. Ive had the set less than 3 years and I take good care of my furniture and its falling apart. The woman on the phone was extremely rude when I called about the warranty. I will never purchase furniture from here again. Very disappointed!

Prices are fair, staff is helpful and they have some cute/unique household items & furniture on one side of the store. The other side reminded me of Job Lot; Aisles of snack foods, toiletries & gadgets. Stock was low but I assume thats due to slower (Covid-19) shipments.

Store was on great condition. Check out line took way too long. Should not be doing returns at 1 with only 2 open and 4 people waiting in line!!!!

Great value items, got a lot of great, reasonably priced last minute items. We did another the swansea Karen. Lady flipping out in store, pushed carriage toward card after losing her bags in car, couldnt control her child. She made a total fool of herself and the store staff tried to get her out of there quickly and quietly. Staff was super friendly and extremely apologetic of her behavior.

I hadnt been here in a few years because I had moved away for a while. The store wasnt the same. I liked the way it was better. They still have unusal thing but not as much as before. I found some great bargains but also found things I get other places regularly (so I know the prices) quite a bit more money. You have to shop wisely. Still like this place a lot and the service people were very pleasant (Big Plus for Big Lots Staff)

As a handicap person I feel that this store lacks a friendly atmosphere. There are no motorized carts available for people like myself. In this day and age you would think that they would be a little more accommodating. Big Lots is a large store and it would probably increase their sales if handicap people were able to search the store easier.

They have the best furniture section if your looking to remodel a room for cheap, they have beding, couches, recliners, kitchen tables and other nice home decorations as well. The bluetooth speakers they have, have great clarity and design for only 10 bucks as well .

Unimpressive, there to look at mattresses & boxspring & bedframe. Ready to spend good $. There was an employee standing behind the desk (doing nothing) as soon as we walked over to the beds, he walked away?? Also went in for a phone (house), 3 on the shelf all were opened looked like used & returned?

Its ok. Came in to get a few things to avoid Walmart crowd. They have my OTC medicine and other health aids which is nice. Wish the cat itemz selection was bigger compared to the dogs
