We purchased a pool from Munie. The pool has since been installed. There are three things that I find important when selecting a business, one is product quality and value. Our pool looks great and we feel it was a great value. Second, they were always in contact with us, updating status on delivery of our pool and making sure we took care of things we needed to take care of in advance, I.e. sand, permits, etc. So communication was great from Muncie. Finally, when our installer backed out, they helped us find another, get on their list, and followed up afterwards. The installation took longer, but Muncie was always apologetic and didnt drop us when things got tough. After the pool was installed, there was an issue with the pump, which was an easy fix. Chris came out as well as followed up with emails on the status of the operation of the pump. Very responsive when service was needed. Overall, great product, always in communication with us the customer, responsive to calls and emails, and making sure service issues are addressed. I would use them again, thanks Chris and team.

Chris at Munie sold us a hot tub. He gave us a good price compared to other stores. We had never owned a hot tub. He explained all the chemical usage and estimated monthly cost. He was very professional and very knowledgeable about hot tubs sine he has one himself. He held our tub at no cost for a couple months due to some construction projects we were working on. Once we were ready he adjusted his delivery schedule to accommodate our schedule. I have called him a few times for advice on hot tub operating settings that he had already xplaine but I forgot. I recommend talking to him if you are interested in a hot tub. I also go to him with questions I have with my swimming pool.

We have had our pool for 12 years and needed a new liner this year. We decided on Munie because of their responsiveness. Julie in service was very attentive and helpful. Jeff and his team put in our new liner and we ended up needing a new pump as well. They were at our home when they said they would be and always friendly and knowledgeable! We have used several pool companies in the past and have never experienced such professionalism and great customer service as we have with Munie! We can’t say enough about our experience with them. Everything has been top notch and our pool looks brand new!

When we were looking for a hot tub, we found out the demand was high and supply very low all over. Munie was the only company that was able tell us when a shipment was expected. We were able to choose from this delivery.

Munie was awesome when we wanted to purchase an above ground pool. While I had cared for pools previously, I have never owned one. We have a tricky yard and Chris answered the many questions we had. Not only did he answer dozens of questions with a smile, he offered tremendous suggestions, adjustments to our plan, and helped us navigate everything we needed for a proper installation. I can not thank them enough or recommend them more highly. We love our new pool!

Stephen, Julie, and the rest of the Munie team have been wonderful in helping me deal with the mess that the previous homeowner left me (no cartridge, non-working pool motor, improperly closed pool for two seasons, etc.) At first, they tried to help me reuse the pool filter rather than buy another new one, but even though that didnt work I really appreciated that they offered so much assistance. Even during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic and short supply of pool equipment from the skyrocketing demand, they were able to get me a new pump and filter. They were extremely helpful and insightful, which as a first-time pool owner I sincerely appreciate. Ive had to take water in multiple times to get tested and its still not clear, but the girls in the store have been very helpful and professional. On Saturday, I was in desperate need of more shock but wouldnt make it until a few minutes after they closed, so one of the girls took my payment over the phone and left the shock outside the door. Ill definitely be continuing to go to Munie for all my pool needs

I had a problem getting my hot tub to prime. I sent a text and received a response promptly. A technician came out the same day and fixed my hot tub. I would definitely recommend the Munie Leisure Center for your hot tub needs.

Called to see if they had a filter, they were very nice about everything but the price was almost double what I could order it online for....I am a new hot tub owner so maybe that is the usual? But they were very nice.

Went there for the first time to buy shock and sanitizer for a small inflatable hot tub and the customer service was amazing! So glad we went in and talked to someone. I was slightly worried they wouldn’t care that much since we weren’t buying a big expensive piece from them but they were so friendly, honest, and helpful!

After getting poor customer service up the road at Atlantis pools we stop by Munie on the way home to see about a pool liner. They did not have one in stock and sent us up the road to a different pool place which did not have one either. We came back and they showed us several different options. After choosing one of them they even reassured us that it was not correct bring it back. Great customer service and I will be a new customer due to that fact

Munie has been very easy to work with and we were able to get the pool we always wanted. Their crew had to work through some challenging weather between rain and freezing but completed the pool construction.
