Store is empty, poor associates cant get shelves stocked...literally no glassware, dinnerware on shelves. Holiday stuff...big gaps where there is no Halloween merchandise.

Swansea Dollar Tree was great years ago. Lately, minimal seasonal decor. Also, too often many unopened boxes are blocking aisles. Too many empty shelves of merchandise.Craft section in most DTs are extensive, Swansea is minimal. Very disappointed with this store.Swansea you need to step up the game. Fall River Dollar Tree has way better seasonal decor.Thanks, hope products get better....metal craft items, grapevine wreaths, better ribbon, wood craft items are so limited, no toy dice, no ginger blocks etc etc etc

Love this place its actually a true Dollar store. You go up to the register with 30 items its going to cost you $30. They do have a grocery department & some frozen foods. Some items are well worth a dollar each some are not like everywhere you got to shop around.

The Most Rude Lady Working the front register. She treats the customers like garbage and tries to enforce her so called power trip everytime I see her. She should be fired for how she talks to the customers. I guess thats what Dollae Tree likes for employees. ZERO STARS

Horrible place, extremely rude cashiers!! They gave my son a dirty look, because he forgot to put his mask on when walking in, and right away they got on the intercom yelling about CDC guidelines, staring him down as we walked down the Easter isle. My son felt very uncomfortable as he was puting his mask on. Kids will be kids, but dont treat kids like they are bad. Also, dont treat adults like children either. As I was treated like a child at the checkout. I will NEVER shop here again! They lost good business, and will be reported to Corporate!! On the other hand, the Fall River Dollar Tree on Orswell St is awesome! ALL the ladies whove ever worked there have ALWAYS been extremely kind. Go see for yourself! 🙂

This is absolutely the best dollar tree to shop at. Its staff are friendly and you can tell they like their job . every time stafd is laughing friendly with customers and each other. The shelves are always stocked they do their best to hlwp or make sure you have what you need evem going the extra diatance plus its HUGE. If you live in new bedford or datmouth its worth the drive

Spent $27 the other daycashier apparently forgot to put an envelope in my bagswent back today to tell a mgr. the “mgr. a girl who looked about 16 yrs old” 2 give the envelope or another. I just walked away and left. I wont go back there. They just. lost hundreds of dollars worth of business because of an incompetent mgr.I was spending at least $40/ week there!!!

The dollar tree located in Swansea is a gold mine, to me it has a lot more to offer. My kids and I love this branch a lot. It is clean, the staff and customers are very friendly, and it makes us feel very welcomed at this store.

A lot of repetititive items on the selves, cashier Jenn was very rude. Should have just waited until I went to Walmart.

My girlfriend went to pick up a few props after work. Dollar tree generally has something that will do the job. It was very busy and during checkout she must have pulled her card out too early and it didnt register but it chimed as though it had. She grabbed her card and started to walk out only to have the shift manger yelling at the top of her lungs from across the store Hey! You better come back or Im calling the cops! Yes, she made a mistake, but she should have said excuse me, your card didnt register. She was walking with her bag of $5.00 of merchandise. The manager jumped right to Im going to call the cops? She was so embarrassed. She didnt want to cause additional embarrassment by causing even more of a scene so she just went back to finish the transaction while the people around laughed at her making comments. I have never experienced a manager doing that to someone. This manager should be reprimanded and retrained on customer service.

Love! Love! Love! Just cant get enough Dollar Tree deals!!!! Great variety, multiple color options, and always well stocked. Big points to that team for always keeping the store remarkably clean. 99% of the stores, or at least the ones I have seen, that sell all items that they carry for $1 are always demolished regardless of the time of day. Kudos to Dollar Tree: Team Swansea!!!!!

The Dollar Tree stores are great places. Unlike other dollar stores, all items are only $1.00, or less. Some stores in the chain have selections that other stores dont. There are often brand name items that would cost much more in a different store. Wide selection. Always has seasonal items.

Conveniently located next door to Price Rite so I often make them both my early saturday morning stops. This is a particularly large location so has a great volume and variety of products without being cramped like many of the others.The cashiers are always friendly.

We stopped for just a few minutes. 2 of my kids wanted a very specific item... we walked in 5 minutes before closing (it was Sunday and we didnt realize they were about to close)... even tho we were the ONLY people in the store the workers gave us dirty looks, proceeded to page MULTIPLE TIMES reminding us we had just a few minutes AND an employee approached my child with special needs and told her, LOUDLY, she had mere minutes to make her selection and leave... I was standing right near by but she directed her comments at my child. We got to the cash register and they were doing inventory... unable to even check us out so we stood there and had to wait to be rung up... what was the point of chasing us around the store only to make us wait... these people need to customer service skills badly. The workers that night were Jasmine, Susan and Sarah... nice work... Even with the wait while they did inventory or whatever at the register... we were back in the car and pulling out BEFORE their closing time...

Who doesnt love Dollar Tree? We used to spend $20 about once a week but theyve added so many great items, we can drop $50 no problem & still save money not buying overpriced similar items at the supermarket or even Wally World.

This was the biggest Dollar Tree I have ever been to and they had just about everything, and it all cost one Dollar !!!! The stuff they have here for Christmas is incredible. They have a lot of the same things like Christmas bags and wrapping paper that you can find at The Christmas Tree Shop or Walmart, but only for $1.00!!!! You really cant beat their prices. Great stocking stuffers as well. They also had a couple of food lines and a big freezer section . Be warned and prepared to spend more $$$ than what you bargained for when you come to this store. I came here for Christmas bags ect....and left with much more .

Everything is $1 (or less)! They have full size candy bars for $.89 and some greeting cards that are 2 for $1. The dollar items include gift bags, food containers, serving utensils, many food items, office supplies, cleaners, and more. Check it out!!
